TIMED DIALOGUE IN A NIGHTCLUB. THREE WALLS FALL AT... ONCE. Nightclub sketch, cut in two halves. Black-and-white first - a couple making out on a couch, someone laughing off-camera. Then color reveals the setup: guy walks up with a drink, delivers a line, she gives him a one-sentence answer that changes the picture, he pauses, then kisses her anyway. None of them exist. It's fully generated, both halves. - What used to be four problems is now one clip Character consistency across a cut - same two faces in B&W and in color. Two-person dialogue with alternating lip sync - three separate English lines, all on time, all matching mouth shapes. Nightclub lighting - low light, saturated color wash, moving sources - was the last hard lighting environment for AI video to render without collapsing into noise. And a kiss - two faces contacting without merging into each other, which has been one of the persistent tells. Any one of these has been solvable for maybe six months. All four in one sketch was still a demo-reel problem in early 2026. - The B&W cut is doing two jobs The editing choice isn't style. It's engineering. Splitting a 15-second sketch into two 5-7 second clips means the model only has to hold consistency inside each segment, not across the whole thing. Monochrome also hides small differences between the two generations - if the girl's face is 3% off between the halves, B&W flattens the delta. Color grading in the second half does the reverse job. Two seams, both hidden by the aesthetic. - The comic beat is the actual craft Generating a kiss is one problem. Generating a kiss that lands as a punchline is a different one. The half-second where he pauses, processes, and decides not to care - that timing has to be prompted specifically. The default output of every current model is a rushed sequence with no beats. Deadpan comic delivery out of AI video means the operator wrote the prompt the way a screenwriter would - pauses, reactions, holds, all specified frame by frame. - What it costs Two 5-7 second clips at $3-5 each with in-model audio. Locked character references for both actors so the faces match across the cut. Prompt structured as a mini-script with beat notation. Realistically 40-60 rerolls to land the timing on all three spoken lines and the kiss. Under $200 in compute. A weekend from concept to publish-ready. - What this actually opens Short-form comedy has been the one segment of content nobody was making with AI video yet, because you can't fake comic timing when your output has drift and glitches. That barrier just came down. Which means every sketch account, every meme page, every stand-up clip factory now has a pipeline that doesn't require booking actors, renting a location, or getting a laugh out of a live crew. Day 436 of documenting 0-1M Checkmate. For the last... 436 days I publicly built this store online, X was mainly the daily notebook, but i also made several videos revealing nearly everything about this store without fully doxxing. We started with 1 product and finished with 37 as we crossed this finish line. It’s not the craziest numbers, but the i hope it shows people who are just starting out, the game of consistency. While documenting this publicly, it was the complete opposite of a straight line up. Many times we ran it up, thought we were in the clear, made mistakes, got reset back to virtually zero. In fact, we actually were set back to nearly zero twice and it’s all documented somewhere in the X posts. I could have easily faked revenue to say i got here earlier, I could have easily jumped on X only posting our best days, but that’s gay and what most people do. We did not miss a single post throughout building this store. Every single day we posted. The reason I used these photos/videos instead a regular ss is because this is the exact table & chair that I made my first $ online in. This broken chair, a broken table, and this laptop that would proceed to break in the process (have a new one now) but it felt like a more full circle moment This store was in the jewlery & fashion accessories niche. Margins were healthy due to low cogs, and it cash flowed nicely but were most likely going to move on from it. Have much better plans in place but was a sick ride. Over 23,000 total orders. This was ZERO to a million. 