کئی سالوں بعد پچھلی رات لیہ شہر دیکھنے کا موقع ملا لیہ کا شہر اسلام آباد کے میلوڈی بازار سے زیادہ صاف ستھرا، کھلا، خوبصورت، سستا اور جدید نظر آیا شہر کے بازار اور ٹریفک ڈسپلن کو دیکھ کر بہت خوشی ہے شہر میں داخل ہوتے ہی یہ احساس ہوا کہ یہاں کی انتظامیہ نہ صرف جاگ رہی بلکہ گراؤنڈ پہ بہت بہترین کام بھی کررہی ہے، جنرل طارق میرانی، ظفر عالم ظفری اور شہر کے دوسرے معززین اور منتظمین سے ملاقات کرکے ایک نیا احساس ملا، ظفر عالم ظفری صاحب نے پرانے عزیز آصف ڈوگر بارے بتایا، پھر ان سے بازار میں اچانک ملاقات، بڑی تسکین ہوئی کہ ایک شاندار افسر اب پاکستان کے غریب ترین ضلع کو بہتر کرنے کیلئے کوشاں ہیں Keep it up Asif!
