I just launched a brand new channel with an... INSANE strategy. I'm calling it the Launch Loop. I've been working on this channel for over a year, and took the actually massive risk to hold off on posting until I had all 5 launch videos ready. Each idea was carefully selected for this strategy, and each one was carefully written to execute it. I view this channel launch, and these videos, not as individual videos but as a season of a new show. The plan was this: come up with video ideas that fit together, and write the end of each video to smoothly blend into the next. I treated the conclusion of each video as if it was the intro of the next video, so that if people enjoyed what I made and wanted to see more, they could click the next video on the End Card This was inspired by work I've done in the past: a few years ago on my YouTube strategy channel, I posted a video about Ryan Trahan's thumbnail strategy which has gotten over 2M lifetime views. But at the end of that video, I carefully wrote a transition showing video my comprehensive breakdown of 21 thumbnail formats. The End Screen video CTR on that video is 29.4% 🤯. I'm convinced that some of those 2M views must have come from the success of that end screen. I've come to believe that it's really important to bring in an audience to your CHANNEL, not just one video. That was a mistake I made in another channel I worked on before! Getting virality on individual videos, but not keeping viewers for the long term or growing an actualy community. So I thought, what if I launched a channel where every video pointed to the next, in a loop? Maybe there will be a flywheel where success on one brings success on the next, and the next, and the next... But for this plan to work the videos I made have to actually be good 😅show more

how to CRACK the tiktok algorithm in 2026... the... algorithm in 2026 is not judging your account. it's judging your first 500 views. everyone overthinks this. here's the actual method to crack it: every video starts from ZERO. doesn't matter if your last one hit 1M or your account has 200k followers. tiktok takes the new post, runs it through content moderation first, THEN drops it to a small cold test pool. that pool isn't random. it's people who already watch your exact niche, because tiktok's whole goal is keeping people on the app, so it shows your video to the people most likely to sit through it. then it reads 4 signals, in this order of weight: completion rate (did they finish it) rewatches (did they loop it) shares (did they send it to someone) velocity (how FAST all of that came in) clear the wave, it pushes ~5x bigger. clear that, 5x again. it keeps expanding until the numbers drop below the bar for that wave, then it stops. that's it. that's "going viral." it's just a video that kept clearing waves. nothing mystical. the part that breaks people's brains: this resets EVERY post. tiktok is not youtube shorts. on youtube the channel carries momentum. on tiktok the VIDEO carries itself. your last banger does not pre-load the next one. all followers do is get you shown FIRST in the test pool, which is a head start, not a guarantee. every video still earns its reach from scratch. now the myths that waste your time: "warm up a new account by scrolling for 2-3 days before posting." MYTH. tiktok has said this directly, there is no warm-up requirement. the only real device-level flag is ban evasion, and that only triggers if your device/IP is tied to a previously banned account. clean device = post day one, no penalty. "posting too much hurts the algorithm." also wrong. there is no volume throttle on your account. LOW volume is the real risk. every post is a fresh roll at the test pool. fewer posts = fewer rolls = fewer chances to hit a wave that clears. the accounts that grow fast post 1-3x a day, not once a week. "you need trending audio to go viral." no. trending audio helps discovery marginally but a strong hook on a silent slideshow will beat a weak video on the #1 sound every time. the sound doesn't save a bad first 2 seconds. what ACTUALLY moves it: the first 2 seconds are the whole game. that IS your completion rate. weak hook, the test pool bounces, the video dies in wave 1 and never recovers. front-load the payoff, cut the intro, no "hey guys." shares > likes, by a lot. a like is passive, it barely registers. a share tells tiktok "spread this" and it's the single signal that widens the wave hardest. build for the share: a take people want to send to someone, a "wait what" fact, a screenshot-able line. velocity beats total. 200 views in the first hour tells the algo more than 2,000 over a week. post when your specific audience is actually awake, check your analytics, don't guess "peak times." the format is disposable, the system isn't. 90% of your posts will die under 5,000 views, most under 300. that's not failure, that's the model working. you're not making one perfect video, you're feeding the test pool enough clean shots that a few clear all the waves. 10 accounts x 2 posts a day = 20 rolls daily. one hits 500k and pays for the other 19. and if monetization is the goal: creator rewards in 2026 is 10k followers + 100k views in the last 30 days, ROLLING (a viral month 6 months ago counts for nothing). only videos 60 SECONDS or longer earn a cent. and you have to be based in an eligible country to even apply: US, UK, germany, france, japan, korea, brazil, a few others. pakistan, india, most of MENA are not on the list. so "target US for higher RPM" isn't just a payout tip, geo is a hard gate on whether the program exists for you at all. stop trying to game it. feed it clean videos with a killer first 2 seconds and let the test pool do the sorting. the algo is dumber and more fair than people think.show more

