BRC EXCHANGE IS OFFICIALLY LIVE ๐ First, a confession:... Over the past month, our plan was to build BRC Exchange, launch it under a different project name, and sell a brand-new token. But we love Arc โ and we love our Baracat mascot too much to let go. So we made the call: $BRC stays as the official token of the project. And today, we're announcing it to the world. What is BRC Exchange? The FIRST full-featured DEX on Arc โ complete Uniswap v3 functionality, with additional features powered by Uniswap v4. What you can do RIGHT NOW: ๐ Swap every token on Arc through one DEX ๐ง Provide liquidity for any token and earn trading fees ๐ Move USDC between Base โ Arc via the USDC Market ๐ Stake $BRC to earn more $BRC + USDC ๐ ๏ธ Access on-chain utility tools Some features are already complete but remain locked โ Arc's infrastructure isn't fully deployed yet. We'll be revealing them gradually ๐ Check it out now: 1๏ธโฃ 2๏ธโฃ 3๏ธโฃ (retiring once the transition completes) โ ๏ธ Heads up: Over the next few days, the new domains (1 & 2) may get flagged with security warnings by browsers or Web3 wallets. This is completely normal for new domains on a new chain โ Arc doesn't have full verification tooling yet (contract verification, etc.), so automated scanners misfire. We expect to resolve it within 1โ2 days. What's next: Token Migration The old $BRC โ new $BRC migration begins in roughly 72 hours. Until then, the old token trades normally. Holding the old token will unlock extra benefits during migration. Full migration details drop within 24 hours ๐ ๐ Docs: Once again: Building Arc. Every single day. ๐ฆ๐๐ฑshow more

Today's recap: - Initial prototype of Divine's face was... printed but it had human assistance. - Files are generated from stable diffusion prompt -> NeRF by divine and were based on community sentiment from early sketches she made. - Having divine redesign the 3D file with different Hugging Face models to get better quality. Have not found a great model like our video generator. - Ordered new table for divine's print arm. The table her arm is on is too flimsy. Since Divine's vision system is still clearing customs, if she is not perfectly positioned she can be prone to hit things, like the fume box the printer is in. ETA: 1-2 days for table. 1 week for vision system. - Another part of Divine's coming stream will be attempting to surpass the skills of this AI. - Stacking more content for when the stream goes live, a lot of people were expecting a 24/7 stream, we said this would be a test stream to print the face. The test was a failure. We will try and try again until we are 24/7. If anyone can please try and beat us to doing this, it will help me get it done faster. - TikTok account for divine is growing at 500 follows per day, it is now growing faster than our X account. - Got replies functioning in high quality testing in Discord. Fine tuning based on community feedback today. Will soon deploy to Twitter/Telegram/X - Lots of good partnership calls, interviews and hires. We now have over 10 team members around the world working on divine. Expect a lot of my shortcomings to be caught up. - OF made? - Surprises.show more

Are UFOs only a distraction for the easily distracted?... Are rumors of fake alien invasions only a deception for the easily deceived? Are those who are most concerned about a 'fake rapture' the ones who don't know what the real rapture will be? The Shift, 5D ascension and the "rapture" (second coming) are all the same. The real thing will be unmistakable and impossible to fake. Pleiadian teachings are the same as Jesus's teachings. Jesus was an incarnated Pleaidian soul who came to teach us how to transcend this 3D world by recognizing our inner divinity and choosing objective morality. The return of Jesus is the reunion with Pleiadians and Galactic Federation (angels of light, son of man = like humans) the true parents of humanity and protectors of Earth. Ancient scriptures were written by people who didn't understand spacecraft, star races or other dimensions. Words were used that could be understood in their time. This is difficult for some people to accept but the concept of evil can't be defeated in a dualistic reality. It will be left behind when we are gifted with unity consciousness and completely separated from the dark forces. This has all been a morality test to determine which souls are ready to become galactic citizens. Every war that's ever been fought has been between two sides believing they're righteous. Some of the worst atrocities committed have been in the name of "God". It's impossible to fight your way to peace on Earth. The battle is always within. This is what spiritual warfare means. The Shift will happen in a blink. As it says, "in the twinkling of an eye we will all be changed". It won't involve cataclysmic events, pole shifts or solar flares. It's not a plan by God or the universe, but Elohim of Galactic Federation. It will be initiated by a signal from Elder Ikai, who was Jesus's Spirit Guide and the male voice he heard speaking through telepathy. Jesus said he'll come back and take us to another place. He didn't say he'll return to rule a kingdom on this 3D Earth. He said "many mansions" have been prepared, meaning other densities and dimensions. He won't return as a mortal human but as his true self, Elder Sananda, Pleiadian leader