Rainwater naturally generates high levels of Negative Ions (NI) as falling raindrops splash & break apart. Rivers, Waterfalls, Seas & Mountains are all places with high amount of NI. Ray Peat had mentioned that NI breaks down serotonin in the lungs & is one reason why people feel happy and destressed in high NI places. Children intuitively feel this and hence absolutely love getting wet in the rain. So the next time it rains, soak in some NI. And even if you don't want to drench, at least put out your hand from the balcony, feel the raindrops falling on your palm and soak in the wonderful energy.

Amaira was bvllied for 18 months! Her parents could've filed a police complaint or at the very least remove her from that school! Here they're doing 'Birthday Seva' at a CJP Protest & posting reels supporting Sonam Wangchuk.

When Nehru met John F Kennedy he called it the the "worst head-of-State visit". JFK literally said that the last days felt like "the town preacher being caught in the wh0rehouse." Jacqueline disliked Indira & called her bitter, pushy, horrible & a real prune. Former CIA analyst Bruce Riedel said that Nehru was so smitten by Jacqueline Kennedy that he had a photograph of her by his bedside. As per the book 'JFK's Forgotten Crisis: The CIA & the Sino-Indian War' claims that during the meeting Nehru was more interested in the women (Jacqueline & her sister) than in the meeting. Congress should really shut up and do some soul searching. Source given below 👇

This isn't even the worst part. Katrina was contract bound to shoot dirty scenes in her debut film Boom. Gulshan Grover practiced kissing scenes for 2 HOURS with a 17-18 yr old Katrina and BigB laughed & encouraged all this.

Is this the real reason BJP can't let go of Pradhan? Or is it that giving into protest blackmail will only embolden Andolanjeevis? Or is there some other reason behind this decision? My Odia followers - I need to know your thoughts....

2 cases wherein a child was bvllied - How the parents reacted changed everything! Case 1 Amaira was 9 yrs old when she committed suesyde after being bvllied for 18 MONTHS! Some people criticized me for blaming the parents - but I'm sorry, if your kid is being bvllied for 18 months & you don't even bother changing her school & simply say "we kept complaining but the school didn't do anything" - you ARE at fault. How can a parent be so passive and apathetic to a child's plight? Imagine what a 9 year old would have gone through to jump & even have such thoughts. Case 2 Compare this to how this girl was protected by her father when she was bvllied by her teachers at age 14. When parents stand up for you & protect you, the child feels safe and happy. This gives them a very strong self esteem coz they subconsciously believe that they'll always be safe and supported. Not standing up for your child or being passive/apathetic is nothing short of a massive heartbreak for a child. The child feels isolated, unloved, neglected and lonely. It crushes their self esteem and makes them more vulnerable to toxic people in life - coz subconsciously they believe no one will help them. For a child - their whole world is their parents. And when supported by their parents, a child feels that the whole world is on their side. I wish every child could get parents like these.

Malegaon Horror ⚠️ 3 days ago thousands of people barged into the court due to anger over this case. Protestors hurled slippers & shook the gates. As per sources 24 yr old daily wager Vijay Khairnar had some dispute with the girl's father & days later horrifically brutalised the 3yr old girl. The child was assaulted and klled on November 16. Her face was smashed with a stone. Massive protests have erupted. Public anger against Judiciary has never been higher.