When markets crash, the hard part usually isn’t the... chart work. It’s keeping your emotions under control. Most traders have a system, a plan, clear rules. But when your P&L swings tens of thousands in a day, all of that gets stress‑tested. Fear, anxiety, regret, anger – these emotions can destroy more than the sell‑off itself. Over the past decade, I’ve traded through multiple crashes, panics, collapses and violent corrections. What I’ve learned is this: Your long‑term results are not decided by how well you predict the market, but by whether you can stay rational when the market is at its messiest. In this post I’m sharing four mindset and strategy shifts I consider most critical. I hope they help you make better decisions the next time the market tanks. 📎What’s the mistake you’re most likely to make in a big sell‑off? 💬Tell me in the comments 🆕 Champion’s trading method — now on IG too. 👉 Follow us: IG@jlawstock2show more

There’s a brutally insightful social experiment circulating on TikTok... where a content creator offers children a simple choice: a brand-new iPhone or a lollipop. To absolutely no one’s surprise, the kids overwhelmingly pick the lollipop. You might be tempted to laugh at or judge the innocent children, but their brains simply haven’t fully developed to understand long-term consequences. Fair enough. But then you look at your parents - Boomers, Gen X, and even many Millennials - religious degenerates, rural-bred villagers, and loyal listeners of Kameme and Inooro, happily selling their votes for a pathetic KSh 1,000. The difference? There is none. Their brain capacity is functionally the same as those little children. Show your parents this video and ask them directly: why the fuck are you so stupid? The comparison is damning - and painfully accurate. Kenya’s democracy is being auctioned off by grown adults with the political maturity of toddlers chasing sugar.show more

A 20-year-old girl from Japan asked her boyfriend for... $67. She never told him why. By the next morning, her 18-second clip had reached a million views. Her plan was simple: take the doll dress-up format already spreading everywhere and keep the same girl inside every outfit. The trend wasn’t hers. She borrowed the structure that was already working: close-up hands, a doll-sized figure, rapid outfit changes and a cozy room in the background. The $67 paid for four subscriptions. > Kimi K3 created the character file and wrote every shot prompt > Seedream generated the stills > Seedance animated only the images that passed the consistency check > ElevenLabs voiced the character’s final line That same video went live on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts in a single night. Then she ran the system again: different outfits, a different room, the same recognizable face. One evening of work. One character she can keep building around.show more

OPINION: WILL NEURALINK LET HUMANS KEEP UP WITH SUPERINTELLIGENT... AI? The truth is simple. In the next five to ten years we could have AI thousands of times smarter than any human. Our brains are amazing, but they are slow compared to AI. We speak about 150 words a minute and type even slower. Super intelligent AI will think and solve problems at speeds we cannot imagine. Neuralink is a solution. That amazing, tiny implant connects your brain directly to computers. You think and the machine responds instantly, no more slow keyboards or speech. More than a dozen people already have Neuralink implants. Some who were fully paralyzed are now playing video games, designing 3D models, and controlling computers just by thinking. Elon says the next steps are real telepathy and downloading knowledge straight into your brain. The plan is not to beat super intelligent AI in a race we cannot win. The plan is to team up with it. A high-speed brain link lets our human creativity, emotions, and values guide the AI while we get its incredible power. In the future, will there be a day without Neuralink, most people get left behind?show more

