Not directly related to JossGawin content, but I really need to give a huge shout out to our Cap Kevin Teacher Kevz . I watched this podcast on YouTube AND listened to it again and again on Apple Podcasts as well because I love it that much. The way he expresses ideas. The way he thinks. The way he structures conversations. That’s something we all need to study. Good communication isn’t about being a good talker. It’s about understanding the person you’re speaking to. It’s about knowing how to approach them, what tone to use, what words to choose, and how to lead the conversation with clarity and respect. That’s what I learned from him. Knowing that he’s P’Joss’ teacher like a big brother, someone P’Joss truly admires and respects makes so much sense. You can see the influence. When P’Joss gives interviews in English, speaks with industry leaders, or leads conversations in professional settings… he knows how to navigate it. He knows where to focus, how to frame his thoughts, and how to use his words effectively. That doesn’t happen by accident.