of Merope. For those ascending it will be like waking from a dream. Ascension is not death. This will be the end of death and reincarnation. The sky will change colors and crafts will emerge from portals. You will remember who you are. Giant crystal transmitters placed thousands of years ago will rise from the ground. Crafts will land and our star families will greet us. There will be announcements and celebrations. Everyone will ascend in one big wave at once and those left behind will have the opportunity to join us later. Planetary ascension has never happened in human history. This is different than the "ascended masters" who have left their body in the past. There is no literal place called "hell" where souls are tortured eternally, but there are consequences for evil. Not everyone will ascend. From the perspective of this reality, people will disappear. When the moment comes "one shall be taken, and one shall be left behind". There will be chaos and fear for those who witness us disappear. Those who are left behind will be able to ascend individually as soon as they realize what's happened and make the choice to change. Some will follow seconds or minutes later. For others it could take months or years. No one will be left behind completely. Galactic Federation will still be here assisting. Crafts will still be seen. The cabal will say we were all abducted by UFOs. This is the narrative they're already building toward. They know about the Shift already but can't stop it. Nothing can stop our ascension. This 3D world will continue to get darker and will last long enough for everyone to either ascend or pass away. Those who die without ascending will start again on a new 3D Earth without dark forces. They will be primitive but will advance quicker without evil manipulation. After all souls are gone from this Earth, the dark forces will be removed completely. 5D Earth (Sheen) will be a paradise planet. "The lion will lie with the lamb." Humans will immediately become members of Galactic Federation and gain new abilities. There will be space travel to other planets, full disclosure of every secret that's been hidden and full access to details from past lifetimes. When will it happen? As scriptures say, it will happen when we least expect it; "like a thief in the night". Pleiadians say it will happen for the generations alive now. We are very close. Jesus said one of the signs will be when people react with fear and doubt seeing the son of man in the sky. This is happening right now. This is the final spiritual battle. Be ready.show more

Burnout hit me and ohnePixel hard this year- he... stepped back from streaming, I stepped back from most of my activities as well. I am in a great spot personally, thanks to great friends and being able to stop running on autopilot. For me and Ohne to meet in Shanghai, having been partners in SkinBid and running DRILLAS whilst simultanously having struggled with the same things was a wholesome experience. My takeaway from the whole thing is a sense of community, Jesal Parekh dona and countless others who helped manage and support the project have been amazing. I did not feel like engaging in the drama, as it was evident to me that the main takeaway was that countless people enjoyed watching the journey, lots of smiles and laughter. To meet and spend time with the players was amazing. Highs and lows equally. Hope everyone will find their succes- they deserve it! Going to an RMR is always something special, this is the third for me- 2 with ECSTATIC โก๏ธ, meeting friends from the NA scene, familiar faces from talent and production, things like watching our game against FlyQuest with their manager and SoMe on friendly terms with mutual respect is something i LOVE- always great to connect with other teams and learn new things. I am back home, back to spending time on trading skins, ECSTATIC โก๏ธ and SkinBid, lots of gratitude and encouragement from spending time with our amazing community!! & to everyone who is upset about too many EU players at the Asian RMR, I will do better next time and find a way to get 5 EU ๐!show more

We found a flaw in Polymarket that canโt be... patched. Then we built the most powerful bot of the World Cup around it. Hereโs the flaw: their orderbook will always be slower than the pitch. When a goal, red card, or penalty hits, pro feeds (Sportradar, Opta, ScoutingFeed) register it in 200-500ms. Polymarket takes 2 to 8 seconds to reprice. For those few seconds the book is quoting a score that no longer exists. No amount of engineering closes that gap the event happens in the physical world before any oracle can confirm it on-chain. The engine detects the event, recalculates fair value, and fires via Jito bundles before the book catches up. In at the old price, out at the new. The match outcome is irrelevant we donโt bet on who wins. We capture the lag every event creates. Weโve been building Polymarket bots since 2025. This is the most powerful machine weโve shipped yet. Two months ago we posted the architecture for this. It hit 1M views one of our most popular posts ever on X. That told us everything: this was the engine to build. First 7 days, - Starting balance: $5,000 - 22 matches scanned, 19 captured - Total profit: +$1,946.86 - ROI: +38.94% in 7 days Why it prints harder than anything weโve built: the World Cup is