Deadlift PR today ☠️💪 405 lbs. 1x1 Absolutely nothing... feels better than crushing a new deadlift PR that you missed last week. FOUR OH FAHVE is in the books!!! This was the last lift remaining for me to achieve the Standards 1.0 🔥🔥🔥 The best part is my sons saw me fail last week, and they saw me succeed today. Hard men do hard things. ⚡️ENVIRONMENT MATTERS!⚡️ Heard it from many guys this day... “IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO THROW HARD TODAY” 🤫 Last Friday we had our first mound velo day. Had multiple PRs across the board! For the first day it was great!📈 Coolest thing to see was we had a guy who had played 18 holes of golf the day before, probably not ideal before a velo day (oh well) 🤷‍♂️ and he hit a lifetime bullpen PR. Kudos to the guys who have been putting in work every day this summer and more importantly pushing each other to all grow! So far one 95 mph arm in bullpens, stay tuned this Friday ⛽️show more

I was so fked right here, to roll into the fight I had with so much hype and exposure. Main event for my first pro fight because of what I did as an ammy.
