🚨 3 days of silence… and the reason is... painful to share. 💔 I was away for 3 days because I was in the hospital by my child’s side. I was living through the most frightening moments of my life. After the tests, we discovered that my child has a bacterial infection in the blood and urgently needs treatment. During those days, I could think of nothing but my child… Will they get better? Will I be able to provide the treatment they need? 😢 I now need €300 to provide my child with the necessary treatment. As a father, I feel helpless when I see my child sick and I don’t have enough to afford the medicine. 🙏 I beg you from the bottom of my heart, if you can help me with a donation, no matter how small, it would mean so much to us. And if you cannot donate, please don’t ignore me… please share my post. Your share may reach someone who can help save my child. I’m not asking for anything for myself… I’m simply trying to save my child. 💔show more

URGENT SENIOR IN POLK COUNTY, GA‼️‼️‼️ "My name is... Romeit. My 'family' didn’t bring me here themselves‼️💔💔💔💔💔 They called the shelter … and asked if someone would come get me. So someone did. Mzansi National Importance Please Help. 📍🇿🇦💔 Can someone please... send help? I've been employed on and off, trying to make a way for my son and me. I live in a toxic household, where you're the best when you can give money but you're nothing when you don't have anything. I have a deadbeat baby daddy who doesn't support me. I've endured so much for the entirety of my life, but I can't anymore. I wanna get away from this house where people bully me, where I'm isolated, gossiped about. I wanna flee. I feel like ending things. My family has been the root of my pain, towards myself but also my child. tonight we had the biggest fight and they tried to make me seem like I'm a bad mother because I at times keep my son in my bedroom with me, but it's because of how they treat him. The colorist comments, the way they break down his self-esteem calling him "blou ding", "k#ffer", and more. When I told my mother I'll take legal action against them, she told me that the police will see that I'm crazy. She also threatened me by saying she'll take me to court and say I abuse my child!!!! I don't abuse my child I sometimes yell at him out of frustration cause I'll tell him to stay with me but he'll go to them. He's 5 so he obviously doesn't understand why I don't want him around them. I feel embarrassed for having to come to the internet with my problems, especiially since I've always beem taught to hide the ugly but I can't anymore. 😭😭😭 Someone send help. Whether it's a ngo that can help, a job application, a learnership, anything. I just need to get me and my child out of this household. I'm tired. Ek is moeg! 😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 #help #toxichouseholds #deadbeatdadprob #southafricashow more

WNBA star Brittney Griner has filed for div0rce from... her wife, Cherelle, describing their marriage as "irretrievably broken." Cherelle famously spent years fighting tirelessly for Brittney's release after she was detained in Russia, making the split especially heartbreaking.💔 🗣️ Brittney Griner: "Cherelle was my biggest supporter when I was detained in a Russian prison back in 2022. She never stopped f!ghting for me. She spent nearly a year keeping my story in the public eye, pushing government officials to act, and doing everything she could to help bring me home. I'll always be grateful for everything she did. We've now officially decided to separate. We share a 2-year-old son, and I've filed for joint custody as we begin the process of dividing our marital assets. This isn't the outcome either of us imagined. Sometimes, even after surviving something as traumatic as we did together, a relationship still doesn't last. That doesn't take away from everything we've shared or the love and support that got us through one of the hardest chapters of my life."show more

This one hurts me deeply 🥺💔 I'm not sure... where to start but Rachaad White 1️⃣ has been my main favorite player over the years ever since he got drafted by the Bucs. If you didn't know, I'm the biggest Rachaad White fan in the world. One day back in 2023, I was at Bucs Training Camp and I took a vid of Rachaad practicing and tagged him on X. He then commented and said if I needed anything, just reach out to him. So a month later I did and he reached back out to me and I met him at pregame before the Bucs preseason game against the Ravens, it was truly one of the best days of my life. Then a year later, I reached out back to him to see if he could sign my Rachaad jersey and he did, another one of the best days of my life. He's truly a man of his word, a down to earth guy, a great guy on & off the field, and like I always say how can you not love him. Every single home game since before when the players come out the tunnel, you can only hear me in my section screaming, “RACHAAD WHITEEEE, LETS GOOOOOOO WOOOOO" and now I'm going to miss that 😞💔 Rachaad's also the reason why I started listening to Rod Wave 😂😂 I know players come and go but this one truly means a lot to me. 🙏🙏 I never saw the day you would be in a different uniform man 😢 I'll miss all the good memories, touchdowns you had in front of me live or on tv and I'll miss seeing him in a Bucs jersey running on that field at RayJay. 😭💔 Thank you for everything you have done for me and for the Bucs, Rachaad, good luck on your next journey 🙏🙏 I love you my guy and much love, UNO 🤞🏻🙏❤️1️⃣ #WeAreTheKrewe (my photo and videos)show more