A true trailblazer. Her story reminds us that strength... often grows in silence, and the trail can be a path to freedom. 🥾 🌲 Born in 1887 in rural Ohio, Emma endured over 30 years of severe domestic abuse from her husband while raising 11 children on a farm. She survived broken bones, lost teeth, and near-fatal beatings, yet she raised her family with quiet strength. After divorcing in 1940 (rare for women at the time), she found solace in long walks in the woods. The Hike That Changed History In 1955, at 67 years old, Emma told her grown children she was “going for a walk.” She didn’t reveal her full plan. With almost no gear—just a pair of cheap Keds sneakers, a homemade denim bag, a shower curtain for shelter/rain protection, and minimal supplies—she set out alone to hike the entire Appalachian Trail, a rugged ~2,168-mile path from Georgia to Maine. She became the first woman to solo thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in one continuous season. No fancy backpack, no tent, no support crew. She foraged, slept on leaves or in shelters, and pushed through mountains, weather, wildlife, and exhaustion. She completed it in 146 days, summiting Mount Katahdin on September 25, 1955. Her Lasting Impact Emma hiked the A.T. again in 1957 (becoming the first person to complete it twice) and a third time in sections by 1964. She also walked ~2,000 miles of the Oregon Trail in 1959. Her story, covered widely by the media, helped spark renewed interest in the Appalachian Trail’s maintenance and popularized long-distance hiking for everyday people—especially women and older adults. She proved that resilience, determination, and a simple love of the outdoors have no age limit. Emma passed away in 1973 at age 85, but her legacy lives on in books (Grandma Gatewood’s Walk by Ben Montgomery), the Appalachian Trail Hall of Fame (inducted 2012), and as a symbol of survival and freedom. The TikTok perfectly captures the spirit: At 67, after a lifetime of hardship, she kissed her children goodbye and walked into the mountains—not just to escape, but to reclaim her life, one step at a time. Her journey showed the world that it’s never too late to start walking toward healing and adventure. “If those men can do it, I can do it.” ~Emma Gatewood~show more

A 42 year old man, #Deepak, died by suicide... in #Kerala after a video posted by #Shimjitha accusing him of inappropriate behaviour (#SexualHarassment) on a bus went viral. What followed was not justice, it was a digital lynching. The video that Shimjitha uploaded does not clearly show any deliberate sexual act. It shows a crowded bus, a man standing at a distance, and a fleeting moment where his elbow appears to brush past her as he gets down. Multiple viewers and eyewitnesses, including those quoted on television debates, have said the contact appeared unintentional, a consequence of overcrowding. Despite this ambiguity, Shimjitha chose to upload the video publicly, frame it as intentional harassment, allow it to spread unchecked to nearly 2 million views, only after the damage was done did she delete the video. This is where accountability comes in. If the act was intentional, the law was available. Kerala has clear legal mechanisms for dealing with harassment in public transport. Filing a police complaint would have ensured investigation, evidence, and due process. Instead, she chose social media as a courtroom. When you publicly accuse someone of a serious offence, You take responsibility for the consequences. You cannot later claim neutrality You cannot undo reputational damage by deleting a post. Deepak did not get a chance to defend himself. He did not get a fair inquiry. He got humiliation, abuse, and public branding as a criminal. And he paid with his life. This is not about silencing women. Women must speak up against harassment, and real offenders must be punished. But reckless accusations without verification harm genuine victims too. When ambiguous incidents are projected as crimes for online validation, trust in real complaints erodes. Social media outrage is not justice. Viral videos are not verdicts. Public shaming is not accountability. Shimjitha may stand by her allegation. That is her rig. But society has the right, and duty to question the method, the timing, and the consequences of her actions. One life is already lost. If this case doesn’t make us rethink how casually we destroy people online, then the next tragedy is only a post away.show more

