Have you ever looked at your paycheck, looked at... your bills, and wondered where all the money went? There's something a lot of people don't talk about enough when it comes to being a man in today's world. For many men, there's still a strong desire to be able to provide, build a stable household, take care of the people they love, and have something left over at the end of the month. The problem is that doing that can feel harder and harder when the basic cost of living keeps eating up more of every paycheck. Rent or a mortgage, groceries, insurance, utilities, gas, car payments, repairs, medical expenses, and everything else can add up incredibly quickly. Even a man who works hard and tries to be responsible can sometimes feel like he is running just to stay in the same place. Then there are the unexpected expenses that always seem to show up at what feels like the worst possible time. That creates a lot of pressure. A man may feel like he is supposed to have everything figured out, even when he's dealing with the same rising costs and financial uncertainty as everyone else. He might not want to complain about it because he feels like he is supposed to simply handle it. But struggling financially does not automatically mean someone is lazy, irresponsible, or not trying hard enough. At the same time, there is something admirable about a man who keeps working toward a better situation instead of giving up. Maybe that means learning a new skill, taking on extra work, starting a business, cutting unnecessary expenses, or simply being patient while trying to get ahead. It may take longer than expected, and sometimes progress can be painfully slow. It's also important to remember that a man's worth should not be measured by the size of his paycheck. Providing for family is important of course, but being a good husband, father, friend, neighbor, and member of a community matters too. In a world where so many people are quietly struggling to keep up, maybe we should ask ourselves whether we are expecting ordinary working people to accomplish the extraordinary just to afford an ordinary life.show more

Is there any real "due diligence" done by the... 🅰️people? All of their points seem empty, vague, and very handwavy, at least that's the feeling I get. It seems to be confirmed when it comes down to the facts, they try to apply that same vague speculatory mindset they use regarding Starlink, arriving at a conclusion that always seems to be wrong. How many guesses have been propagated as truth? How many small differences have been exaggerated so large that they become the very core of their position? Probably a lot, because the trend I see is to take a kernel of truth and cover it with heavy layers of lies and speculation. I like what ASTS is doing, but the community makes it pretty hard to know what's actually significant, and the truth is, it's pretty hard to tell until both constellations are built and delivering data to customers. I support Sydney Sweeney and her new Novig sports... campaign. I know the ad has created a lot of conversation, and not everyone is going to like it, but I think Sydney has every right to be bold, have some fun and make her own choices. She clearly wasn’t afraid to step outside the box with this campaign, and I actually appreciate that. What makes this even more interesting to me is that Sydney isn’t simply appearing in an advertisement for Novig. She is also an equity holder and strategic partner in the company, which means she is much more involved than just being a spokesperson or the face of an ad campaign. She has a real stake in the business and is participating as a partner, making the campaign feel like something she is personally invested in. For me, it comes down to this: Sydney is an adult, she knows what she wants to do, and she seems comfortable with the choices she is making. We don’t all have to agree with every advertisement or creative decision someone makes. I’m simply choosing to support her, enjoy her confidence and let her have a little fun.
