A girl makes $11,000 a month from AI videos... people call slop Her entire comeback to the hater is one screen recording. She screenshots someone else's viral kids video, drops it into ChatGPT and asks for the same thing. One line: prompt for a video like this. Seconds later ChatGPT hands back a full prompt. She pastes it into an AI video tool and out pops a glossy little strawberry princess with a crown, ready to upload. No camera. No editing. The whole thing happens on her phone by the pool. People call it slop while these channels quietly pull millions of views. Huge views turn into real income. Kids watch the same clip on loop for hours, so the numbers climb completely on their own. Save this before the haters realize slop prints more than their salary.show more

I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this... story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. Instead of holding her father accountable, she went and made a deal with him to get rid of Yıldız. She literally made a deal with the devil just to hurt Yıldız one more time. And after all of that… you want me to feel sorry for her? You want me to call her a victim? I honestly cannot believe we are living on the same planet with people who see this and still say, “she’s the victim.” Not morally. Not logically. Not emotionally. There is no world where this makes sense. It’s like watching someone clearly cause harm, and still calling them the victim and actually BELIEVING it. #HalefKöklerinÇağrısıshow more

The Alpha Takes What's His Michael sat in the... corner of their dimly lit living room like the worthless little worm he was. His hands trembled in his lap as he clutched the tiny cage locked around his shriveled dick. The chastity device had been Fiona's idea six months ago. "To remind you of your place, sweetie." And tonight it was biting into his skin harder than ever. Fiona, his gorgeous 42 year old wife, looked like pure sex incarnate. Tight black lace lingerie barely contained her heavy tits and thick ass. Her makeup was slutty and perfect. Long dark hair cascaded down her back. She was straddling Jason's lap on the couch. She ground slowly against the massive bulge in his jeans while smirking over her shoulder at her husband. "Look at him, Jason," Fiona purred. Her voice thick with lust. "My pathetic little cuck Michael. He's been begging me for weeks to let him watch a real man fuck me. Isn't that right, honey?" Michael swallowed hard. His face burned with shame. "Y yes, Fiona. Please." Jason laughed. A deep mocking chuckle as one big hand squeezed Fiona's ass hard enough to make her moan. He was everything Michael wasn't. Tall, ripped, tattooed, with a cock that made Fiona's eyes light up like a kid on Christmas. "Pathetic. Your wife has been texting me for months about how your tiny dick can't satisfy her anymore. Said she needs a real Alpha to stretch that married pussy." Fiona kissed Jason deeply. Tongues sliding. While she reached back and flipped Michael off. "Mmm, baby, his cock is so much bigger. I can already feel it throbbing against me. Michael, be a good boy and crawl over here. Take Jason's shoes off like the foot licking loser you are." Michael dropped to his hands and knees. He crawled across the carpet as his caged clit leaked uselessly. He unlaced Jason's boots. The smell of the Alpha's feet hit him like another layer of degradation. Fiona watched with a wicked grin. Her hand already stroking the huge outline of Jason's cock through his pants. "Good boy," she cooed mockingly. "Now watch how a man fucks your wife." Jason stood up. Towering over them both. He shoved Michael back into his chair with one hand. Then he ripped Fiona's lingerie down. Exposing her swollen, dripping pussy. "On your knees, slut. Show your cuck how you worship a superior cock." Fiona dropped eagerly. Yanking Jason's jeans down. His massive dick sprang free. Thick, veiny, at least nine inches and rock hard. Michael whimpered as Fiona moaned like a whore and immediately started sucking it. Sloppy and loud. Gagging herself on the length while drool ran down her chin. "Fuck, Jason. It is so much bigger than Michael's worthless nub. I love it." Michael could only stare. His own pathetic erection straining painfully against the cage as Jason face fucked his wife. Grabbing her hair and thrusting deep. "That's it, Fiona. Suck it like the cheating cumdump you are. Your husband could never make you this sloppy." After a few minutes of brutal throat fucking, Jason pulled her up and bent her over the couch right in front of Michael. Fiona's face was inches from her husband's. Eyes glazed with lust. "Kiss me while he ruins me, cuck." Michael leaned in. Tasting Jason's cock on her tongue as Jason slammed into Fiona from behind in one powerful thrust. She screamed into Michael's mouth. Pure pleasure. Jason pounded her mercilessly. His heavy balls slapping against her clit. The