Byabakama and his thugs of The Electoral Commission - Uganda are now relying on NRM’s yellow book registers, for voter’s verification, on various polling stations across the country. Whoever isn’t in nrm’s register is likely not going to cast a vote. Note: it was also intended to deploy biometric machines that are faulty, so that nrm’s voter’s register could be the only option left.
