Three hours later, his body was found inside a white plastic sack on the rooftop of a four-storey building. Police said red adhesive tape had been wrapped around his neck, while rice and polythene were stuffed into his mouth. The circumstances led police to suspect a planned killing. A tenant of the same building, Saiful Islam, was arrested and produced before a Dhaka court, where police sought 5 days' remand for questioning. A child of just five years old. This is beyond horrifying. 💔
