Unfortunately Arizona State University cancelled our Unfuck America Tour event that we had scheduled on Monday with Destiny | Steven Bonnell II but we are still showing up on campus anyway. As a result we are filing a lawsuit against Arizona State University for violating our First Amendment rights. The same day it was cancelled Erika Kirk showed up at the campus and complained about Unfuck America — Ironically in that same meeting Erika scolded her chapter members for not countering our event, she told them to stop talking about Iran and just talk about freedom of speech. Public universities don’t get to decide who can speak. Every campus, same playbook. Turning Point USA applying pressure behind the scenes to shut us down. We know exactly how this works. And unfortunately for them, we’re not going away, we’re fully prepared to take them to court too.

I love Alysa Liu but her dad also deserves a medal. Arthur Liu protested the Chinese Communist Party after Tiananmen. Fled as a political refugee. Came to America in his 20s. Built a career as a lawyer. Raised 5 kids alone. One became an Olympic gold medalist. He is the American Dream. Close the door on stories like his, and you close the door on future gold medals too.

One year ago today Dean Withers and I partnered to confront Charlie Kirk for our first ever Unfuck America Tour stop. Today we wrap up our Spring Tour at UC Berkeley. It’s hard to believe that in one year Turning Point USA is on the verge of collapse, we raised well over 1 million dollars, we started 20+ college chapters and we trained the next generation of debaters. Unfuck America fought the current and we won. I can’t wait to see what the fall tour brings.
