its so touching hearing vernon and minghao openly tell each other what they admire and appreciate about one another🥹 🐻❄️ we already talked about this, but for me.. i was so deeply moved by the8’s childhood interview. i’m not saying this because i’m trying to be funny. he was.. much more earnest about it than i was. because, to be honest, i worked hard as a member of seventeen, but i also just liked being with the members, and it was more of “happy to be together” for me. but for the8, from that young of an age, he wanted to be a star. and to achieve that, he came to korea at a young age. he faced things in a place where he didn’t speak the language, and he made it this far. seeing that childhood interview made me think about a lot of things. that’s why i really wanted to add it at the start of our v8 unit album. that was really moving to me. that’s how i felt. 🎱 i'm feeling moved right now because i’ve never seen vernon express himself like this before. like... “that’s how you felt?” and i’m so moved right now. while working on our v8 unit album, seeing vernon be so sincere about making this music made him look so cool and was very moving for me to see. and seeing him in pain, but also so happy, was nice to see. vernon’s just a kid who should always be able to do what he wants. that’s what reduces his chaos. seeing that, i couldn’t help but cheer him on beside him. it made me want to make sure he could do everything. 🐻❄️ i was so grateful for that, and i’m grateful for you providing this opportunity, and for trusting me and being with me. 🎱 we’re grateful to each other for many things. today’s been a bit cheesy, but i’m feeling moved right now. oh minghao, please take care of yourself 😭❤️🩹 🎱 my health has deteriorated over the 10 years of my career. i do martial arts as a child and even breakdanced. i've overused my physical ability for over 20 years now. i've been taking arthritis medicine but it’s not getting any better. my life is just a cycle of rehabilitation, self-care, and working out. after that, i practice while feeling fine, and the pain comes back after a show. i'm the type who loses weight when i get tired and exhausted on tour so i keep telling myself i need to eat well. i used to think i had to push through the pain. but now, if i do, i worry i won't last long. my biggest concern is not being able to do this for a long time. i think i'm just going with the flow in this tiny group called seventeen. i dreamed of many milestones, all my dreams may have come true but i'll remain as a dreamer. i am someone who refuses to stay still. i think i'll continue giving it my all.

![full storytime of minghao failing his driver's license written test 😅 🎱 let me tell you something really embarrassing. a few days ago, i went back to take my driver's license test. that day, i showed up wearing thermal pants, and i failed! and i was the first one to come out. it was so embarrassing, seriously. i really still need to study properly; i was way too confident in myself. i've been driving overseas for 7 years, right, and i still didn't pass! that's honestly so shameful. when i came out, the staff around me all thought i would definitely pass. they were like, "you've been driving for 7 years, how could you fail?" i said i failed, and they didn't believe me. my god.