“My Child’s Dream… A Loaf of Bread” Today… after... three long days of hunger and emptiness, we finally got just one kilogram of flour. Yes — after going three whole days without a single bite of food, we were able to get this small amount thanks to your generous donations. That single kilogram of flour cost $70 today — an unthinkable price, but for us, it meant life. I baked eight small loaves from it. We shared them between us — my wife, my children, and me — with nothing to eat alongside. No oil, no thyme, not even salt. Just the bread. And it felt like a feast. But the moment I will never forget was when my child saw the bread for the first time in days. He ran to me at the door, screaming with joy, as if I had brought him a toy he’d dreamed of for months, as if that warm bread was a piece of happiness we had long lost. We love life. We want to live. We want to feed our children. We don’t want to die of hunger. And today, our biggest dream… is simply a bag of flour. That dream now costs $1,000 — yes, $1,000 for a single bag of flour. This is my child’s dream — not a toy, not clothes, just something to eat. Please… Keep donating. Keep reaching out with compassion and kindness. Every loaf of bread you help provide is a heartbeat for us. From the hearts of hungry mothers and children, we say: Thank you… and please, don’t forget us.show more

Sad news. This little puppy has passed away. 💔... After fighting for 5 days, he left us. We tried everything we could, but sometimes even our best is not enough, and that truth is the most painful part. Watching such an innocent life slip away is unbearable. These tiny souls fight so hard, yet the world is often too cruel for them. Death feels impossible to handle these days. My heart is numb, broken, and heavy with grief. Run free, little one. You were loved till your last breath. #RIP #dogsshow more

So two Brits do their best to relocate to... Australia and set up a new life for themselves and due to a company closing + Visa issues they have to return to the UK People make out it’s easy to just up sticks and leave but I’m telling you from experience it’s really not unless you have a skill that’s in high demand or get married etc “Never in my life did I think I would post this. But here it is: I am leaving Australia. My chosen home. The place that shaped me. The place I thought I would grow old in. It still feels unreal. But sometimes life turns around and has different plans for us. What happened: my partner and I were on a sponsor visa and about to get our permanent residency in March 2026. A few months ago we got the news that his company was sold. At the same time, his occupation was removed from the visa list, which meant there was no real way for us to apply for another visa. There were other options to get PR, but after four years of working hard and spending a lot of money, we both didn’t feel ready to start another process. So we decided to take it as a sign and leave Australia. But the closer the day comes, the sadder I feel. To leave my home, my apartment, my people and the life I built here. For some it’s just a country, but for me it’s the life I created that I now have to say goodbye to. And honestly it’s breaking my heart 💔 #australia #permanentrresidency #movingabroad #expat #expatlife”show more

So here’s how serious I am about The 26th... Amendment to the United States Constitution (my right to vote) Because of work obligations and I wouldn’t have the time to travel. I started this process months ago. I applied for the Absentee Ballot, had to re-register to vote, completed some forms and mailed for verification. Received the ballot by mail. I knew ChineyK was traveling and I wanted to ensure they got to the polling station in time. So she had to drop them off at the UPS for me yesterday. This election is too important to NOT vote. It’s too important to NOT let my vote count. It’s too important to come up with excuses. It’s too important to put our future in someone else’s hand. Go out and VOTE. If your state is offering early voting, find a station and do so. If not, ensure on November 5, you do what’s right 💙 🇺🇸show more

One of the things I’ve struggled with this year... is my weight, due to a new medication. I’ve always been someone who loves food, but after going on birth control for the first time in 10+ years I gained 25 pounds in less than 3 months. The birth control was one attempt to help with my severe PMDD symptoms, but sadly it didn’t work AND caused my cravings to skyrocket. After doing a full 3 month test my doctor and I decided to try other treatment options for PMDD. A big reason for that decision was because my body fat percentage was quickly nearing 40% and was starting to cause other health issues. I’ll be completely honest, I lost a lot of motivation in the months after gaining the weight. It became seemingly impossible to get back to where I was just 6 months ago. How could it go downhill so quickly? I am proud to report, however, that after 3 months of changing my mindset and focusing on myself I have lost 7 of those 25 pounds. I am finally going to the gym consistently again, eating the correct amount of calories per meal (except on big film days 😅), and have been spending more time with people who lift me up. I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in over a year I’m really starting to feel like myself again. Thank you to all of you who’ve been on this wild and incredible journey with me all these years 😘show more

