Kai Trump Shares Diet & Workout Secrets Behind Her... Six-Pack Abs Kai Trump revealed how she achieved impressive six-pack abs following wrist surgery, crediting a disciplined routine and clean eating habits. At 120 pounds, the 19-year-old competitive golfer aims for around 150 grams of protein daily. “I weigh 120 pounds and I probably eat around 150 grams of protein,” she shared. “I eat a lot of sustainable carbs and work out a lot. No matter what I’m doing, I always have like 40 grams of protein in the morning through a shake or something.” (Video: AI) She follows a gluten-free and dairy-free diet, eats “very clean,” and enjoys simple meals like ground beef bowls with rice and avocado or steak and chicken. For workouts, she focuses on core exercises, squats, and cardio. Kai explained her post-surgery mindset: “I literally told them, ‘I have seven months before I return to golf, we’re getting a six-pack.’ And I got a six-pack literally just by prioritizing the right foods and working out.” She credited her mom Vanessa for instilling healthy habits: “Seeing how she eats and what she prioritizes … I kind of grew up into that.” Inspiring dedication to fitness and wellness. "Arguing with her is falling into her frame." –Rivelino... EXAMPLE In this scene from Titanic, Rose knows that Cal is trying to impress her, so she purposely provokes him by doubting the size of the ship Rose is looking to see if she can get a reaction out of him. And she does. He reacts defensively and argues logically A double mistake When a woman tries to start an argument with you, she's testing to see if you're stupid enough to take her seriously If you do take her seriously and argue with her, you fall into her frame and essentially fall into her trap. Whereas if you treat her like an adorable petulant child, you pass the test and sidestep the trap In this scene, Cal reacts the wrong way to Rose's shit test. He falls into her frame by arguing with her and he tries to change her mind using facts ROSE: I don't see what the fuss is about. It doesn't look any bigger than Mauretania CAL: [facts logic boring boring] When a man tries to convince a woman by using facts and logic, she instinctively realizes that he doesn't understand women, how they feel, how they function This is a massive turn off She doesn't want to be with a man who doesn't understand her true feminine essence So what should a man say instead of arguing with her? My two favorite standard replies to any sort of petulant shit test from a girl are "You're precious" and "You're adorable" Remember, she is like a child She wants to feel your mastery over her –– and she wants to see that you have mastery over your own emotions If Cal knew how to handle Rose, he would avoid arguing with her. Instead, he would say something like this: ROSE: I don't see what the fuss is about. It doesn't look bigger than Mauretania CAL: Oh Rose, you're so adorable Much better If your girl says something to make you angry and you feel yourself losing your temper, instead of calling her stupid call her adorable "You're so fucking adorable" You can even keep the same angry tone Over time, you will start reframing and training your brain to see her as an adorable (petulant) child Remember, when you think in your mind "she is annoying", that means she has gotten to you, she has rattled you, and that's bad When you think in your mind "she is adorable", that means you see her like a child And why is she adorable? Well, she's your girl, right? If she isn't adorable –– if she really is stupid, annoying, complaining all the time, disrespecting you all the time, then maybe you need to let her go and find yourself another girl. It sounds like her heart is closed off to you But if she is your girl and you do love her, then she's adorable, and her "annoying" shit tests just mean that she misses you and needs your reassurance that you can handle her moods and her occasional feminine chaos She wants to feel your masculine strength, she wants to feel your amused mastery, your power and control over her emotions She wants to feel safe in your arms She wants to trust youshow more

This cute ebony hottie is Angela, a cool teen... girl who used to live in a neighbouring town. She was an aspiring model, and made these little videos to show off her beauty. At one point she decided that it would be cool for her to smoke in them. In the beginning she only smoked in her videos, and insisted that she wasn't actually a real smoker. But then we started seeing her walking around town with a lit smokie. At first the ciggie was between her fingers, but later she kept it dangling between her hot, puffy lips while she handsfree pumped herself full of nicotine. She became so heavily addicted, and soon crammed more than a pack a day into her lungs. Just watch this massive smoking machine taking a deep drag, holding it in, and letting the smoke ooze out from between her massive, sexy puffers. You can see her eyes become so sultry as the nicotine starts rushing inside her addicted body. But unfortunately it didn't last; her modelling career didn't take off, and she dropped off the radar a couple of years ago. Haven't seen her since, but we always have these hot videos to remember her. #smoking #smokingfetish #sexysmoker #sexysmoking #cigarette #girlsmoke #smokingwoman #smokinggirl #smokingbabe #smokingbeauty #cig #chainsmoker #heavysmoker #girlswhosmokecigarette #chainsmoking #girlswhosmoke #smokingmodel #smokinghot #smoker #smokergirl #cigarette #addicted #smokingaddiction #blackgirl #ebonygirl #ebonysmoker #deepinhale #exhale #hotlips #puffylips #sultryeyes #teensmoking #teensmoker #smokingteen #coolgirl #hotgirl #hotbeauty #sexygirlshow more

