For a minister to have the vim and vigor and say if you’ve not donated to Mahama Care, “when we are sharing the contracts we will not give you” is crazy. I’m all for people who have the means donating, but openly extorting people? Wow. Who knows what the demands are behind closed doors. Fourth Estate will be vindicated sooner than I thought.