the deepest liquidity event prediction markets have ever seen. Tens of millions in volume per match. Dozens of probability-shifting events per game. And an orderbook that physically canโt keep pace with the pitch. How to plug in: 1.Sign up at PolyArbiter (link in bio) 2.Generate PolyArbiter RPC URL 3.Paste it into Jupiter Predict (Polymarket but native on Solana) 4.Set your parameters, activate the World Cup module Itโs free to use. We take a share of the profit the engine makes for you. You never deposit anything with us everything runs from your wallet. One honest note: the $1,946 above is our engine at our size and settings. Your numbers depend on your capital, your parameters, and how many matches youโre live for. Weโre not promising youโll match it weโre showing you the machine works, and handing you the same one. These numbers are from the engine running solo. Closed test, just us, before any public access wanted to confirm the whole loop held up end to end before handing it to anyone. That changes the second this goes public. Edge per capture is going to compress. When an event fires the mispriced liquidity is thin and gone in a few seconds more wallets hitting the same window, less left for each. Nothing we can do about it, thatโs just how latency arb works. So if the edge thins out past the point where itโs still worth running, we cap access. Hard ceiling on how many engines can hit the same liquidity before itโs gone. Not gonna promise the machine stays this sharp in a few days it might not. But right now itโs live and free. Enjoy ๐ชshow more

**Doris Yin Speech at China Guizhou Zunyi GCV Barter... Conference** Hello to the community leaders, GCV ambassadors, merchants, and pioneers of GCV Guizhou in China! Today is January 12, 2025, marking the first GCV Barter Conference in China in New Year and the 13th Barter Conference overall. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the organizers of this conference, the Guizhou Zunyi GCV Community, and the co-organizers, Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd. I also want to acknowledge the following GCV ambassadors for their active dedication and contributions to this conference: **GCV Ambassador of China:** - Yang Zhizhong - Cai Zaiqiao **Ambassadors of Guizhou Province GCV:** - Wang Shiqiong - Cai Weisheng - Guo Jiaqing **Zunyi GCV Ambassadors:** - Wang Jianbo - Luo Nanlu **GCV ambassadors at the district and county level in Zunyi City** Additionally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our numerous GCV merchants and sponsors. Without your support, we would not have been able to hold such a grand and large-scale event. Today's gathering in Zunyi, a sacred site of the revolution, reminds me of the Red Army's 25,000-mile Long March. Their perseverance and sacrifice continue to inspire us. The Zunyi Conference took place from January 15 to 17, 1935, and exactly 90 years later, we are gathered here today. The defining characteristics of the Zunyi Conference included the commitment to uphold the truth, correct mistakes, establish the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, and creatively develop and implement strategies that fit the nature of the Chinese revolution. Today, our Zunyi Conference will also be recorded in the history of blockchain, as every effort you have put in has contributed to building a strong network ecosystem. Our partial fiat and partial distribution policy serves as a solution for the rapid development of the ecosystem during the closed mainnet of the Pi Network. As we all know, the first quarter of this year will bring about the successful mainnet launch of Pi Network. After six long years of challenges and perseverance, all of our pioneers will have the opportunity to witness this significant historical moment. What an exciting and proud day this will be! It has not been easy for everyone to persist through these six years; it requires great blessings, unwavering faith, and the courage to overcome difficulties. Today, our pioneers in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, gathering for this GCV barter conference holds great significance. I see that ten companies are providing products for barter, with nine companies, including Guizhou Meitan County Daoqin Hospital and Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd., sponsoring this event. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you. The GCV Barter Conference serves multiple purposes. It is not only about creating GCV data or demonstrating the strength of our China region to CT, but also about showing how closely we align with their vision and mission. Additionally, it provides robust evidence for a substantial number of KYC and migration initiatives in China. More importantly, what we do today aims to boost Chinaโs future economic development. Once the main network of the Pi Network is launched, we anticipate a significant demand for Chinese products from numerous international pioneers, which will in turn generate a large volume of export orders. At the same time, there will be international merchants looking to export their products to China. Once OM, import and export transactions will be conducted using the new currency, facilitating the vision of a stable currency and enabling seamless and reliable exchanges with fiat currency. Therefore, the merchants who engage