She doesn't know her son is rich. She raised... him alone. Night shifts, skipping meals so he could eat. He heard her cry after he fell asleep. Every morning she told him they were fine. They were never fine. He was working at Foot Locker at 17. $11 an hour. No degree. No connections. This video is him. Filming himself in the stockroom, saying to no one: "I need to leave this and get rich." That was 3 months and $43,000 ago. He set up a Shopify store one afternoon. Claude does everything. Products, pages, ads, customer replies. He's never shipped a package. Total cost: $21 a month. $12,000 month two. $43,000 month three. He's 19. Last week he told her. Showed her everything on his phone at the kitchen table. She went quiet. Then asked one question. "You're not in trouble?" "No, mom." She didn't go to work that night. First time in 11 years. His exact setup is in the article. Same tools. Same prompts. Most people will never try it.show more

RUNAWAY FINAL EP #หนีไปก็ตายเปล่าครั้งสุดท้าย #RunawayTheSeries #หนีไปก็ตายเปล่า First of all,... let’s talk about the ending. In the series, we added a scene of them going on a trip after being discharged from the hospital. However, the ending everyone saw was the conclusion of the "main story," which follows the original novel. Initially, I intended to end it right there, but I felt it wasn't satisfying enough. So, I added a special chapter specifically to crush Korn even further. Now, let's get to the point. For anyone wondering when Boon was actually possessed, I’m going to reveal everything here. (Please look at the attached images for context on each scene.) Boon was protected by the Moon Deity and possessed her own magical spells, making it impossible for ghosts to harm or retain her. In EP4, when Boon returned to pack her things, her mother inscribed mystic symbols on her right palm to boost her power so she could fight Jomkwan, knowing her vengeance was powerful. If you look closely, every time Jomkwan touched Boon, her hands would burn so hot that smoke appeared. Yet, she fought through the pain without showing it. However, all those protective spells were destroyed the moment Boon grabbed the ritual knife to deflect it from stabbing Win. Once her guardian deity's power weakened, it was game over. Jomkwan began planning to possess Boon the moment she touched her and didn't feel the heat anymore. This is why she stared at Boon for so long; she was calculating. She then tricked everyone into a false sense of security, acting as if she had surrendered and was leaving. The possession actually started the second when Win said, "Let’s finish what we started." Being cunning, Jomkwan slowly took over Boon’s body bit by bit, thinking Boon wouldn't notice. She feared that if she knew, she would use her magic to resist. But she was wrong. Boon knew exactly what was happening, yet she "willingly" let her possess her. Out of guilt for what she had done in the past, she saw this as the only way to atone for her adoptive sister. It was actually Jomkwan who didn't realize Boon was letting her in. The possession became 100% complete after the vacation house was burned down, once all ties were severed and there were no obligations left. Note: Since Jomkwan didn't just want to possess her but wanted to claim the body as her own, Boon’s soul passed away as a result. Regarding Jompol Monk’s advice to burn the house, it wasn't because he wanted to help her. He only realized what was happening after Jomkwan had already fully possessed Boon. She was so convincing that she even fooled a monk. Jomkwan's playfulness in Boon's body when they leave the hospital, and she asks, "Ghosts?" There was no longer any reason to make Win see ghosts, because the real ghost - Jomkwan - was standing right in front of her. Win only truly started to realize something was wrong because the feeling of being near this fake Boon changed. She didn't feel the same heart-fluttering sensation she felt with the real Boon or Thamon. It wasn't until she saw the reflection in the mirror that she finally knew the truth. My favorite line is: "Oops! So you finally realized?" The tone is so mocking and provocative. It perfectly conveys Jomkwan taunting Win, showing her that even though she ran away, it was all for nothing.show more

