Slipstream is an A+ perk for MP. It gets you close to Tactical Sprint speed without the downside of the TS2F penalty (usually ~100ms extra), adding serious value to 0ms Sprint Assist and of course - the STRELOK LASER. I see no downsides. You can test it in a Private Match.
