I was at Walgreens, minding my business, looking for some Epsom salt after a long day. The aisle was quiet, almost empty, and I didn’t think much of it when I squatted down to look for what I needed. But after a second, I felt it, that presence. Like someone standing just a little too close for no reason. I stayed there a moment longer than I needed to, pretending to look at the shelf, but really just feeling him behind me… watching. It sent this weird little thrill through me that I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t turn around right away. Part of me didn’t want to ruin it. Finally, at 0:13 in the video, I stood up and faced him. “Are you recording me?” The look on his face said everything. He panicked instantly, pulling his phone back and trying to walk off like nothing happened. I stepped in his way before he could disappear and told him to relax, it wasn’t that serious.