436 days without a single day missed of posting, which also means not a single day missed of work. how to CRACK the tiktok algorithm in 2026... the... algorithm in 2026 is not judging your account. it's judging your first 500 views. everyone overthinks this. here's the actual method to crack it: every video starts from ZERO. doesn't matter if your last one hit 1M or your account has 200k followers. tiktok takes the new post, runs it through content moderation first, THEN drops it to a small cold test pool. that pool isn't random. it's people who already watch your exact niche, because tiktok's whole goal is keeping people on the app, so it shows your video to the people most likely to sit through it. then it reads 4 signals, in this order of weight: completion rate (did they finish it) rewatches (did they loop it) shares (did they send it to someone) velocity (how FAST all of that came in) clear the wave, it pushes ~5x bigger. clear that, 5x again. it keeps expanding until the numbers drop below the bar for that wave, then it stops. that's it. that's "going viral." it's just a video that kept clearing waves. nothing mystical. the part that breaks people's brains: this resets EVERY post. tiktok is not youtube shorts. on youtube the channel carries momentum. on tiktok the VIDEO carries itself. your last banger does not pre-load the next one. all followers do is get you shown FIRST in the test pool, which is a head start, not a guarantee. every video still earns its reach from scratch. now the myths that waste your time: "warm up a new account by scrolling for 2-3 days before posting." MYTH. tiktok has said this directly, there is no warm-up requirement. the only real device-level flag is ban evasion, and that only triggers if your device/IP is tied to a previously banned account. clean device = post day one, no penalty. "posting too much hurts the algorithm." also wrong. there is no volume throttle on your account. LOW volume is the real risk. every post is a fresh roll at the test pool. fewer posts = fewer rolls = fewer chances to hit a wave that clears. the accounts that grow fast post 1-3x a day, not once a week. "you need trending audio to go viral." no. trending audio helps discovery marginally but a strong hook on a silent slideshow will beat a weak video on the #1 sound every time. the sound doesn't save a bad first 2 seconds. what ACTUALLY moves it: the first 2 seconds are the whole game. that IS your completion rate. weak hook, the test pool bounces, the video dies in wave 1 and never recovers. front-load the payoff, cut the intro, no "hey guys." shares > likes, by a lot. a like is passive, it barely registers. a share tells tiktok "spread this" and it's the single signal that widens the wave hardest. build for the share: a take people want to send to someone, a "wait what" fact, a screenshot-able line. velocity beats total. 200 views in the first hour tells the algo more than 2,000 over a week. post when your specific audience is actually awake, check your analytics, don't guess "peak times." the format is disposable, the system isn't. 90% of your posts will die under 5,000 views, most under 300. that's not failure, that's the model working. you're not making one perfect video, you're feeding the test pool enough clean shots that a few clear all the waves. 10 accounts x 2 posts a day = 20 rolls daily. one hits 500k and pays for the other 19. and if monetization is the goal: creator rewards in 2026 is 10k followers + 100k views in the last 30 days, ROLLING (a viral month 6 months ago counts for nothing). only videos 60 SECONDS or longer earn a cent. and you have to be based in an eligible country to even apply: US, UK, germany, france, japan, korea, brazil, a few others. pakistan, india, most of MENA are not on the list. so "target US for higher RPM" isn't just a payout tip, geo is a hard gate on whether the program exists for you at all. stop trying to game it. feed it clean videos with a killer first 2 seconds and let the test pool do the sorting. the algo is dumber and more fair than people think.show more

PERP DEXs & This Week Let’s take a quick... look at what’s happening in perp DEXs this week: RISEx plans to move to mainnet after a reward-based testnet competition on its own chain. The project will launch with limited access codes, so I recommend trying to get one. A major new player is about to enter the perp DEX market! Reya’s trading competition ends tomorrow. The team has also launched a new ambassador program. We’re getting closer to TGE on Reya. Miracle has integrated Nado into the system. After HL and Extended, this is the 3rd perp DEX added. Hibachi launched its first vault. GAV is currently yielding 35%. They surpassed 200k TVL in a short time. One of the most underrated perp DEXs. Pacifica is offering a 50% fee discount on RWA products until March 31. It’s actually quite easy to earn points from OI. On Paradex, fiddy.dime - priv/acc 🦡’s “price shame” is getting worse. The project sits at only a $5M mcap and $26M FDV. Lighter’s $LIT is now below $1. Their “genius” CEO still doesn’t understand that a project is nothing without its community. After TGE, they tried to dump on loyal holders who supported the project for over a year and forced them out with price pressure. Many OGs left. Now he can buy his trash coin at whatever price he wants. Good for him. edgeX🦭 will have its TGE on March 31. Hopefully it will be a good one and set a positive example for the perp DEX market. Based will have its TGE on March 30. The allocation to the community is extremely low, and despite criticism, they didn’t revise it. Expectations dropped from 300–500M FDV to 50–100M FDV on Polymarket. The team is ignoring everything. On TGE day, they’ll likely lose their last blind supporters. They didn’t even open