A GIRL BENT OVER A MECHANICAL BULL WITH A... SIGN BEHIND HER THAT SAYS "BODIES: 1000+" WHILE MEN LINE UP BEHIND HER ONE BY ONE — THIS VIDEO DID 22 MILLION VIEWS AND IT'S A RODEO EVENT PROMO. Thread. Alright so look at this setup. She's at some kind of barn event. Hay bales, warehouse walls, mechanical bull. She's leaning over the machine with both hands on it, bent at the waist. Behind her there's a black sign with her photo that reads "Phillips' Glory. Size: S. Age: 24. Bodies: 1000+." And one by one, men walk up from behind her, shake her hand, and move on. That's the event. That's also not what 22 million people see when they watch this video. Here's what makes this the most efficiently suggestive setup I've ever seen on this platform. Every element is innocent by itself. A girl at a rodeo event. A stats board like you'd see for a bull. A handshake line. But the position she's in, the angle the men approach from, and the word "bodies" on the sign turn an event promo into something your brain can only read one way. She's bent over. They come from behind. The sign counts to 1000. Your brain did the math before you finished the first frame. "Bodies: 1000+" is the line doing all the heavy lifting. In rodeo it means bulls ridden. On the internet it means something else entirely and the person who wrote that sign knew exactly which audience would read which definition. The rodeo crowd sees a champion. The internet sees a body count. Both share the video. Neither audience knows they're sharing it for a completely different reason. She never stands up. Not once in 17 seconds. She stays bent over the bull the entire time while men approach, interact, and leave. The position is the format. If she was standing next to the bull this would be a meet-and-greet with 50K views. Bent over it with men approaching from behind it's a video that broke 20 million because your brain cannot overwrite what the geometry is telling it regardless of the context. The hay bales in the background are the final touch. They say "this is a barn, this is a rodeo, this is agriculture." And they're right. But a girl bent over in a barn while men line up behind her is also the opening scene of something that has nothing to do with agriculture and the hay bales are in both versions. The setting didn't change the read. The read hijacked the setting.show more

🚨FYA🇳🇬🎶🇬🇭: So I’m gonna put this out here and... help demystify the conundrum of the identity of the lady who went viral during Omah Lay’s concert in London, kind courtesy @DTSIntel. First of all the said girl at the center of the viral performance isn’t called ‘Fafa’ as reported; she’s also not Ghanaian neither is she ewe nor an old student of Wesley Girls. Her name is actually ‘Jessica Ani,’ known as Jesssani on TikTok(she has since disabled her comments on there since her account got found out). In the first video attached you hear Omah Lay ask her what her name was when she came on stage🙃. Secondly, the video that’s going viral about Omah Lay not knowing her name but giving her shoutout is an old video, after his show in Amsterdam & not London. The voice you hear in the background drawing the attention of Omah Lay about the fan’s name(Fafa) was Nigerian Afrobeats promoter, Adesope. He posted that video on IG in addition to a media carousel on February 11, 2024. He was at that show which also had guest artistes like Smallgod & King Promise. Fafa is actually a staunch fan of Omah Lay’s music, who flew from the UK to Amsterdam just to see Omah Lay; she could sing all of his songs. That is who both Adesope & Omah Lay were referring to(watch video in the last frame) post-shouts. Also, Omah Lay didn’t say ‘bitch’ as purported; he was actually saying ‘big shout—’ & got intercepted by Adesope in revealing the name of the fan to him. Hence the second take. Concerning the London event, Omah Lay or anybody closer to his team is yet to speak on it. & oh, the boyfriend who got affected in this ‘crossfire’ is also not Ghanaian but Nigerian. Shalom! 🦅🇬🇭show more

‼️🇩🇪 BREAKING | The German government has approved the... draft for a 2027 "super-militaristic" state budget. Under this plan, the core defense budget is set at €105.8 billion. This will be supplemented by €27.5 billion mobilized into a special defense fund—a result of abolishing the "debt brake" mechanism—plus €11 billion allocated for direct defense budgetary assistance to Ukraine. Additionally, €58.2 billion has been earmarked for indirect defense spending focused on the modernization of logistics and infrastructure (ports, airfields, highways, and bridges). Consequently, it is fair to say that in 2027, Germany will spend over €200 billion on defense and defense-related matters. Crucially, this is not a one-time surge. Defense spending is projected to leap forward annually, bolstered by the removal of the debt brake and the potential to mobilize €500 billion in loans for the defense sector. This will significantly increase the net defense budget, which could potentially reach €300–350 billion per year within the next 3 to 5 years. Video is made Grok AIshow more

