Cut a cross or small cubes in the cheese and add a little white wine, garlic, thyme, almonds, olive oil, honey and garnish with sliced figs. 2. Heat the oven to 180 Celsius/ 356 Fahrenheit and put the cheese in uncovered for 20-25 minutes. 3. Serve with sourdough bread, sausages and salami