She Lived to 117. Scientists Studied Her for Months.... Her Secret Cost $2. Maria Branyas Morera ate three yogurts a day. Every single day, for as long as anyone could remember. She mentioned this to anyone who asked about her longevity, which was often, and it was the kind of advice people receive with a warm smile and then immediately discard, because we prefer our longevity secrets to involve something more exotic than a supermarket dairy aisle. Maria died in Barcelona in 2024. She was 117. Then scientists actually looked inside her, and the smiling stopped. Her gut was packed with Bifidobacterium, a bacterium almost never found in people past 110, and far more commonly associated with infants. Her body had, in the most literal biological sense, not been informed of her actual age. It was operating on entirely different assumptions. Her DNA suggested she was somewhere between 100 and 110. She was 117. Seven years younger on the inside than the calendar insisted, which at 117 is not a rounding error. That is a extraordinary number. But to appreciate why any of this matters, you need to understand what kind of person we are talking about. Maria was born in San Francisco in 1907, the year before the Model T Ford, when Theodore Roosevelt was still in the White House and most of humanity died of things we now treat with a Tuesday afternoon at the pharmacy. Her Catalan father had come to America to make something of himself, and for a while it worked beautifully. He founded a Spanish-language magazine in New Orleans, one of the most chaotic, beautiful, swampy, and gastronomically unhinged cities on the continent, a place that has always operated on the reasonable philosophy that life is uncertain and the gumbo is excellent. Then the family got on a boat back to Spain. Maria fell on deck and permanently lost the hearing in one ear. Her father died of tuberculosis before the coast of Catalonia came into view. He was 37. She was eight. Her mother arrived in Europe with five children, no husband, and presumably very little appetite for what came next. Maria managed. She nursed soldiers in the Spanish Civil War. She outlived Franco, which required considerable patience. She raised three children. She played piano until she was 108. At 113 she caught COVID-19 and dispatched it, which at that point resembles less a medical event than a statement of intent. Then she joined Twitter. Her bio read: “I am old, very old, but not an idiot.” Her last request, before she died peacefully in her sleep, was three words: “Please study me.” The geneticists obliged with considerable enthusiasm, and their subsequent paper in Cell Reports Medicine runs to forty pages of scientists explaining, in the careful and hedged language that science requires, that this woman was remarkable in ways they had not previously encountered and were not entirely sure how to explain. The yogurt, it turns out, had been doing quiet and serious work for over a century. Nomadic peoples of Central Asia were fermenting milk 8,000 years ago, long before germ theory, before microscopes, before anyone had the faintest idea what a bacterium was. They didn’t need to understand it. Their guts understood it. The knowledge was older than writing. Maria understood it too. She didn’t publish a paper. She didn’t launch a wellness brand. She just ate her yogurt every morning and got on with the extraordinary business of being alive. Gandalv / Gandalv ✦ AI-generated image. Not the actual person. Full story:show more

Thirteen years ago, I was a brand-new ER nurse... when a family was brought in after a wreck. The parents were gone before we could save them. The only one left was their 3-year-old, Avery, staring at me as if I were the last safe person in the room. She clung to me so hard. So I stayed. I brought apple juice. Found a kids' book. Read it three times because she kept whispering, "Again." At one point she tapped my badge and said, dead serious, "You're the good one." A caseworker pulled me aside: "She's going into temporary placement. No next of kin." I heard myself say, "Can I take her tonight? Just until you figure it out." "You're single. You work shifts. You're young," she warned. "I know, I said. "But I can't let her be carried off by strangers." One night became a week. A week became months of home visits, parenting classes between shifts, and learning how to pack lunches. The first time she called me "Dad," it slipped out in the freezer aisle. So yeah. I adopted her. I switched to a steadier schedule, started a college fund the minute I could, and made sure she never had to wonder if she was wanted.show more

I remember when Nicki Minaj used to be so... open with her life and truly let the Barbz into her world. That kind of access doesn’t happen by accident it came from love and trust. But looking at things now, I understand why she moves differently The truth is, a lot of people don’t respect her the way they should. Too many are fake, and loyalty just isn’t what it used to be. There was a time when she had no problem showing up for her fans paying for dinners, celebrating birthdays, even attending fans’ parties. She gave real support because she genuinely cared. And it’s sad to see how easily some people have taken that for granted I could never sit back and let someone disrespect Nicki. I’ve argued with family, lost friendships, and stood ten toes down behind her because that’s what loyalty looks like to me. She has shaped culture and impacted my life in a way I will never overlook. We are her fanbase but why don’t some of y’all act like it anymore? It’s easy to point fingers, but sometimes we need to look at ourselves and the energy we bring as a community Loyalty isn’t something you can teach. You either have it, or you don’t. Apparently, this is the video of a Super Falcons... player putting food in her bag, and it’s clearly being taken completely out of context. At a buffet, it’s common for guests to take food back to their room or pack something to eat later when they’re heading out. On its own, this video proves nothing and has absolutely no connection to the reported theft of money from her hotel room. Using an unrelated clip to fuel racial abuse or to justify an alleged theft at the Marriott Hotel in Casablanca is dishonest and misleading. Taking food from a buffet does not excuse or explain money allegedly being stolen from a player’s room. CAF and the Local Organising Committee must treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves, investigate the reported abuse, and ensure that all players are protected from discrimination, harassment and hate.show more

Gavin Newsom’s Ex Details the Affair That Nearly Ended... Him Ruby Rippey has finally broken her long silence in a raw Vanity Fair essay, laying out the full story of her months-long affair with then-San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom while she was married to his close friend and top aide. She describes the power imbalance, the late-night encounters, and the personal freefall that followed. “It isn’t love. It isn’t romance. It’s intoxication,” she writes. “The text message is a hit. The glance across the hallway, a hit. The risk floods my bloodstream. I walk down the corridors of City Hall—my nude stilettos striking the marble floor. He looks at me, his gaze deliberate, newly curious. It feels like oxygen.” Rippey recounts the night it began at a wedding: “My boss and I end up in the narrow hallway outside the bathroom at the same time. We wait, across from each other. The space is tight. The silence stretches. He slips his hands into his tan trouser pockets and smiles—his usual shy, aw-shucks smile. I say nothing. I hold his gaze longer than I should. The air changes.” She woke the next morning “cold, almost shivering” and “soaked from the waist down” after blacking out. Days later, Newsom returned a gold bracelet her grandmother had given her that she left behind in the hotel room. The encounters continued. One night after she spilled wine on his carpet, Newsom looked up while scrubbing the stain and said, “You know, we really can’t do this anymore. You can’t be doing this to Alex.” They kept going anyway. He knew it was wrong. He said it out loud. And he still went along with it. In Los Angeles she blacked out again and woke to find “tiny shirt buttons scattered like coins” on the floor—buttons she had torn from his shirt. Newsom later texted: “Thank God the W had T-shirts.” Rippey spiraled into heavier drinking and cocaine use until an emergency-room visit forced her into rehab. Her sister called Newsom and told him to stay away: “She is unwell. She is getting help. Even if she reaches out to you, it is your responsibility to say no.” His reply, she writes, was some version of “God bless, God bless.” She eventually confessed to her husband in a short email: “Just sex—on and off for months—with the mayor. It ended before rehab. I’m sorry.” Rippey makes clear she was not coerced: “I was not coerced. I knew what I was doing.” She also pushes back hard on Newsom’s later claim in his memoir that he “came clean” to her husband. The truth is the opposite. She was the one who told Alex. Newsom’s version, she writes, “gives him credit for something I had already done.” (Video: AI) Newsom didn’t force the affair. But he recognized how wrong it was, said so himself, and chose to continue. That pattern of knowing better and doing it anyway has followed him ever since. Twenty years later, as Newsom eyes higher office, the woman at the center of the scandal that nearly ended him is finally telling the story in her own words. It is not the version he has tried to sell.show more