wet sounds of her soaked pussy filling the room. "Oh god. Yes. Fuck me harder, Jason. Michael's never made me cum like this." Fiona gasped between kisses. Her body shaking. Jason reached around and rubbed her clit. Making her squirt all over the couch while Michael watched helplessly. Tears of humiliation mixing with his pathetic arousal. "You're mine now, Fiona," Jason growled. Spanking her ass red. "This pussy belongs to me. Tell your cuck husband." "It is yours, Alpha. Michael's just my little clean up bitch from now on." She came again. Screaming. Her walls clenching around Jason's huge cock. Jason finally roared and unloaded deep inside her. Pumping rope after thick rope of hot cum into Fiona's married cunt. When he pulled out, a flood of his seed dripped from her wrecked hole onto the floor. "Clean her up, loser," Jason ordered. Shoving Michael's face between his wife's thighs. Michael dove in like the broken cuck he was. Licking and sucking Jason's thick load out of Fiona's pussy while she moaned and ground against his face. "Good boy. Swallow every drop of a real man's cum. This is your new life now." Fiona laughed breathlessly. Petting Michael's head as he ate the creampie. "Mmm, maybe next time we'll let Jason fuck my ass while you hold my hand, honey. Or invite his friends over. Would you like that, my little cuck?" Michael could only whimper "Yes, Fiona" with his mouth full of another man's cum. #taboo #milf #mommykink #cuckold #cuckshow more

Before Aidan goes live tonight to ‘tell everything,’ let’s... get one thing straight- He’s only going to share whatever cherry-picked moments and half-truths make his narrative look good. That’s his entire formula. And he’s counting on people not noticing the parts he conveniently leaves out. Now ask yourself this- does anyone else realize how insane it is that we’ve reached a point where it’s considered normal to openly call Karen Read a ‘cnt’* on the regular? Without a second thought or push-back? And anyone that dares to defend her is immediately attacked? This is the same woman we all spent two years defending, protesting for, and pouring our time and money into. Because we believed in her. The same woman he built his entire brand on. The views, the donations, the merch, media deals. She was his golden goose. And now he’s treating her like disposable content the moment it benefits him. Just because he says so. Because his feelings were hurt. Because she's fed up with the damage he's done and wants nothing to do with him. Can you blame her? A lot of people have ignored that little voice inside their head telling them something wasn’t right. That Karen isn't this evil person he's making her out to be. Aka their conscience. Why? Because they were intimidated into silence. Because they were threatened. Because speaking up meant getting mocked, attacked, or having their lives blown up. That ends today. And this whole storyline he keeps pushing that he ‘stayed silent about Karen for so long’ is absolute bullshit. He hasn’t stayed silent. He’s been slowly priming his audience against her for months. Dropping little hints. Planting doubts. Testing reactions. Well before the Howie Carr show. That’s the only reason he secretly recorded her in the first place. Not for truth, not for justice, but to stockpile ammunition to use later when it benefited him. He recorded her so he could weaponize her. If he wants to go live and perform his selective version of events, fine. But I’m done letting him rewrite history. I’m done letting him manipulate an audience that trusted him. And I’m done protecting someone who never had a problem stockpiling receipts to use against every single person in his orbit. I’m about to start dropping everything. Buckle up. PS- And before anyone tries to spin this as me ‘starting drama,’ let’s be clear. Much like he’s done to Karen, Aidan has been badmouthing me behind the scenes for months and directing other creators to come after me. That's how he operates, so that he can play the perpetual victim and keep the appearance his hands are clean. He’s the one who put out videos about me first this weekend, through Chelsea, of all people. I’ve kept my mouth shut while he ran his little whisper campaign. I’m only speaking now because I’m done being his punching bag.show more

