Working on the new simulator. I just wanted to see what Atari2600 fetching data from ROM looks like at CMOS FET level (Tiny Tapeout TT09 Atari circuit by ReJ 𓀨 Renaldas Zioma)

Introducing MorphoHDL, a minimal language prototype for growing boolean circuits! Early this year I wanted to design a size-agnostic graph rewrite rule system that could build functional boolean circuits. First I thought about "chemistry"-like reactive systems, but rules were too complicated with many different node types carrying multiple indices... Then I realized, that cell division is much more natural way of building complex structures, and once I started to treat graph edges as buses instead of single wires, everything clicked. No new formalism — just taking good old recursion and seeing how far I can push it. Ripple-carry adder, Brent–Kung adder, multipliers ... and some Haeckel-esque creatures along the way! Hope you enjoy the report of my journey and the demos.

Believe it or not, but I'm trying to design a custom HDL (Hardware Description Language)

Growing Graphs demo is finally out! 🕸️✨ 🔗 Videos from a few months ago finally meet a finished implementation, thanks Gemini for doing the boring parts. Inspired by Paul Cousin's Graph-Rewriting Automata: like a Game of Life, but cells can split if they want to #GenerativeArt #WASM #SwissGL

Wow! There is a Tiny Tapeout SKY26b project which draws a logo on screen by scanning physically matching arrangement of transistors! Like a scanning microscope inside a tiny circuit!

This creature got caught in a tiny space wrapped with a system of portals. Luckily it's not sentient enough to realize how small this world is!