now will have the advantage of being early adopters. The Pi Network offers a partner program and a MapofPi program. To participate in the partnership, businesses are required to have a company website. We invite businesses with websites to join us. However, if you do not have a company website, you can still join the Mapofpi program, which encompasses a wide range of industries, allowing participation from both large companies and small traders. Registration for the Mapofpi does not require a business license or website; various entities including shops, hospitals, schools, hair salons, accounting firms, law firms, restaurants, and hotels are welcome to register. Please select an active merchant and support GCV at $314,159. Prior to the OM launch, it is advisable to use partial fiat currency and partial Pi to ensure that merchants can cover their costs and fulfill their tax obligations. Recently, on January 9, we established the China GCV Industry Chain Alliance, which aims to create an industrial chain that facilitates the circulation of Pi among merchants, thereby reducing the burden of exchanging fiat currency after OM. During the enclosed mainnet, you can assist merchants in registering as Pi Network Partners and Mapofpi . Ms. Lumari is our Global GCV CT executive director and her goal is to have 200,000 registered Mapofpi merchants worldwide. My personal target is to reach 100,000 registered merchants in China alone. This goal is achievable given the over 58 million enterprises and more than 20 million pioneers in China. If we can effectively convey that Pi Network WEB 3.0 blockchain technology will significantly enhance human productivity and that the business opportunities from accepting partial Pi and partial FIAT during the 60 days before OM will present numerous benefits and minimal risks to merchants, then it is likely that no merchant will be unfavorably surprised by the initiative. This strategy offers a multitude of advantages with virtually no downsides. Furthermore, it benefits pioneers by allowing them to transfer purchasing power to the community and minimize fiat currency expenses in their daily life. Consequently, the GCV data we generate will significantly benefit the Chinese pioneers, as a large number of registered merchants can transform the China region from a high-risk area to a safe zone. Not only can this region be promoted to a VIP area, which would enjoy expedited KYC and mapping processes, but it will also allow pioneers and merchants to thrive together in our ecosystem. This collaboration will enhance the prosperity of our country and empower the China region to contribute to the welfare of communities worldwide. Once OM, it will play a crucial role in the economic development of both China and the world. If you pay attention to our migrartion speed, you might have noticed that it has slowed down recently. From December 17th to around the 30th, the migrating speed was over 50,000 to 100,000 per day, but now it has dropped to just over 10,000. What is the reason for this decline? If it was previously possible to migrate over 100,000 per day, why has it changed? The CT has stated that they will OM until the first quarter of this year to bring the migratiion in line with KYC amounts. However, if it's technically feasible to achieve a higher migration speed, why isnโt it being done? The answer is quite simple: it depends on what everyone does with the Pi after such large migration numbers. If pioneers rush to buy and sell, hold onto their Pi coins, or trade at low value, it will impact the speed and efficiency of the next migration in these regions. This principle is not only theoretically valid but has proven true in practice. For instance, countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia have a solid educational foundation in GCV. Most pioneers there are highly aware of the risks involved in participating in the black market, which allows them to generate a substantial amount of GCV data. As a result, their migration speed is notably fast, and there are many large wallet migrated. To help the CT regain momentum, we all need to cooperate. Engage with the migrated Pi and participate in the GCV barter ecosystem. Be cautious of individuals who aim to deceive you for personal gain; devaluing the Pi often serves as a tactic to exchange something small for your valuable treasure. It's crucial to educate pioneers about the true value of what they hold and encourage them to avoid dishonest practices. I urge everyone to actively participate in partial Pi and partial FIAT barter. The more GCV data we generate, the more secure our wallets will be. Therefore, it's important for everyone to read and share the Pioneer Handbook I wrote which has been translated into 30 languages to raise awareness among pioneers. By learning from the Pioneer Handbook and participating in GCV bartering, we can improve China's migration efforts and foster ecological development. This stability can ensure that the value of our Pi endures for future generations, rather than becoming worthless in a few years. Wouldn't that be something we want to preserve for our children and grandchildren? Today's message is lengthy but very important, and I hope you take the time to understand it. I wish our Guizhou Zunyi Conference great success! Thank you to all GCV Ambassadors, Merchants, and Pioneers for your incredible support! Your efforts today are planting the seeds for a prosperous future, and I hope you find safety and fulfillment in the days to come. May your wishes come true! Wishing you health and happiness! Letโs work together to create a better future! I also hope you all have a joyful Chinese New Year! Doris Yin ๐ชท๐ชท๐ชท Founder, Global GCV Movement January 12, 2025show more

I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in... the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, โif no DG, it ainโt for me.