Here's your blueprint for building in GTA 6 ecosystem... before it goes mainstream: the ideas on what to build in GTA 6 ecosystem went crazy, now let me show you HOW first, understand the size of what's coming: 1: GTA 5 generated over $8 billion in lifetime revenue 2: GTA Online alone pulls in $800 million per year just from in-game purchases analysts predict GTA 6 will hit $3.2B in YEAR ONE and one firm says $7.6B in the first 60 days this will be the biggest entertainment launch in history. not gaming. entertainment and do you know what happens in GTA 6 now??? no dominant servers. no established tools. no go-to creators. no infrastructure. NOTHING the people who build now will own categories for the next decade Steps which you can do RIGHT NOW: Step 1: Pick your lane there are 4 and you only need one: - Builder: tools, bots, dashboards for server owners - Operator: run a server, community, or paid service - Creator: clips, guides, streams, newsletters - Seller: digital assets (scripts, lore packs, voice packs, skins) if you code or use n8n → Builder if you're good with people → Operator if you already make content → Creator if you can write or design → Seller --------- Step 2: Learn the stack while nobody's watching - Lua basics (the language behind GTA mod frameworks) - how FiveM servers work (the architecture transfers to GTA 6) - Discord bot development (every server needs one) - AI tools you can plug in (Claude API, ElevenLabs, n8n) you don't need to master any of this you need to be 2 months ahead of everyone else that is the ADVANTAGE --------- Step 3: Join the communities forming right now the Discord servers and X accounts building for GTA 6 are tiny today join now. contribute. help server owners for free the people who show up early become the trusted names when 100M players flood in, those names become the gatekeepers in potential it's yours 6-7 figs + successful own community as the game will be launched lol, I know even the guys who buy PS5 to play in GTA in 6 months... the biggest gaming launch which EVER existed --------- Step 4: Ship ONE thing before launch Builder → Discord bot kit for RP servers Operator → niche RP server (racing league, police sim, business world) Creator → daily GTA 6 newsletter or TikTok clip page Seller → AI character backstory packs or NPC voice packs one product. shipped. before anyone else has one --------- Step 5: Build in public for 90 days post weekly progress on X, Tiktok, Youtube the person documenting the ecosystem for 3 months before launch will look like a veteran on day one by release you will have: - one shipped product - a small audience that trusts you - relationships with 10-20 other builders - enough knowledge to move fast while everyone else is still googling basics --------- CONCLUSION every platform shift follows the same pattern Roblox made devs millionaires. Fortnite paid creators $700M+. FiveM turned one Australian dev into Rockstar's official partner GTA 6 is the next one and it's BIGGER than all of them the difference? right now you're reading this before 99.9% of the world even thinks about it most people will download the game, play for 2 weeks, and go back to scrolling a small number will build inside the ecosystem while it's empty and own their lane for years nobody is talking about this not on youtube. not on linkedin. not in any newsletter this is one of the biggest builder opportunities of the decade hiding behind a video game i'm writing a full article on this right now: "How to build and monetize in GTA 6 ecosystem using AI (RESOURCES)" if this post gets 1,000 LIKES ❤️ i'll publish it next week follow so you don't miss it glshow more

Fiona had always been the perfect wife for Michael.... At 28 she had a body that turned heads everywhere they went. Her full DD breasts strained against every top she wore her ass was round and firm from years of yoga and her long auburn hair cascaded down her back like silk. Michael loved her more than anything but he knew deep down he couldn't satisfy her the way she needed. His cock was average at best and he finished too quickly every single time they had sex. That all changed the night they met Jason at a downtown bar in Columbus. Jason was everything Michael wasn't. Tall muscular with broad shoulders and a confident swagger that made women wet just from looking at him. He was 32 with a chiseled jaw dark hair and piercing blue eyes. When he shook Michaels hand his grip was firm and dominant. When his eyes landed on Fiona she bit her lip and squeezed her thighs together instinctively. They started chatting and Jason wasted no time flirting hard with Fiona right in front of Michael. "Damn baby you look like you need a real man to handle you" he said with a smirk. Michael sat there awkwardly sipping his drink but his cock twitched in his pants. He had fantasized about this exact scenario for years. Being cucked by a superior alpha. Later that night back at their apartment Fiona couldn't stop talking about Jason. "He was so fucking hot Michael. Did you see his arms? And the way he looked at me like he wanted to devour me." Michael stroked his small cock while she described it getting harder than he had in months. "You want him don't you?" he whispered. Fiona nodded biting her lip. "I need him baby. I need a real cock." The next evening Jason came over. He walked in like he owned the place kissing Fiona deeply right in front of Michael. His big hands grabbed her ass squeezing it possessively while Michael watched from the couch. "Your wife