“ I’ll give you an example… This year there’s times you are a little bit harder on some guys and you push some guys, you know, I benched Will Smith for a period and i got criticized like the end of the world was coming to an end. What people don’t realize is that me and Smith’s relationship, I probably have the best relationship with Will than anyone in the team… We are extremely close… You would think we hare each other from people on the outside, we don’t.”
