Air video messages of support to the team. Get videos of them in training and collate them into gripping montages that make fans excited about their games. You get my drift? I have kept these chicken indoors for a long... time. Today, I opened the gate for them to go out, find what they want, and eat on their own. I had to literally chase them out. They would run around but avoided going out of the gate, until I gate up. I think in their ‘minds’, I love them a lot to be keeping them locked up. Many Ugandans are like this; so afraid of freedom, because they are so used to servitude (oppression) and the crumbs falling off the table of the oppressor. Today, I travelled for over 3 hours to Agona... Odoben in the Central Region to meet 5-year-old twins, Robert and Roberta. They have been abandoned by both parents and live with their grandmother, who is doing her best but simply does not have the means. They are currently not in school because of this, and even basic things like food and clothing are a struggle. I got to know about them through my friend Kelvin, and I just knew I had to show up for them. So today, we went to see them and began the process of enrolling them in school. We have made arrangements for their uniforms and learning materials to enable them to start school this month. It really does take one moment, and people choosing to care, to change the entire course of a child’s life for good. Robert and Roberta deserve a chance at a better future, and we are going to do everything we can to make sure they get it. ❤️show more