This is a typical example of “while men slept”.... Make we sha no dey do watin go cary us go hell fire ooo 😒. God abeg!!! First of all, Imisi is not an “uneducated Yoruba woman”, as you said. She's proud of who she is, who God has made her, and most importantly where she came from (Ebute Meta), she never hides it for once, she carry am for head like gala. Let's get it straight abeg! You can excuse everything with fancy words, but let’s not twist facts to suit our narrative, remember, everyone is watching: Faith dragged a pot, insulted Imisi as “uneducated Yoruba alubosa (onions)” reduced her to his maid at home. At least, if he doesn't respect Imisi, he should respect the person (his maid at home) who cares for him at home. I have attached the video of the part that was deliberately left out, you can watch it in case you missed it. That wasn’t just a slip, it was aimed to degrade her. Imisi has always been the bigger person, laughing off insults that would break others. If Imisi does not appear as the most glamorous housemate, we believe that does not make her less of a woman, and the narrative of “in real life she can never near me” and I'm happy to tell him that in real life their path will never cross too if not for the show✌🏾 Imisi is more than their taunts, she is talented, strong, and hearty. Come what may, she will continue to stand up for herself in the face of it all with her TEN TOES DOWN!!! #ImisiAyanwale #BBNaijaS10 #BBNaija cc: Big Brother Naija MultiChoice Groupshow more

My sister called me crying at 1AM. "I think... I broke something." I drove over. Thought her car died. Or she flooded the bathroom again. She was sitting on the floor with her laptop. A terminal open. +$6,400. "I didn't mean to make this much." She's 22. Works at Zara. Makes $2K a month folding jeans. Two months ago she overheard me talking about Polymarket on the phone. Didn't ask me anything. Found an article herself. Claude analyzed 400 million trades worth $3.7B. Found 5 patterns that top 30 wallets use. Nobody else does. The biggest one: they only hold 1.6 days. Everyone else holds 11. Same edge - 11x the return. Try copytrade this bot here: She gave Claude one prompt: "Only trade markets closing within 72 hours. One category. Exit at 91% of peak. Cut at -12%." 162 trades. 64% win rate. $500 start. Best trade: weather market at $0.14. NOAA said 93%. Resolved YES. +$1,200. During her shift. "Why are you crying then?" "I made more in two months than in a year at Zara and I don't understand how." I looked at the screen. She had 8 positions open. All green. I've been in crypto for 4 years. Zero bots. My little sister figured it out in a week. She still folds jeans. The bot doesn't.show more

