The HAL made plane went down around pm local time while performing an aerial display before a large crowd. This video was sent to me by a viewer... whose husband was evacuating their cabin near Eureka as the Cherry Fire exploded Friday afternoon. The flames can be seen burning on both sides of the road as he drove to safety. It’s a sobering look at just how fast this fire spread during the extreme winds and dangerous fire weather. The Cherry Fire is one of several large wildfires that rapidly grew across central Utah today, forcing evacuations, closing roads, and sending thick smoke across much of the state.