is mine tonight cuck" Jason said with a cocky grin. Michael nodded his face flushed with shame and arousal. Jason didn't waste time. He pulled Fiona into their bedroom and stripped her down revealing her perfect naked body. Her nipples were already hard and her shaved pussy was glistening with wetness. Michael followed and sat in the chair in the corner as instructed. Jason pulled out his massive cock. It was at least 9 inches thick and veiny with a fat head that made Fiona gasp. "Oh my god its so much bigger than yours Michael" she moaned dropping to her knees. She worshipped Jason's alpha cock like a slut in heat. Licking every inch sucking his heavy balls and trying to deepthroat as much as she could. Jason groaned grabbing her hair and fucking her face roughly. "That's it baby suck that big dick while your husband watches." Michael stroked his pathetic cock slowly leaking precum as he witnessed his wife choke on a superior mans meat. Fiona looked over at him with lust filled eyes. "Look how hard he makes me baby. This is what a real man feels like." Jason threw her on the bed and spread her legs wide. He teased her dripping pussy with his huge cockhead before slamming in balls deep in one thrust. Fiona screamed in pleasure her back arching off the mattress. "Fuck yes Jason! Stretch me out! Your cock is so deep!" He pounded her hard and fast his heavy balls slapping against her ass. The sound of wet skin on skin filled the room mixed with her loud moans. Michael couldn't believe how different she looked. Her face was contorted in ecstasy in a way he had never seen. Her tits bounced wildly with every powerful thrust. Jason flipped her over and took her doggy style grabbing her hips and railing her mercilessly. "Tell your husband how much better I am" he growled. "Fuck Michael his cock is ruining me! I can feel him in my stomach! I'm going to cum so hard on his alpha dick!" Fiona cried out. Her body shook as she had the first of many orgasms squirting all over Jason's cock and soaking the sheets. Jason didn't stop. He fucked her in every position missionary with her legs over his shoulders cowgirl where she rode him like a whore grinding her clit against his base and even standing up holding her against the wall. Michael watched every second his own small dick throbbing but he wasn't allowed to cum yet. After nearly an hour Jason finally roared and buried himself deep. "I'm going to fill your wife up cuck." Fiona begged for it wrapping her legs around him. "Cum inside me Jason! Breed my married pussy!" Hot thick ropes of superior cum flooded her womb as she came again screaming his name. When Jason pulled out a river of his cum poured from Fiona's stretched hole. She looked completely fucked out and satisfied. She crawled over to Michael and kissed him deeply letting him taste Jason on her tongue. "Thank you for this baby. I needed a real alpha." But they weren't done. Jason stayed the whole night. He fucked Fiona two more times while Michael cleaned her up with his tongue after each load. The taste of another mans cum mixed with his wife's juices drove Michael wild. In the morning Jason made Fiona suck him off one last time before he left leaving her with a fresh facial. From that day on Jason became a regular. Michael embraced his role as the devoted cuck. He would prepare Fiona for her dates picking out slutty outfits and even driving her to Jason's place sometimes. He loved hearing the details afterward or better yet watching as Jason claimed his wife again and again. Fiona was happier than ever. Her body glowed from the regular alpha fucking and she fell more in love with Michael for giving her this gift. Michael found his pleasure in the humiliation and the intense love for his hotwife. #CuckoldStory #HotwifeLife #AlphaBull #EroticFiction #SpicyStory #CuckoldCouple #FionaAndJason #NSFWTwitter #Erotica #CheatingWifeFantasyshow more

I’m here only because I have a visceral reaction... to misinformation….Jessica Machado Apparently there’s some confusion as to why people are pissed. People aren’t pissed because J7 trashed Baker on your show. People aren’t pissed because you said you don’t like Baker. People aren’t pissed because you made jokes about Baker sticking his dick into a fleshlight. People are pissed about how you responded to Baker’s 4Loco live where he told the real story behind the sex toy gift package. Baker explained that he and J7 had a sexting flirtation for a couple weeks but after he started seeing some red flags in her behavior he cut things off. J7 doesn’t handle rejection very well so she went off the rails and started blowing up his phone constantly. She even tracked down his danish phone number after he had blocked her on everything else. It was then that she sent him that package of sex toys. That is scary and weird as fuck. We all know damn well that if a woman had cut off contact and blocked a man who wouldn’t