A 23 year old developer randomly found an open-source... trading bot on GitHub. The repo already had 899 stars, so he decided to test it on a small account. He launched it in the evening. By morning, the account was up $280. The interesting part is that the bot wasn’t trying to predict Bitcoin or Solana. It barely predicted anything at all. The system monitored multiple markets at the same time and looked for moments when price or liquidity became unusually attractive. One module scanned Polymarket. Another watched Binance. A third monitored liquidity and cancelled trades whenever the risk got too high. While he was asleep, the system kept scanning markets and only executed trades that passed its filters. In the morning, he just opened Telegram and saw the list of filled orders. And this is the weird part: a few years ago, infrastructure like this would have looked like an internal tool at a small trading firm. Now you can find a similar stack sitting publicly on GitHub. Weather trading is becoming a meta. Bot made over... $62k on this Overall, this strategy led to the success of this account. 1,784 trades and a profit of $62,300. Is it a coincidence or not? After analyzing his account, I realized that he started actively trading a few months ago and has already achieved such result. Example of how his main strategy works: > finds a weather market with liquidity > places limit orders to buy 'Yes' at $0.65 and 'No' at $0.25 (e.g) > orders are filled, and he receives $1 for 90¢ Thus, the bot makes about 20-40 trades per day, Gradually accumulating profit. But it is important to clarify that he uses strict risk management So his positions are rarely above $200. Profile:show more

This guy built a trading bot with Claude and... made $87,000 on Polymarket His bot trades the microstructure of short-term crypto Up/Down markets using high-frequency scalping, with elements of swing arbitrage and hedged trading His strategy is simple: > Compares the underlying asset price with the price on Polymarket and trades mispricings > First buys one side, then after the price moves, buys the opposite side so that Up + Down stays below $1 > Uses asymmetric sizing: small size on cheap tails, while most of the volume goes into the 60-97c range This guy’s Polymarket account: Using this strategy and clean execution, he turned $19.7k into $87.1k in one month of tradingshow more

This guy built an HFT algorithm on Polymarket with... an average trade size of $18.69 Result: +$88,641 The bot trades short-term crypto Up/Down markets using a passive maker grid, asynchronous accumulation, and a directional residual: 1. Places BUY limit orders across a fixed price grid It provides liquidity at multiple price levels in advance and waits for the orders to fill 2. Accumulates the opposite outcome as the market moves It bought both Up and Down in 63.6% of markets Orders on one side fill first. Once the market reprices, orders on the opposite side start filling Within each market, it switches between Up and Down a median of 2 times 3. Keeps part of its inventory directional After pairing both sides, a directional residual remains. The size of this residual becomes the main source of PnL In markets where it bought both sides, the outcome with the larger inventory won 53.7% of the time Its Polymarket account: 98euf98a Follow this account and trade on Polymarket through this app: The bot’s main edge comes from a two-part strategy: matched Up/Down positions reduce exposure, while the remaining directional residual drives most of its PnLshow more

Polymarket front run bot Spent the last month building... the backend for this bot which essentially acts the same way that high frequency trading bots work in the stock market It waits for a market buy order to come through where there is thin liquidity in the order book meaning their market buy will push the price up of a YES/NO contract meaning that if my bot buys the contracts first then I can sell them at the high price to the market buy order before their orders have gone through Prediction markets are still early enough to find opportunities like this, just like how the early days of stock trading similar bots to this were invented It is essentially an arbitrage strategy, will make the bot public and free to a few people tomorrow so turn on notifications so you don’t miss itshow more

this is pure f*cking AI treasure 5 GitHub repos... that give you the trading algo Wall Street pays millions dollars: want the engine serious quants run in production? -> NautilusTrader: a Rust-native trading engine where the backtest and the live run use the same code want a full research team arguing over every trade? -> TradingAgents: a multi-agent trading firm in one repo. analysts, researchers, a risk desk want the data terminal without the terminal bill? -> OpenBB: an open data platform for analysts, quants and AI agents want a bot that actually places the orders? -> freqtrade: free, open-source crypto trading bot with backtesting built in want all of it in one place? -> QuantDinger: an AI trading OS. research, Python strategies, backtest, paper and live trading ~282k stars of trading infrastructure. $0 in licences. now the part worth trying. every one of these has the same slow spot: the moment before the order, where something has to say yes or no. that's where Jev goes. it can't write a word. it returns BUY / SELL / HOLD with a probability in 70 to 500 milliseconds. QuantDinger already ships it as the pre-trade gate. and one repo, jev-trader, asks it buy or sell every ~300 ms and quotes a limit order on every single block. the stack in one line: OpenBB brings the data, the agents do the research, Jev makes the call, the bot places the order. the catch: fast is not the same as right. none of this is an ATM. paper trade it first. CLAUDE BUILT A TRADING SYSTEM ON MY MAC I... gave Claude full control over my Mac and just left it running overnight No prompts, no detailed instructions – I just told it to figure out how to make money on Polymarket Then I closed the laptop and went to sleep In the morning, I opened my Mac and saw the terminal still running with logs constantly updating At first it looked like random activity, but once I scrolled through it, I realized it had actually built a structured system overnight It was already tracking wallets Ranking them by performance Filtering out the ones with random entries And focusing only on the ones with consistent behavior What surprised me the most is that it didn’t stop at analysis It organized everything into a working dashboard inside the terminal Capital, PnL, winrate – all updating in real time It even ranked wallets based on performance metrics like ROI, consistency, and execution timing This is the part I would normally spend hours building manually At that point, it was ready to trade, but not actually executing anything yet So I connected it to a Telegram copytrading bot to actually execute the trades, and just let it run Bot: Polymarket: After that, it started opening positions on its own A few hours later I checked the dashboard again Capital: $12,380 P&L: +$23,128 Winrate: 100% 48 trades executed Now I’m not even trading myself I just check the dashboard and see what it’s doing And the strange part is – it keeps getting better the longer it runsshow more

+$18,000 PER MONTH. 🤯 THIS FUCKING GENIUS BUILT HIS... OWN TRADING BOT WITH AI. Instead of spending months learning Python or building everything from scratch, he used an AI tutorial to create a bot that analyzes the market, finds setups, and executes trades based on his rules. Here’s how his approach works ↓ → AI helps build and refine the bot → The bot scans the market for specific setups → It filters trades using predefined conditions → Entry + stop-loss + take-profit are automated → He lets the system handle the execution The crazy part? He didn’t need to become a professional programmer first. He used AI as the developer and turned his trading strategy into an automated system. Obviously, $18K/month isn’t guaranteed — markets can move against you and bots can lose money. But the idea is fucking powerful: → Build the strategy → Give it to AI → Automate the rules → Backtest everything → Let the system handle the repetitive work $18K A MONTH FROM A BOT HE BUILT WITH AI.
