I wore a Christian Saint (Charbel) to my solo trip in Iran during the blackout. Early into the trip I was told that it was Hassan Nasrallah (leader of Hezb) & that some of the locals loved him. For the rest of the trip I used this as a protection piece. God works mysteriously.

The biggest lesson I learned while kidnapped in Haiti for 17 days is that Gangster rap has ruined Gen Z. What I noticed inside was how they all glorified: - fake designer & jewelry - sagging your pants - becoming a rapper to talk about all your crimes We had become so 'friendly' with them inside that the kidnapper thought we would help him with his rap career once released. My brother & I leveraged that for my release. This is a negotiation call from Day 10.
