At 11:55 he enters the parking garage, turns at the bottom of the stairs, stands at the pole, lifts his right hand, as a white vehicle enters the garage. He starts to walk up the stairs and you can barely see the white vehicle pull up at the bottom of the stairs, he looks at it, lifts his left hand and continues walking. Alley Files Tornado Ali
