This terrorist is Muhammadsobir Fayzov who worked as a hairdresser in the Ivanovo region and who pretends now that he doesn't speak Russian. While leaving the parking lot of Crocus City Hall, he was driving a car and on purpose hit a 8-year old boy on the road. The boy was taken in intensive care in serious condition.

🇳🇴 A Norwegian ship refused to rescue Russian sailors from the vessel Ursa Major in the Mediterranean Sea. For unknown reasons, the dry cargo ship Oslo Carrier 3 did not take the sinking sailors on board. A lifeboat headed toward the Norwegian-flagged vessel, which was nearby.