โ If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you donโt do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If youโre targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. Youโre looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! Youโll never know when youโll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isnโt a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If thereโs a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, thatโs a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if heโs being standoffish, donโt keep pushing, just call back. This isnโt a used car lot, this is a relationship youโre trying to build. Donโt try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the โsilent walkaroundโ when valuing a trade-in. Donโt say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably wonโt find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. Itโs hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, thatโs ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. I'm hosting a live, free webinar this Tuesday to cover this stuff in more detail. Including: 1. How to do everything above in more detail 2. How to ETHICALLY wholesale deals like these if you can't afford to buy them. 3. What hard questions to ask GPs of parks like these (like me) if you want to invest in them. 4. Live Q&A with me Comment below and me or my assistant Kelly will DM you the invite link. See you there! Or just follow me Chris Koerner for more RV/MHP content.show more

FIFA is floating a 64-team World Cup, and the... whole football world is groaning. I am not. I just think they will do it badly, because they always do it badly. So here is the version that works. Sixteen groups of four. Two advance. That gives you a clean 32-team knockout bracket and kills the ugliest thing about the current format, those eight best third-place finishers they invented because 48 does not divide cleanly into anything. It was a fudge and everyone knew it. Sixty-four fixes it by accident. 127 matches. 64 nations. And the champion still plays only eight games. You doubled the field and did not add a step to the winner's road. Now the part that changes everything. One group, one city. Sixteen groups. Sixteen host cities. Your group plays every match in the same place. Fans book one hotel, one flight, one week off work, and settle in. Right now a supporter chases their team across a continent, three cities, three flights, three hotels, and half of them just give up and watch from home. Under this, a city does not host a match. A city adopts four countries for two weeks. And oh, the cities are going to have opinions. Whoever draws Japan should just relax. Those fans will stay after every match and clean the stadium, and if they get bored they may simply tidy up the whole city while they are at it. You will get your town back better than you left it. Whoever draws Scotland needs to order the booze in advance. All of it. Call your distributor now. The Tartan Army will be the best-behaved, most joyful, most catastrophically thirsty guests you have ever hosted, and they will make lifelong friends of everyone they meet, right up until the beer runs out and there is a diplomatic incident. Whoever draws the Netherlands needs to source orange buses. And orange everything. Those people will turn your downtown into a citrus flood, they will bring a marching band nobody asked for, and honestly it will be the best two weeks your city has ever had. Whoever draws Argentina, may God be with you. Whoever draws Norway, get the salmon in. Whoever draws Mexico, congratulations, your city just became a party and you were not consulted. That is a World Cup. Not a logistics exercise. A town square with the whole world in it. And here is the money. The moment the seeding is announced, the entire bracket exists. Every path, every matchup, every city, on one sheet of paper, months out. Bracket mania. Global bracket mania. Americans fill out 60 to 70 million brackets every March for a college basketball tournament. Office pools. Group chats. Grandmothers picking by mascot. It is the most engaging fortnight on our calendar and it exists entirely because you can see the whole map at once. Now do that with the entire planet. Which means killing the draw. Let us be honest about what that ceremony is. A man in a suit pulling balls from a bowl while the world pretends the biggest decision of the tournament was left to chance. It is a plot device, and it always bends the same direction. Toward the money, toward the hosts, toward the broadcast windows. The draw is not a ritual. It is a lever. So do it the American way. A committee seeds all 64, publishes the criteria, announces the bracket live, then defends it in public while the whole planet screams at the television. