Demand is basically infinite for solar, so much so... that many large contractors have jobs fully booked out for years already. We need automation to keep up with demand and that’s why our first product at Cosmic Robotics is solar. It also happens to be one of the first things we’ll need to build on Marsshow more

This is so true what is said in this... video!!! I have seen so many "White people" doing these exact 3 things and it's sad to see! We need to have White Ideals And White Values Only, why is this so hard for so many White people to do? Stop worshipping, adopting and breeding with our enemies, because that is exactly what they are OUR ENEMIES!show more

San Francisco’s economy is recovering, and people want to... be here again. As we continue to build that momentum, we need to make sure that San Franciscans feel the benefits and can continue to raise their kids in this incredible city. We need to build housing, we need to create jobs, and we need to keep bringing people back downtown, our front door to the world and the economic engine for our city. That’s why today I am proud to announce the BUILD Act with Supervisor Bilal Mahmood—a legislative package that will unlock stalled housing projects and create thousands of good union jobs. The BUILD Act will reform the transfer tax to incentivize investment in these housing projects and buildings downtown—stimulating new jobs for electricians, plumbers, and laborers. And we will put forward a ballot measure in November to ensure that transfer tax is paid on properties in foreclosure so we can offset revenue impacts. Our politicians used to take our workers and our families for granted. But those politicians are gone, and those days are over. We are now creating the conditions for our city’s success. By passing the BUILD Act, we will take the next step, creating the jobs and building the housing that San Franciscans deserve.show more

NOW: Governor Cox says we need to figure out... how students like Tyler Robinson are becoming so radicalized on college campuses. Pretty sure this is exactly why Charlie Kirk was doing his campus tours…and he got assassinated for doing so. “We also have to figure out how it came to be that a kid with a 4.0, with a 34 on the ACT, with a full-ride scholarship at my my alma matter…who didn’t last a semester…drops out and ends up doing something like this.” “We need to understand that, and we need to figure out how to stop it.”show more

Due to overwhelming high demand, a number of orders... from our first batch have unfortunately been moved to the second batch, which is now 90% ordered! Our manufacturers are hard at work to keep up with strong demand and we estimate that the second batch will now be sent the latter part of June. As part of this second batch we will update you by email with Fedex tracking numbers so you can see in real time where the mining rig is in the system. We apologize to those affected by this production demand, but rest assured us and the manufacturers are working hard to clear the backlog. Thank you for your patience and support!show more

We just released a new marketing site and I... wanted to talk through some of the changes that we made and why. Design thinking is the other side of the feed, it's usually more nuanced than the flashier parts and typically doesn't hold up as well to a quick scroll. Doesn't bode well for this thread! But, this will be my attempt to talk through the changes made and why. First up, this is our new hero. At Loops.so, our goal right now is to be the only platform you need to email your users The H1 matches that intention and the subheader reinforces it. We also wanted it to be clear we ship fast and often, so we added a pill showing the latest featured changelog. Agents are part of how people build software today, so we wanted to give that the second most important placement on the page, right after signup. Finally, the logo strip should not distract too much, but it should still help people understand these are users, not just logos. So we added the date of first payment from Stripe next to each logo. Next up, more things!show more

I need honest answers Nigerians: So last year we... moved to this Estate in Owerri from Onitsha, my father bought the land years back so last year we finally built on it and moved in. Since then we have been taking care of the street because we are the first to finish building and moved in others haven't and some lands are still empty. So now we want to use our fathers name to register the street but they told my mom that we will be paying to the government every year to keep our street name, this made her now told another person who is also building in our street to use his name and register it, she said she can't afford to do that. So my question is why should we pay to the government to keep our street name, shouldn't the government pay us for keeping the environment clean ?show more