Claude Code can now watch & analyze ANY video... 🤯 I built a skill that gives Claude the ability to watch any video file you drop in — UGC ads, competitor Meta ads, organic TikToks, screen recordings, anything. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who study competitor creative every week to figure out what's working and what to test next. Here's the problem: If you're studying competitor ads on Meta or hooks on TikTok, you're scrubbing through videos manually, pausing to write down hooks, screenshotting on-screen text, and trying to remember what made the ad land by the time you've watched 10 of them. This skill solves it: → Drop any video file into Claude Code → Skill routes it through the Gemini API for native video understanding → Returns a full creative teardown — hook breakdown, target audience, angle, beat-by-beat, on-screen text verbatim → Surfaces the steal-worthy patterns you can apply to your own creative → Same skill works on UGC ads, produced video ads, organic TikToks, and Loom recordings No manual scrubbing. No pausing every 5 seconds. No $200/mo ad intelligence platform. What you get: - Native video understanding via Gemini (not just transcripts) - Structured analysis — hook, angle, audience, pain point, CTA - Verbatim on-screen text and dialogue with timestamps - Hook variations generated directly from competitor ads - About 27 cents per 30-minute video Built 100% in Claude Code with the Gemini API. I recorded a full breakdown showing exactly how I built this and I'm giving away the skill for free. BREAKING: Claude + Arcads can now run your entire... ecom brand tiktok like a $500/hour social media manager. I reverse-engineered how top social media brands use AI to build million-follower accounts. Here’s the crazy part: This system produces 550+ cinematic, product-ready ads per day from a single prompt. Here’s the full pipeline: → AI generates a realistic UGC persona — face, voice, personality → Arcads clones a natural voiceover in seconds → CapCut auto-edits: captions, pacing, hooks — done → our phone farm method pushes every finished video straight to TikTok Shop → Cruva Social 1 identifies which hooks are already winning in your niche before you film anything The result: 500+ videos a month, per brand, at a fraction of what one UGC creator used to cost. Most brands are still paying $300–500 per video. Testing 10 hooks takes $5,000 and three weeks. With this system, you test 100 hooks in the same timeframe. The ones that win get scaled. Automatically. AI is the new creative director. TikTok doesn’t reward the best video. It rewards the brand that shows up the most — with content that converts. Static agencies are dead. Creator dependency is a liability… and it’s soooo 2025. No more waiting on creators. No more $500 videos that flop after 200 views. The brands that automate content at scale will be the biggest winners of 2026. If you want the full breakdown: Like & comment “SYSTEM” I’ll send you the complete workflow, every prompt, and a step-by-step walkthrough. Free. (Follow first so I can DM.)show more

how to start a faceless youtube channel in 2026... with affiliates that actually makes money i've written 5,000+ scripts across 50+ niches. here's the exact process i'd follow if i had to start from $0 tomorrow STEP 1 - pick a niche with money in it, not one you "like" a million views from teenagers and a million views from 55-year-olds are not the same paycheck. finance, retirement, sleep, and world politics pay 5-10x what entertainment does because the advertisers are different. boring + high CPM beats fun + broke. every time. STEP 2 - steal what already works don't reinvent anything. find 5 channels that went from 10k to 100k recently (not the giants the ones who just broke through) and study what they changed. their titles, their hooks, their first 30 seconds. STEP 3 - the script is 70% of everything a mediocre video with a great script beats a beautiful video with a boring one every single time. cold open on the most intense moment. new question every 30 seconds. never let them guess what's coming next. if you can delete a sentence and lose nothing, delete it. STEP 4 - package it or it dies nobody sees the video. they see the title and thumbnail first. one visual, one emotion, 3 words max on the thumbnail. a title that makes NOT clicking feel like a mistake. 40 good videos die every day because of 40 bad titles. STEP 5 - make money before youtube pays you affiliate links in the description from video 1. an email freebie by week 2. a $19 guide by month 2. you should earn before adsense ever turns on. waiting for monetization is the #1 beginner mistake. STEP 6 - read the retention graph like scripture it tells you the exact second people left and why. cliff in the first 30s = fix your intro. dip in the middle = that's the sentence that bored them. it's the only feedback that matters. that's it. that's the whole game. the niche is your ceiling. the script decides how close you get to it. i post this stuff daily. follow so you don't have to learn it the slow, expensive way like i did.show more