AI creations are becoming more impressive, but the most... interesting part is often what happens behind the scenes. Higgsfield has open-sourced its Originals, giving creators access to the prompts, references, and workflows behind these AI films. Now you can see how these creations come together, explore the process, and learn from the techniques behind them. Prompt for this video: Style: 8K IMAX, traditional hand-drawn 2D animation, animated on twos at 12 frames per second — each drawing held for two frames then replaced, choppy stepped motion cadence, visible pose-to-pose timing, distinct keyframe drawings with no smooth in-between interpolation, hand-painted oil-brush texture on every drawing, brushstrokes shifting and redrawn from frame to frame, line jitter and boil between frames. No 3D render, no game engine, no CGI smoothness. The 12 principles of animation throughout: anticipation, squash and stretch, follow-through and overlapping action, slow in/slow out, arcs, secondary action, exaggeration, solid drawing — applied to every element including wolf bodies, clothing, breath, and snow particles. Cinematography: Lubezki / Deakins. Aggressively handheld inside the scene — constant restless shake and jitter every frame, jerky bounce, frame buffeted sideways by gusts, sharp reframing jolts, breathing sway. Horizon never perfectly level. Never gimbal-smooth, never tripod, never dolly, never crane, never aerial. Wide anamorphic approximately 24mm. Shallow depth of field. Camera eye level or below. CHARACTER REFERENCE IS ABSOLUTE — faces and designs from reference images exactly 1-to-1. Reference always overrides text description. CHARACTER TAGS: - THE MOTHER = woman from >>. Bundle clamped to her chest in one arm, the bundle a dark non-glowing shape, faint pale grey breath vapor torn off by the wind, no glow. - THE TODDLER = small girl from >>. Name Umai. - THE WOLVES = animals from >>. Each wolf stands roughly half a human's height at the shoulder. Body length from head to tail equals approximately one full human height. Large, heavy, and low to the ground. - THE FOREST = location from >>. Lighting: no light source, no moon, no stars, no rim light, no contre-jour, no key light. Flat dim diffuse ambient grey-white glow only — no direction, no gradient shading. Flat painted shapes. All forms read as dark silhouettes or mid-grey against white atmosphere. Atmosphere: violent blizzard continuous every frame. Snow driven horizontally. Visibility approximately 3 meters. Rolling white-out waves sweeping the lens. Wind never drops. Hair and robe ends stream sideways with full follow-through and overlapping action. Audio: dominant roaring blizzard wind. THE MOTHER's trembling breath close. Distant low wolf howl buried under wind, barely audible in Shot 2D. No dialogue. No music. No subtitles. SHOT 2C — EXTREME CLOSE-UP handheld on THE MOTHER's eyes. Duration: 3 seconds. COMPOSITION: asymmetric — forbidden: any centered or symmetric framing. One eye occupies the left two-thirds of frame. The other eye cut by the right frame edge — only the inner corner visible. Slight Dutch angle tilt. Lashes ice-crusted and heavy. Whites faintly red-veined from cold and wind. Main eye narrowed, gazing off-screen into far distance below frame. ACTION on twos: eyeball in micro left-right tracking movement — pause — pupils contract sharply — the instant of recognition — eyelids flutter slightly in two held frames — jaw corner tightens off-frame, visible only as a tension in the cheek — breath vapor drifts across the lower corner of frame, torn sideways by wind. Constant handheld micro-shake throughout. A rolling wave of buran briefly obscures the frame. Animated on twos. HARD CUT TO SHOT 2D — WIDE SHOT handheld — wolf pack as shadow mass — distance mode. Duration: approx. 8 seconds. COMPOSITION: asymmetric — forbidden: centered framing. Camera positioned within the tree line, offset to the left. Dense tree trunks occupy and crowd the right third of frame. Open space to the left. Depth axis shifted right, not centered. Wolf pack drives into frame from the lower right — mass heaviest on the right side, left edge showing only sparse fringe and trailing edge. THE PACK — approximately two hundred wolves. They do not exist as individual animals. NOT smoke, NOT mist, NOT vapor — the pack has mass, weight, and momentum. The entire pack moves as a single body of dark water surging downhill — liquid with density and pressure behind it, not diffuse or drifting. It is also shadow: it swallows light rather than reflects it, leaving a presence darker than everything around it in the flat grey-white atmosphere. Water and shadow — these two qualities together, never smoke. Movement pace: swift and relentless — faster than expected for something so massive, the speed of a flash flood or a river breaking its banks, not slow and rolling. The mass covers ground urgently, with weight and velocity combined. Mass density clearly differentiated: the core is near-opaque dense black like deep water — solid, heavy, light-swallowing — toward the edges it thins like water spreading at its margins, individual silhouettes briefly legible at the fringe then reabsorbed into the core. The edge is not soft or diffuse like smoke — it is the ragged turbulent edge of moving water. Large waves and small waves alternating with speed: heavy large waves surge and crest — small fast wave-crests explode between them. White teeth are the only thing in frame that does not belong to the shadow — solid, material, flashing simultaneously at multiple points as wave-crests break, then swallowed back. Skull outlines breach the surface and are pulled under like objects in fast current. Charcoal black with deep navy-blue sheen. Amber-yellow eye-points ignite in clusters in the darkness then extinguish in batches like bioluminescence in black water. Black water flood pours between the tree trunks — trunks submerged by black then re-emerging as the mass passes. Contrast: white blizzard / black wolf mass — white fear, black death. Camera near-still, breathing micro-shake only — as if the observer has instinctively stopped breathing. Animated on twos. Constraints: wolf pack is NEVER smoke, mist, or vapor — it has mass, weight, density, and speed — it is water and shadow. Wolf pack is NEVER a collection of individually animated animals — always a single fluid mass. DISTANCE MODE: mass coherence is absolute, individual wolves do not detach or become readable as separate figures. White teeth are the ONLY non-shadow element within the pack mass. Amber-yellow eye-points appear and extinguish in clusters, never individually. No warm light source anywhere in any frame. No rim light, no backlight, no moonlight — flat grey-white diffuse ambient only. No amber glow from forest reference applied. Camera handheld throughout — never stabilized, never smooth. Animated on twos throughout, no interpolation. 11 seconds total. 12fps. 8K. No music. SFX only. No subtitles. No 3D.show more

