something's not adding up with $ICP and i can't shake this feeling. look at what's happening. volume went from 60m to 1.43b while everything else was dumping. someone's accumulating hard - we're talking tens of thousands of ICP per buy. and it keeps pumping overnight when the US is asleep. that's not retail money. here's where it gets interesting.