‼️EXPOSED: Turning Point USA Is DESPERATELY Trying to REPLACE... Charlie Kirk — And It’s NOT Going to Work😡 Turning Point USA is getting ready to announce their new “Pick Up the Mic” tour, and word from insiders is that they’re now training people in mock debate tents because of the pressure we’ve been putting on them. They’ve even been mentioning us by name in their meetings. Yesterday they flew out a bunch of influencers to promote it, clearly hoping paid promotion will fix their image. At the center of this new push is an 18-year-old named Noah Coffin. He was the president of one of their largest America chapters, and they’re clearly grooming him to be the next face of the organization. He’s already doing tour stops debating students and posting videos telling people not to criticize Erika Kirk. He was even at TPUSA headquarters and on the Charlie Kirk Show set yesterday. The problem? He’s extremely PR-trained, and his engagement looks heavily botted. One of his recent videos has over a million views but only 5k likes — that’s not organic growth. This is what desperate rebranding looks like. Turning Point still doesn’t understand that Charlie Kirk was Turning Point. You can’t just slot in a new, polished 18-year-old and expect people to forget everything that’s happened. No amount of billionaire backing, paid influencers, or fresh faces is going to restore trust that’s already been destroyed. They’re living in fantasy land if they think they can rebuild their reputation by trying to manufacture the next Charlie Kirk. People are done with the lies, the gaslighting, and the controlled opposition. This is just the next chapter in their slow-motion collapse. ⚠️If you value our work and want to help us financially, your support is what helps us stay independent and keep the lights on. 6 months ago we were dropping a new app... every week No one cared We’d randomly get 10k users on an app But they came for the app, not the person The thing is, I don’t care about making a retentive app for one audience I want to be a retentive person ~ for my audience What if I was the app? Not a single Paul Thomas Anderson movie is the same Different subject matter, different genres, so you’d assume different audiences However the same people that went to see his last film, came to see One Battle After Another So the demographic isn't dependent on the subject matter The demographic is just, Paul Thomas Anderson fans The software industry has long told that you need to work on one thing, for the rest of your life That’s not how art works tho, is it? Can you imagine telling Jay Z “Great job on the blueprint, now iterate on that same album for the next decade” The landscape of tech haas been stifling the growth of creators by not allowing them to explore other interests 6 months ago I said no to this "requirement", despite what everyone told me, and continued to drop what I liked every week The second a trend was happening on Tiktok, I had the app out that week Somehow 6 months later, the world is conforming to this ideology Instead of software creators limited to making apps for one audience and one niche, there’s a new world of ephemerality and expression What if instead of optimizing for users, we optimized for fans Making apps that are expressive of your life, your commentary, your heartbreak Garnering an audience that will follow you through each step of your story Each of those steps being its own app Why shoot for daily active users when you can get daily loving fans When fans use your app, it’s not just about resonating with the story, the app places them IN THEIR OWN story Here’s an example You’re a 20 year old girl who’s at UMiami You scroll through Tiktoks in your dorm room about “mogging”, a trend to outshine your friend in a photo You laugh and share videos seeing celebrities mog each other, but that’s the extent of it Then at Danger Testing we make an app called mog or not, where you and your friend can upload a photo and AI tells you who’s mogging Now you’re at the bar with your sorority sisters, playing all night, whether your winning or losing it’s the time of your life cause something is finally about YOU ENOUGH OF WATCHING MOVIES LET’S MAKE YOU THE MOVIE LET’S MAKE YOU THE STAR AN APPSTARshow more