I’m livid‼️‼️‼️ Still shaking as I type this ‼️‼️‼️‼️... A BRT bus crushed the front of my vehicle at about 6:40pm this evening on my way from work. Everything is broken. The bumper shattered, the lights destroyed, the bonnet cover removed 💔💔💔 It happened at Obalende with several eye witnesses. Even with the traffic light which was green for our lane to pass, there was also a civilian at the junction controlling traffic, yet this driver crushed our car 💔 After waiting in turn for the vehicles at the other side of the road to pass, the other lane(where the BRT was) was stopped and our lane was passed… …as soon as we moved an inch, a BRT bus with plate number EKY564XY (driver’s face in frame 3) drove in full speed and collided into our car, destroying car parts worth hundreds of thousands💔💔💔 In shock, we (I and the person driving) came down to assess the damage, and to make videos and capture the plates before he runs, but to our surprise and that of everyone around, including the civilian passing traffic, the BRT driver claimed to not have seen us and that he had right to speed and ram into our vehicle the way he did. He asked for the usefulness of the video I was making and I told him I’ll show him the power of social media‼️‼️ It is unfair for me to go to work for 40 working days of two months , toiling day and night only to pour the money into the repair of a car collision caused by the wild animals Lagos state government employs as driver 💔💔 After calling me names, he ended up saying there is a scratch on his bus too so we should both move on. A scratch compared to the damage this wicked human caused. I want to beg everyone to help me retweet massively tagging The Lagos State Govt and Babajide Sanwo-Olu to see how their driver endangers the lives and properties of the same citizens he is set to protect. Lest I forget, despite eye witness claims he adamantly insisted he was in the right and finally entered his vehicle and zoomed off leaving us at the scene. Lagos state and the driver must repair every single damage made to this car‼️‼️ I cannot be working so hard and pouring my salary into repairing damages caused by wicked and unruly drivers of Lagos State Govt. and Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority LAMATA I am ready to come to their office to substantiate every claim written in this tweet. Babajide Sanwo-Olu where do I see money to repair this damage your driver caused to this car?💔💔💔 I am a mere salary earner trying to fend for myself. Frame 1: shows the damage, Frame 2: raining insults, Frame 3: passenger apologizing on his behalf(driver in navy blue), Frame 4: him driving offshow more

You all know her many accolades and the way in which she helped shape the world for women and all people - "we are linked, not ranked" she would tell me, and the bracelet she gave me said exactly that. after 9/11 the CIA built a team whose only... job was to find holes in their own thinking. they called it the Red Cell. the playbook they used is now public. 40 pages. free. almost nobody reads it. I turned their 4 best techniques into 4 prompts you paste into Claude: → prompt 1: what hidden assumptions is my plan built on? → prompt 2: it's 18 months later and my idea failed. walk me through what went wrong. → prompt 3: a competitor with $100M wants to crush me in 90 days. what's their plan? → prompt 4: write the 1-star review from the customer who felt cheated. 30 minutes. your idea either dies here or comes out stronger. both save you 6 months. all 4 prompts are in this article. try them on your next big decision. before reality tries it for you.show more

"My wife passed eight months ago. She left me... a handwritten list of things she needed me to do after she was gone. Pay the insurance by the 15th. Call her sister on her birthday. Don't skip the doctor. And number 7 — 'Make sure Bruno gets a walk every single morning without exception. He will be the reason you get out of bed. I planned it that way. I love you. Don't argue with the list.'" I argued with the list for about three days. Then I stopped arguing. I have not missed a single morning since. Six months of mornings. Six months of 6:30am. Six months of Bruno waiting at the door with the specific patience of a dog who knows the list says morning and trusts that morning will happen because she said it would. Some mornings I get dressed on autopilot. Some mornings I don't remember deciding to get up. I just find myself at the door with my coat on and Bruno's leash in my hand. She knew. She knew me better than I knew myself and she wrote it down and she signed it don't argue with the list and she was right she was always right she was right about this the way she was right about everything. My son saw us this morning on his run. He called me after. He couldn't finish a sentence. Neither could I. So we just stayed on the phone for a while breathing in each other's ears the way you do when words are not the right size for what you are feeling. She put me on a leash, honestly. Bruno's leash. And I have never been more grateful to be exactly where I am supposed to be at exactly 6:30am on a February morning that I would not have gotten up for on my own. Number 7. She saved me with number 7. Drop a ❤️ for her. She planned everything. Right down to the morning walks. Right down to us.show more

I told my 65 year old father NOT TO... GO to the Pudgy Pop up! My parents live in NYC, I asked them about the pop-up to see how close it is. Turns out it's 50 minutes and 2 train rides away. I'm not gonna put him through that journey. Saturday night, he calls me up & sends me this video In the video, he says: "This is very very very incredible. So very! It's very beautiful!" I share this to say this is a 65 Yr old man who knows nothing about this world except what I share with him. He went to casually pick up an item & surprise us, waited in line, & got the warmest treatment from the team. Walked out with the Pudgy Bouquet for us and the Pax & Polly keychains for him and my mom (jealous) and stories he could not stop talking about The phone call was literally him just going on and on about the vibe, the staff, the smiles, the people and everything in between. My dad went to his first Pudgy event before I did & I'm happy for it! Thank you Pudgy Penguins for putting a smile on my old man's face and getting him to feel the Pudgy experience IRL. We proliferate one small memorable experience at a time. How are you playing your part?show more
