He looks at undeveloped, unique ecosystems & habitats and sees nothing more than an empty space waiting to be industrialized. It reveals a mindset that treats conservation as an obstacle instead of an asset. Basically the mindset of 1950's Republicans ... when big corporations were the priority & no care was given to the environment. He doesn't care that FLORIDIANS use & enjoy these areas.
