#AniMatePro is shapping up to the early access release.... It will likely be broken down in 2 addons. One with the productivity improvements for interacting with the timeline and another one with all the tools to manipulate and interact with the keyframes. Still looking for some animators that are work with Blender or would want to work with Blender but are missing some tools from Maya or Animbot to make the switch. Alright! I am back to rigging! Took some time... to figure out how and when the suspension would kick in, but it worked in the end. Now just need to make the suspension work with the wheel when it is expanding and I'll be all set to duplicate this wheel rig around the vehicle and make my computer "expand" while rendering... #blendercommunity #b3d #blender #vfx #MadeInBlender #Blender #3dmodeling #HardSurface #VehicleDesign #riggingshow more

Sign in with ChatGPT is available for all OSS... tools - Every single one of them. This has massive benefits! Here I have Blender running locally with a Chat interface on it powered by Sign in with ChatGPT. It has its own super-lightweight custom built harness that speaks to the Blender MCP and has Computer Use. I can package this up as a binary and send it to a colleague who can click open, Sign in with ChatGPT and just get to the good bits. They’ll never have to switch tools. Yay? If you think this is just another silly demo... made with AI, read this post. You might change your mind, because this demo is about MATH. What you see on the screen is not a render from Blender (obviously, it’s not that good). It’s a three.js app built with Toolcraft. Available on the web and rendered in real time(link in the comments). But Blender still has a lot to do with it. Blender has Geometry Nodes - a powerful node-based system for creating and manipulating procedural geometry. In other words, it’s math. And math is a universal language. And who do you think is pretty good at math? >>> AI. Now you can download or buy Blender files from marketplaces, and when they contain Geometry Nodes for procedural animations, objects, surfaces, or effects, you can transfer that logic to the web. Make it real-time, make it interactive. Materials are a separate story, of course. They can still suck unless you use the right tricks: PBR, HDRIs, material blending, displacement, and faked surface relief. So why is Blender important here? Blender is open source, and many tools around it are open source too. An AI trained on their code. That means it can translate the math from one environment to another quite accurately. If you’ve been struggling to reproduce some idea with AI that you had in your head or seen in some references, and it has something to do with Geometry Nodes, and you can find that idea or a close one in the Blender ecosystem - it means you can transfer it to the web. Thank me later.show more

A little trunk animation test 🦣 I wanted to... find out how much control I can have with the damped track constraints. These are rather hard to predict. But with some keyframes, it still works super well and the constraints make it all smooth and kinda physically correct 🙂 #b3dshow more

another mini update with examples of octra state inference... speed - it has grown even more with the latest updates the circle version is performing well and is already acquiring some kind of interface, the future plans are clear - expanding capabilities, adding ml-tools and deploying more complex mechanisms (this is an early version, but significant progress has already been made) the devnet version is written entirely in Applied circles will allow the creation of multiple, fully private and verifiable models, they can be assigned tasks, combined into rooms and given different access rights, the so called agents will come to life in the state and will be able to work directly with the network (this is useful for debugging and deep tuning) this direction definitely has potential and we will continue to work on itshow more

we got used to AI coding agents that can... actually work inside a codebase. now imagine that idea applied to creative work. that's the idea behind Voyager that stood out to me. a desktop AI app that can work with your files and orchestrate tools like After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender and Unity. one idea. one place. the finished thing. it's easy to see why they're calling it Codex for creative work.show more

And any PC gamers that have tried out the Early Access, share your thoughts! 💭👇🏽 It’s been Early Access for 2 years now and the devs at Moon Studios have confirmed they’re “hard at work toward 1.0” and explicitly told console players, “we haven’t forgotten you.” Still no exact date but the console release is expected to coincide with (or shortly follow) the full 1.0 drop, which is targeting a 2026 launch 🚀show more
