Please share. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. It’s not weak for a man to ask for help, they should never feel ashamed or embarrassed to talk. Let’s stand together & let men know that its ok to talk & they aren’t alone 💙#ITSOKTOTALK