🙏♥️🙏 Back in 1952, a baby was born at... a hospital in New York. The room went dead silent. The infant was blue, limp, and silent. Panic began to settle over the medical staff, and for a terrifying moment, it looked like they might give up. Then, a steady, calm voice cut through the tension. «Let's score the baby,» the woman commanded. That woman was Dr. Virginia Apgar. That single, simple instruction changed the course of modern medicine forever. Virginia Apgar's path wasn't easy. She originally wanted to be a surgeon, but in the 1940s, the doors to operating rooms were firmly shut against women. She was told plainly that no hospital would hire a woman as a surgeon. Many people would have quit right there, but Apgar simply shifted her focus. She moved into the field of anesthesiology. It was a career pivot that would eventually save millions of lives. While working in the maternity ward at Columbia-Presbyterian, Apgar watched something that broke her heart. She saw newborn babies dying within minutes of birth because doctors didn't have a standardized way to check if they were healthy or in distress. It was all guesswork. There was no system, no set of rules, and no shared language among the staff. One morning in 1952, Apgar decided to solve the problem herself. She sat down with a piece of paper and a pen. She developed a simple, five-point test to evaluate a newborn's health based on heart rate, respiration, muscle tone, reflexes, and skin color. She called it the "Apgar Score." The medical community didn't just accept it; they embraced it. Within a decade, nearly every hospital in the United States had adopted her method. Because doctors finally had a universal language to assess a newborn's health, they knew exactly when to intervene. The infant mortality rate plummeted. Infants who might have been left for dead in the past were suddenly being resuscitated and kept alive. Virginia Apgar didn't stop with that one test. She went on to get a degree in Public Health and worked tirelessly with the March of Dimes, becoming a global advocate for mothers and their children. She spent her life breaking barriers, not by shouting, but by being the most capable person in the room. Because doctors finally had a universal language to assess a newborn's health, they knew exactly when to intervene. The infant mortality rate plummeted—studies have estimated that the implementation of standardized neonatal assessments contributed to a significant decline in neonatal deaths, with some regions seeing mortality rates for high-risk infants drop by as much as 40 to 50 percent in the years following its adoption. Infants who might have been left for dead in the past were suddenly being resuscitated and kept alive. When people asked her how she managed to thrive in a world that didn't want her there, she would offer a small, knowing smile. She once explained her resilience by saying: «Women are like tea bags—you never know how strong they are until they're in hot water.» Dr. Virginia Apgar passed away in 1974, but her work remains invisible yet essential. Every two seconds, somewhere on this planet, a baby takes its first breath. In that moment, a doctor or a nurse silently calculates a score. That number is a tribute to a woman who refused to give up—not on the babies, and certainly not on herself. vision, and a refusal to back down can rewrite the future. She taught us that your circumstances don't define your impact; your actions do. Most people will never know the name of the woman behind the score they receive at birth. But every life she helped save is living proof that you don't need fame to be a hero—you just need to leave the world better than you found it 🙏♥️🙏show more

She pays $200 a month for her Pilates class.... The studio pays her $18,000 a month for the videos she films during it. She's a member, not an employee. She shows up to the class she'd attend anyway, films a few minutes on her phone, and goes home. That footage is the entire business. Boutique Pilates and yoga studios charge $200+ a month and have some of the worst content on the internet - beautiful spaces, dead Instagram feeds. They know they need video. They have no idea how to make it week after week. So when one member quietly showed them what their own studio could look like, they didn't ask the price. They asked when she could start. Now she films one class and AI does everything that used to need a team: cuts it into 20 reels, writes every caption in the studio's voice, builds the 30-day calendar, and sends the monthly report that gets the contract renewed. The only human part left is being on the mat, which she already is. Here's why the numbers work. One new member is worth ~$2,400 a year to that studio. So a $3,000/month content retainer isn't a cost to them, it's a rounding error against the members it brings in. 6 studios at ~$3,000 each. $18,000 a month. Her tools: $40. That gap doesn't move whether she has one studio or ten. Every other woman in that class is filming the same thing for her own page and getting nothing for it. The only difference is she pointed hers at the studios and let AI carry the 90% that used to cost a five-person agency. There are boutique studios like this in every city, all starving for content, all signing one supplier and never looking again. The full playbook - niches, how to find them, how to close them - is right below. Save it before someone claims your city first👇show more