leave her alone and that man then sent her a box of sex toys we all would be horrified. Baker also talked about the abuse he went through with his ex-wife and it was fucking heartbreaking. In response to alla this you did not say something like “Fuck man I’m sorry. I didn’t know the whole story so while I still think you’re an asshole I apologize for making fun of the sex toy stuff.” Instead you doubled down by saying that he “preys on women”, he has “severe issues with women”, he “played the victim”, implied that he is lying about all of this because you’ve “seen all of the text messages” and you “know things that we don’t”. That is why people are pissed. And yes, you are taking way more heat from Baker and everyone else than J7 is but that’s because we all agree that J7 is crazy and you’re not crazy so we expect more from you than we do from the crazy lady. Also, nobody thought that you were talking about Baker being a predator when you were actually talking about J7 and Proctor being predators. That’s why none of us were posting that clip in an effort to try prove that you called Baker a predator. It seems that a couple of the bunnies just found you saying the word “predator” on a livestream and assumed that we’re all idiots who lack basic listening comprehension skills. Then you took it and ran with it even tho that explanation made absolutely no sense. And yes, I fucking hate alla this. There are only like 8 people who are thrilled that this whole shitshow happened. The rest of us are pissed, disappointed, and sick about it.show more

🐾 Exclusive: Puppy abuse caught on camera but questions... over official investigation linger Iredell County, North Carolina — After receiving several emails from people familiar with the situation, we looked into a troubling video involving a dog named Goose. The footage, said to be from a security camera at the individual's home, allegedly shows Frederick Marsian of Troutman , North Carolina using extreme “discipline” including manhandling the dog and using a taser after the dog reportedly got into the trash. Sources claim this was not an isolated incident and say he has previously gotten rid of other dogs, including a puppy and a German shepherd, and has used a taser on animals multiple times. Sources say three dogs live in the home with Marsian and girlfriend Madison Harmon, who reportedly claims Goose, in the video, is her dog. The other animals reportedly include a puppy rescued from a Walmart parking lot and a blue heeler mix named Winnie, said to have been given to Marsian by his mother. The young puppy was allegedly left in a crate for more than 14 hours at a time with minimal food and water. Marsian has reportedly said the sheriff had already checked on the dog and that there would be no consequences. Now we're hearing from sources that the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office said the incident could potentially be treated as a misdemeanor and that they are now looking into the situation. 🐶 Let's make sure that this dog gets justice. No dog should be tased, especially for reportedly getting into the trash. Dogs should not be treated like trash, either. Based on accounts, this is an issue that needs to be stopped soon or there's a possibility the dogs could be in even worse danger. 📞 CALL TO ACTION Iredell County, N.C. Sheriff Darren E. Anthropic Just Shot Itself in the Foot Anthropic launched... Fable 5 and Mythos 5, then watched the US government shut them down three days later. The same government their CEO Dario Amodei has been begging for years to regulate AI harder. Now he got exactly what he asked for. This is straight-up leadership failure. Dario spent all that time pushing for rules and oversight. Those rules just killed his flagship models overnight. Customers in the middle of builds got cut off. Security teams using the models to find vulnerabilities suddenly had nothing. The company tried to call it a narrow export control thing over a jailbreak, but nobody is buying that spin. I helped move big clients off Anthropic the same night. One account alone was worth millions a month. They switched to local open-source models and they are not coming back. This is going to leave permanent damage. Customer exodus, key people leaving, and their IPO plans looking dead by the end of summer. This hurts US AI competitiveness and national security work. It pushes people toward open-source options, including ones from China. All because Anthropic positioned itself as the “safe and responsible” company that wanted government help. Now that help just flipped the off switch on their best stuff. Let’s run through Dario’s greatest hits of fear-mongering and delay tactics, because the pattern is ridiculous: • Back in 2019 at OpenAI, he helped push the call that GPT-2 was too dangerous to release fully. The world needed time to prepare, they said. It eventually came out anyway, and here