FIU's conference is poor competition, but as a former DB, Rivers' 2024 production warrants merit and was through the roof: Y/RR: 3.57 Y/TPA: 3.5 1st down/RR: 14.6 He transferred to Georgia Tech in 2025, a school that went heavy RPO, throwing for only 16 passing TDs, and he still produced.
