Can't speak, eat, drink, or walk. Psyche. Walking done... and back on the menu. Took a quarter mile boogie around the hospital floor to get me bounced off PT. Feels good. Keep those mighty prayers coming my way, please. I feel them more than you know.show more

Kiraz’s condition has worsened again, as the fever and... vomiting have returned, even worse than before. I haven’t been able to get an ambulance or any means of transportation at this hour — it’s now 10:30 p.m. I’m currently walking to the hospital on foot, while my daughter’s condition is on the verge of death. I’m exhausted from life, and tired of everything that keeps happening to me... I’m terrified that I might lose her while she’s in my arms. Please, keep Kiraz in your prayers. She needs God’s mercy and your prayers now more than ever.😭💔show more

Contrarian take: The more I watch tackling, the more... I'm starting to question if "track the inside hip" is good advice. It only works if you're faster than the back. How many guys can actually stay inside out on Achane, Gibbs or Bijan? Good luck. Players absolutely know and feel speed on the field. But all they hear is "track the inside hip." There's a lot more to tackling than a cue you repeat at every level and never question. Film coming.show more

I remember working in New York in my mid... to late 20s… and the summer would come around… those incredible sunny days in the city… ton of people walking around enjoying themselves… you would only get a glimpse of it at lunch when you split off the desk to wait in line at Dos Toros or the corner deli. Then you’d go right back to your desk to jam on some financial model or some IPO or secondary trade or some mega project the bank as you all doing. And I remember saying to myself… there’s absolutely no way I will be working inside an office on nice days ever again in my life. And that was, in a way, the true beginning.show more

My dogs go everywhere with me. One of them... looks a little different, but he’s pure love. We’re walking through the mall on the way to the pet store when a woman suddenly starts yelling, “That’s a coyote—that’s not a dog!” Now I’m worried she’s going to call security and try to get us kicked out. Do you ignore the yelling and keep walking? Calmly explain? Or does engaging just make it worse? What’s the best way to avoid a confrontation without turning a simple walk into a scene? 🐕‍🦺show more

ENERGY ... What you send out you will get... back in return! Sometimes the most valuable thing you can give is your time and today i went back to my old school Malvern for there amazing yearly event Malfest .... I loved my days at Malvern Primary School and its nice to give something back, help them raise money , see so many mums dads nans grandads and the kids all raving away Most importantly though it makes me feel good and it sends out all the positive happy loving caring energy that i want to come back to me ... Believe me this is so important. Sometimes its easy to fall into negative blame and complain mode whether thats in your actions, the way you speak or what your posting online but thats all i will get back in return if i live that way. The one person you speak to the most is yourself , make them conversations nice positive caring ones. Send out the energy that you want to come back to you Hope everyone enjoyed it today xxxxshow more

🚨 UPDATE: Twin Falls, Idaho shooting hero Jordan Salinas... dropped this reaction to the nationwide praise he's receiving for his heroic actions "The last 24 hours have been overwhelming. I want to sincerely thank my family, friends, and everyone who has reached out with messages, prayers, and support. I haven't been able to respond to everyone yet, but please know I've seen your messages, and they mean more to me than I can put into words. In the coming days, I'll share a more complete account of what happened, to the best of my recollection, when I'm able. For now, my heart remains with the victims, their families, and everyone affected by yesterday's tragedy. Thank you for continuing to keep them in your thoughts and prayers, and thank you all for the incredible support you've shown me and my family." 👏🏻🙏🏻show more

I can eat a lot, I can drink a... lot. Was born this way. Genetics. Mountain people. I’m talking absurd amounts, you can’t imagine. This video below, I ate a 3lb porterhouse, alone, after devouring 4-5 different appetizers with family (I ate most of them) and having 3 spicy margaritas and a Cabernet Sauvignon to pair with my steak. I was taking easy on the alcohol btw. Then I had dessert. I don’t know anyone who can out eat or out drink me. Everyone that’s ever tried has been left behind.show more

On a personal note, this season has had plenty... of highs and plenty of lows. Blessed as ever to attend games, appear on multiple Sky Sports shows, represent Man United on the newly launched Fanalysis app, be invited to hospitality days and events, it will never feel real. I get my fair share of stick but the positives always outweigh the negatives❤️ Next season will hopefully involve more success on the pitch and it’s good to feel we are on an upward trajectory. Grateful for those who endlessly support me and have my back- you know who you are🫶🏼show more
