🤯 I made a 1980's CRT monitor effect in... Rive in 15 minutes using the new GPU Canvas feature. When the UI for this gets built out, Rive will be able to have After Effects-like "effects" that run in real-time. Pretty big deal IMO.show more

Particle explosions 🎇, volumetric illumination using pre-rendered lightmaps and... multiple lights (point, directional). I strongly prefer Unity's default particle system over VFX Graph for these kinds of effects. The latter is overkill, cumbersome to work with, and really only necessary in instances where you're working with data directly from the GPU (and/or extremely high particle counts). #unity3d #gamedevshow more
