⚽️👇 Activity Instructions 🗣️ This is a Progressive Rondo... from Drill Library. This 3-grid rondo focuses on encouraging players to switch play effectively by utilizing the free player. In either of the end grids, the possession team will have a 3v1 advantage, while in the narrow central grid, they will play with a 2v1 overload. The aim is to create quick, dynamic play by using the space and the free player to maintain possession and shift the ball efficiently between the grids. 🎨 Animation created using The Tactics Appshow more

⚽️👇 Activity Instructions This is a switch of play... rondo from This rondo is designed to develop quick and intelligent switches of play in possession. The game begins with a 3v1 in one area of the grid while two additional defenders are positioned to screen the central zone. Possession players must complete a set number of passes (e.g., 5) before attempting to switch play to the opposite side. Switches can be made in two ways - via the wide unopposed players for 1 point, or through the central zone for more points due to the difficulty and risk involved. This setup encourages decision-making, timing, and awareness of space and pressure. 🎨 Animation Created on The Tactics Appshow more

⚽️👇 Activity Instructions This is a Belgium Finishing From... Wide Practice from Drill Library. In this unopposed attacking pattern and finishing drill, players are set up across five stations: two central midfielders (CM) and three attackers (left winger (LW), center forward (CF), and right winger (RW)). The drill begins with the players completing a series of predefined passing routines, focusing on movement, timing, and ball circulation. The attackers will then work in tandem with the central midfielders, receiving passes, and executing specific movements to create goal-scoring opportunities. The drill ends with a cross from either the left or right winger, followed by a finish from the center forward. Mannequins are strategically placed to help attackers visualize and anticipate the spaces they will need to play in during the game. 🎨 Animation Created Using The Tactics Appshow more

⚽️👇 Activity Instructions Below 🎨 Animation Created Using The... Tactics App In this unopposed finishing drill, four players are positioned in a diamond shape on the edge of the penalty area. The drill focuses on quick passing combinations and movement to create shooting opportunities. Players work through various combinations, ensuring that all four players are involved in the build-up before a shot on goal. The ball is played between the players in different sequences, such as one-touch passes, wall passes, or quick give-and-go’s. After completing the combination, the player receiving the final ball takes a shot at goal. This drill emphasizes precise passing, movement off the ball, and clinical finishing.show more

⚽️👇 Activity Description Below This is a Breaking Lines... practice from Drill Library. In this drill, players work on breaking defensive lines through quick ball movement and intelligent positioning. The aim is to find and pass to two teammates who are positioned beyond the opposition’s defensive line, replicating scenarios that occur in real match situations. The setup includes 3 players in possession versus 3 defenders in a locked central grid. The 3 attackers must circulate the ball quickly, using clever movement and combination play to disrupt the defensive structure. The team shape resembles a 2-3-3-2, with 3 defenders trying to block access while 2 target players wait beyond the line to receive a penetrating pass. ✅ Click below to view 700+ specialised & adaptable training activities ↙️ 💻show more

⚽️ Cutback Small Sided Game 🗣️ This is a... practice from drill library. This small-sided game is played with 4v4 teams and 4 neutral players positioned at the 4 corners of the grid, known as the 'cutback' zones. The objective is to score 1 goal to win the game. After each goal, the losing team will switch with the neutral players, ensuring that both teams get equal opportunities in different roles. The neutral players are restricted to 1 touch, and the team in possession is encouraged to use them to create goal-scoring chances through quick cutbacks, crosses, or switching the play. The attacking team should aim to exploit the neutral zones to stretch the defense, pull defenders out of position, and open up space for a final delivery into the box. The defenders will need to be aware of their positioning and try to prevent passes into the neutral zones by maintaining close coverage on their opponents.show more