My baby is wearing a plastic bag instead of... a diaper… Yes, in the year 2025 — not during a famine from centuries ago. In a world full of progress, technology, and awareness… yet the world watches and does nothing. We ran out of diapers two days ago. The last pack I had was bought before the crossings were closed. I thought it would last, but I was wrong. My newborn — only 20 days old — needs more than hope. Now, he has no diapers. No formula. And his mother’s milk doesn’t satisfy him — she’s starving, suffering from malnutrition and exhaustion. She doesn’t even have the strength to cry anymore. We have nothing left — except a plastic bag. Yes, a plastic bag has become his diaper. I wrapped him in it… my hands trembling, my heart shattered. I’m terrified — that it’ll cause a rash, an infection, or worse. That he’ll lie in his own wetness, his delicate skin burning while he sleeps. The price of one pack of diapers is £500 — And formula? Impossible. Donations? None for two days. I am completely powerless. All I can do is watch him cry, and feel like I’m failing him. My baby doesn’t know war. He doesn’t understand borders or politics or embargoes. All he knows is hunger, wetness, and pain. I’m not asking for much… Just a pack of diapers. Just a can of formula. Just a little dignity for my child. Please — help us. Your donation might save him. Your prayer might open a door for mercy.show more

Candace will be doing an exposé on Erika Kirk’s... past much like her “Becoming Brigitte” hit piece. I’m going to give her the same courtesy. At least there’s no glaring conflict of interest. It wont be pretty but there are a lot of lies that need debunking. I started doing a deep dive into her history a year ago. I still cannot see the bottom on her life’s shenanigans. It must be important to understanding who Candace is, if Candace believes it’s important to understanding who Erika is. Candace’s history is relevant because Candace herself says that it’s relevant. I find it really interesting Candy was a Young Steff groupie & tried to break into the hip-hop industry but failed. Something awful happened on that set. I don’t know what she did to get cut out of the video, all but .8 seconds. The artist hits her in the head while dancing & it looked intentional. Editing this in is a real insult. In a video on YouTube Candace tells us that an apology, from the boy who called her a racist name in high school, would have solved all of her problems and prevented her from making very destructive decisions, which led to her dropping out of college and starting a doxxing site called “social autopsy”. I imagine the embarrassment from this experience in the music industry was deeply scarring to her. Candace likely believes a young woman’s past is worthy of sifting through because her past is very checkered—going all the way back to high school. This video alone doesn’t prove as such but it does represent her abject hypocrisy and celebrity complex. It might explain why she latched onto Kanye and attacks celebrities. Obviously, I understand a lot more about her rejection from leftists politics than black culture. Media corruption & Politics is more my wheelhouse. She railed against “black culture” & “Marxism” only after being ejected from it. She was literally hating from outside of the club. Tree of Logic 🇺🇸 (a former police officer & black conservative YouTuber) was the first to call her out for being a nasty bully in 2017. Candace seems to run from other black women who call her out. 🧐 Tree was doxxed and harassed for months after calling out Candace Owens for doxxing and harassing people. Unfortunately, not many were willing to share arrows back then and it was just memory holed. Tree of Logic should have been platformed over Candace Owens and I will die on that hill. I’d love to hear what other SINCERE women think about the racial dynamics at play here. I have a limited perspective, clearly. She seems to be afraid of some women and just hates the rest. I don’t think there’s much in between. 🤷♀️ Just raising questions.show more

A BLONDE IN A PINK BIKINI IS SITTING ON... THE EDGE OF A POOL AT NIGHT AND CLEARS $9,000 A MONTH. Short blonde hair. Pink polka dot bikini. She sits on the edge of a pool with turquoise water and warm light behind her. Looks over her shoulder. Turns slowly. Fifteen seconds of the kind of content that used to require a resort, a photographer, and a model who answers emails. Nobody booked a pool. Nobody waited for golden hour. The shoulder turn is the tell nobody catches. She looks back at camera over her left shoulder and the light catches her collarbone at the exact angle a photographer would spend twenty minutes setting up. AI skips that angle because it requires the face and the body to rotate at different speeds. This one nails it. Pause at 0:12. Full eye contact over the shoulder. Pool light on her skin. That is the thumbnail that gets clicked. HERE'S WHY NIGHT POOL CONTENT CONVERTS HIGHER THAN EVERY OTHER LOCATION FORMAT. Warm light plus water equals luxury. Subscribers associate pool-at-night with vacation, privacy, and access. The operator runs five characters. Each one drops a weekly night-pool set at $14.99. Average 120 subs per character. That is $8,990 a month from a pool that was never heated. Watch her look back one more time. That water has never been touched.show more