the blind boxes they distributed. That’s how confused they are. StandX — I think the overly positive sentiment and “TGE is coming soon” expectations are unrealistic. There are only 4 pairs. Trading is exhausting, expensive, and difficult. The system needs improvement. They’re not ready, and progress on the perp side is oddly slow. A fast TGE is not possible under current conditions. There are fewer serious traders than you think. If someone inactive for weeks in the top 1000 only drops 10 ranks, it means participation is low. A warning to AG.stand: you are falling behind competitors, and the world is not just Asia. Grvt delaying TGE was a tough decision and of course had consequences. I assume the team calculated this. But if they delay again, they’ll likely face backlash from the community. Variational — Looking at OI and volume, it’s clearly one of the surviving perps. It’s easier to earn points now compared to a few months ago. BULK — I’m not farming it, but White Rabbit is. The testnet is now public. According to them, it’s a fast and well-built platform. Nado has a strong following. I sold my NFT. If they allocate only ~8% to the community, it could cause serious backlash. Hotstuff — I’m not in, but White Rabbit is farming it. They launched a new builder program. Last week, 2,359 users received points. Still relatively low participation. There are constant competitions — including trips to Thailand and other rewards. But pairs are still limited. HelloTrade is still stuck in whitelist phase. Extended is one of the projects managing its process well. If they execute a clean TGE, it could set a strong example. Architect — I haven’t seen anyone actually using it. Feels like Alice in Wonderland. ‼️ 01.xyz — We contacted them about an issue a month ago, and they still haven’t resolved it or even responded that they can’t. I’m excited to announce my new role as Growth... Lead at Plume! 🐦‍🔥 6 months ago, I had my first call with Chris Yin and surprisingly, he changed my mind. I was skeptical of a web3-native project trying to bridge the traditional world into ours. His thesis of a permissionless blockchain environment was antithesis to what I believed in at the time. After about 45 minutes of deep discussion, I could finally see it. I dropped all of my other RWA investment prospects and pointed myself towards Plume. From there, things got quiet for a while. Myself and the 280 partners debated the RWA sector as a whole and quietly observed Plume’s progress on the sidelines. Fast forward a few months and I had finally realized a thesis of my own; In crypto, you’ll generally find two key types of participants: speculators and yield chasers. Speculators lower their risk threshold in search of the next 100x, closely following trends and trying to capture opportunities early. It is a game that requires forward-thinking, intuition, and a lot of luck. These people range in financial status, with some looking to make their first bucket of gold, with the others trying to hit another big win and buy their second lambo. Yield chasers are a different breed of folks. They may not want to ape their entire portfolio into memes, rather they enjoy the attractive returns that DeFi offers that they generally wouldn’t be able to find in the traditional world. These folks generally aren’t looking for lambo, but believe that they will still be living well without the stress of going to zero. But as we see every cycle, Bitcoin crashes, DeFi collapses, and another round of fuzzy-haired fellas find their way over to the Metropolitan Detention Centre. Crypto dies, retail gets burned, the regulators swoop in and start raising hell, and the cycle repeats. Why does it have to be this way? Of course market cycles are natural and perhaps healthy, but why the catastrophe at the end each time? There must be a better way. And then it hit me. RWAfi is and always was the answer. The road at the end of all roads. It’s a nice road, paved with the blood, sweat, and tears of those truly trying to connect the entire world to our industry. Whether you made a major bag and want to move into wealth preservation or lost it all and no longer want to live the life of a degenerate gambler and are comfortable with a more stable approach to wealth building, eventually, everyone ends up chasing juicy yields. And we all know that there is only one sector of our industry that can consistently deliver attractive yields through bull and bear. There is only one sector that can support all the TVL that is currently sitting in vaults that are unable to sustain the yields they promised. The nature of the vertical makes it constantly aware of regulatory considerations. RWAfi is a sleeping giant, and not only will it unlock a $400T market, it will also catalyze an incredible amount of growth resembling tens of trillion in newly created value and opportunity. We are so early. That, paired with the incredible team Teddy @shukyeerwa Ivy Kang and the other 40 cracked believers that are pushing beyond their limits is the reason I bet on Plume.
