I'm glad this conversation is being had because people don't research. Fela didn't create Afrobeat, he only made it more popular. Late Orlando Julius Ekemode started it. There was no such thing as "Afrobeat(s)" till 2011, Forbes listed Wizkid as a pioneer. 2 different genres.