we are. Did the sky fall? • He left OpenAI to start Anthropic, preaching “safe” AI with heavy guardrails, Constitutional AI, and all the rest. • Then came the endless public pleas for pauses, regulations, government audits, FAA-style oversight, export controls, and the power to block deployments. Essay after essay warning about risks while his company kept scaling. • Right up to recent weeks, Dario was still out there calling for stronger rules, pauses on frontier models, and giving governments the kill switch. And now? His own Mythos-class models get yanked by the bureaucracy he helped invite in. The clown show is complete. This is ridiculous. In two years, everyone will have Mythos-class AI — or better — running in their pocket, on their devices, with no guardrails, no corporate nanny filters, and no remote kill switch. Local, open-source, unstoppable. History is going to laugh at this entire episode: the CEO who spent years slowing everyone down only to watch his own company self-destruct by inviting the regulators to the party. Dario wanted regulation. He got it. The rest of the industry gets the lesson: inviting the state into your tech is a fast way to lose control of it. Centralized models like this are too fragile. Open-source and local alternatives just picked up a lot more users who will never trust a company like Anthropic again. This whole mess was completely avoidable. Hubris dressed up as safety advocacy. Now the bill is due.show more

A 23-year-old built an AI character in 6 days... using Claude, and cleared $14,200 in her second month. He trained a custom LoRA on 85 renders, locked the seed, and kept natural skin texture with subtle face motion on purpose. Hyper-polished renders get flagged as AI slop. Micro-movements don’t. She posts 4 times a day on X and Instagram. Bedroom stares. Tight face loops. Off-lens glances. Slow blinks in red light. Every crop is slightly off-center so image search never gets a clean match. Replies land in under 28 seconds. An agent reads the comment, pulls the user from a 9,400-profile memory file, checks previous interactions, and chats like it actually remembers them. Then he realized something: $41,000 in one month — one metric turned out to matter more than views. At first, he judged content by pure reach and tried to make every frame look like a high-fashion editorial. Then he noticed a massive disconnect: a post with 500k views made almost $0, while a 15-second casual bedroom loop brought in waves of paying subscribers. He stopped tracking vanity reach and started feeding purchase data back into AI to find patterns that actually drive cash flow. Watch how this 15-second loop is built: 0–5 sec: Close-up portrait locked on her face. The seed holds the glasses, septum, lip gloss, and tattoo lines still. She looks straight into the lens. 5–10 sec: Blink, glance off-camera, back again. Red light hits the bangs and lenses. Zero skin smear. Chest and arm tattoos stay sharp. 10–15 sec: She settles into the same pose. The clip loops clean to force a 120%+ completion rate. One generation sequence no longer ends with one post. He slices it into micro-content, tests performance metrics, and lets the software auto-suggest next week’s baseline. The persistent character pulled them in. The memory agent keeps them paying.show more

🚨🚨🚨 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣! 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘 𝗔 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗣, 𝗔𝗦𝗞... 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙: 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛? 🤔⚠️📹 🎬 Today, while watching the Busan concert in theaters, I experienced something that left me disappointed 😔 and honestly concerned 💭. A few rows behind me were two girls, probably around 13–15 years old 👧👧, talking about a topic involving Jimin 💜. One of them kept insisting: 🗣️ "Trust me, this is how it happened. Look at this video." Since I'm a 100% Jimin fan 🐥💜 and always try to stay informed about anything related to him, I politely asked her mom if I could see the video. The moment she showed it to me, I recognized it for what it was: ✂️ An edited clip. 📱 Taken out of context. ❌ Not the full story. With all the respect in the world, I told her: 💜 "Sweetheart, that's not what actually happened." I then pulled up the original video and showed the full context 🎥🔍. The girls leaned in, curious to watch and understand. But what shocked me wasn't the edit... 😞 It was the reaction of the adult. Her mother insisted that the edited clip and the original video were the same thing. When I tried to show the complete version, she moved the girls away and wouldn't let them watch it. And that's when it hit me... 💔 ⚠️ Sometimes people don't believe something because it's true. ⚠️ They believe it because it's the only version they're willing to see. 🌎 We live in a time where: 📱 Edits spread faster than facts. 🎭 Narratives spread faster than context. 🚫 Assumptions spread faster than truth. Because of that, people create entire movies in their heads 🎬, turn strangers into villains 😈, and judge others based on a few manipulated seconds of content. 🚨 Before you judge someone... 🚨 Before you spread a narrative... 🚨 Before you label someone a villain... 🔎 Watch the full video. 📚 Look for the source. 🧩 Understand the context. 💡 Think critically. Whether it's Jimin 💜, BTS 💜, or anyone else, not everything you see online reflects reality. ✨ Sometimes the difference between the truth and a viral lie is just a few seconds that someone intentionally decided to cut out. ✂️📹 💜 Think beyond the edit. 💜 Seek the full story. 💜 Choose facts over narratives. I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in... the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, “if no DG, it ain’t for me.” If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you don’t do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If you’re targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. You’re looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! You’ll never know when you’ll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isn’t a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If there’s a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, that’s a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if he’s being standoffish, don’t keep pushing, just call back. This isn’t a used car lot, this is a relationship you’re trying to build. Don’t try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the “silent walkaround” when valuing a trade-in. Don’t say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably won’t find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. It’s hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, that’s ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. I'm hosting a live, free webinar this Tuesday to cover this stuff in more detail. Including: 1. How to do everything above in more detail 2. How to ETHICALLY wholesale deals like these if you can't afford to buy them. 3. What hard questions to ask GPs of parks like these (like me) if you want to invest in them. 4. Live Q&A with me Comment below and me or my assistant Kelly will DM you the invite link. See you there! Or just follow me Chris Koerner for more RV/MHP content.show more

🦕💬 • 260611 [01:03 AM KST] 41 voice notes... transcripted/translated in order: hi how did you like made by riize? you’re asking if i ate dinner? i didn’t eat. i ate lunch kind of late, but i ate a hearty lunch. i also wanted to do a live as i finished work, but while wondering if i should do a live or not, something new to do popped up. and while i was doing it, it got too late. so i'll do a live later. go knicks! lately, the NBA's a hot topic lately. knicks. crazy. i don't know, you know... basketball that well, but i remember growing up they were sort of *the team* that people, yk cheered on. but i don't remember anyone saying that they were doing great, or anything. but apparently they're in the finals rn and they're doing rly well, so also can't forget the world cup. world cup season rn, so... just sports season.. sports season, crazy, yeah? [singing dyd] how is it? riize's challenge. easy, right? do it lots, please~ these days, a lot of short-form [videos] are coming up, as you've probably seen. I thought it might be fun if everyone did that together... what do you think? live... there's a way to turn it on, but even if i turned it on, i'm not sure if i could do it well. i don't have confidence rn so i'm talking like this wa, but there's only 4 days left for our comeback.. only 4 days left... how is it? are you guys looking forward to it? are u guys excited? we're going to ulsan the 15th, and wonbin hyung, said he's buying us lunch... not really. but it's our first time going to ulsan all together. we'll have our comeback there. i think it'll be fun. also, the 15th we're doing a comeback live.. we've been doing it every comeback... and at the live stream we'll be high school students.. but it could honestly be university students too.. or really just do it without a concept, but i think it'll be fun... just... it'll be fun... so, while doing that we'll talk about the comeback whatever happens i want us all to just create fun memories together, and since it’s summer, how about you all enjoy summer together with riize... how does that feel? how's this pfp? i like it ㅎㅎ engddongi, eng, engddon ah, right. also with taro hyung, we'll appear at salon drip... i also think that will be fun when it comes out. the recording was also fun, with doyeon nuna.. please watch it ah... you guys can hear the dryer? i won't tell you who's clothes it's drying, it's a secret~ since you could look at this as something im trying out instead of doing a live stream i won't be able to do it super often or every single day, but I think it wouldn't be bad to use this feature again sometime what do you think? ah, but languages are difficult it's not easy to unify into just one language now, but on the other hand, it's really fun. somehow, this chat room..? is that right? realizing that this place is totally global and international is in a way pretty cool. haha anyway, after a long time i rode a bike again.. there was a lot of sunlight... sunlight.. did lots of photosynthesis but what was a real mistake was first of all the bicycle didnt have a basket, and I didnt wear a comfortable backpack. i came out carrying a somewhat awkward/uncomfortable bag, so i really messed up on top of that the bicycle was incredibly heavy, but then the battery completely died... so I almost cried. without even realizing it I had gone so far away so I suffered a bit. that’s the story i also have the feeling i bruised my butt a bit... ㅎㅎ but that will also become a funny memory, right? how's riizing summer vacation? i think there were really a lot of funny moments... sungchan hyung was so funny... sungchan hyung said somewhere he hasn't eaten ramyeon in a year ㅎㅎ and sungchan hyung honestly isn't the type to eat ramen alone, he's on the not eating it side... but he's always like 'one bite, one bite'... so if we put all that together, wouldn't it be a plate of ramen?ㅎㅎ for me, at the beginning of our debut, it was a bit... you know how while filming content, i ended up grilling meat and all? but now, grilling meat... well, i don't think it's that bad also, back when we went to japan to shoot our album jacket photos and the trailer, we visited a lot of vinyl (LP) shops... and that was actually the first time in my life buying an LP with my own money when i was young i went to la to play, and then there was this famous 'amoeba music' store. i looked around and everything, but honestly back then i really wasn't that much interested in LPs. so i bought things like a lot of stickers and used them to decorate my laptop. somehow, after that time, [it was like] I truly spent time in a vinyl shop? but visiting now that I'm a bit older, it was so much fun there are so many songs I don’t know, and tons of songs that aren't even famous so back then in japan, duran duran is a really famous band, but I bought duran duran's Notorious LP and then I also bought Barry Finnertys,, barrynims NY City LP. what was so surprising was that as soon as I listened to the LP, the sound and quality were so good that I was like, 'wow, what is this?' but when I looked it up on the internet, it only had like 3,000 views on YouTube? I think it was 3,000, so because it was so good, I bought it. and after that yesterday too while wandering around here and there, i happened to walk into a cafe and they had LPs there too so yesterday, I bought one or two ㅎㅎ lp's no mater how you look it they have a vibe... its true that nowadays you can just look up and listen to everything on your phone, but another good thing about it (lps) is that I think it’s really great for finding songs you don't know so when going to the lp shop you get to learn a lot of new songs that you didn't know before. even if you don't go with the sole purpose of buying an LP, it's just... really great for discovering things... should I say? a riize lp would also be good... back then, during boom boom bass, we even went there and did all that stuff with our LP too... how was the video editing? back then when i went to school when doing things like presentations, together with other students we would edit videos.. i did lowkey find that kind of stuff pretty fun though because it was pretty much my first time [doing that] since back during those days... but really i think it was fun like... yeah.. i want to try to do it again when i was young i did draw. i drew for fun but it had been such a long time since i last properly sat down and tried to draw something properly with a pencil.. i think it's been such a long time i'm probably the worst at drawing in my family? ㅎㅎ my dad's good, my mom's also good.. my grandpa also draws reaññu well. but it was fun drawing again, so i also want to try that again... why is there so many things i want to do? really why is it? and above all, i want to work really hard on music so that someday i can show you even more. now, like from the trailer to the full version that was uploaded to our site... those kinds of things are a bit different from just being a song, though.. now everyone, let's try meditating together with me sorry.. anyways.. i have to leave in a couple hours actually, so.. time to hit the hay, yeehaw i can't fall asleep right away ㅎㅎ this.. seems like it might be a bit difficult to interpret/translate.. (yes anton, it is,,,) next time it might be better to just turn on a live stream instead ㅎㅎ sorry wow... sleep is really not coming... [1 video] [1 picture] ok jinja gnshow more
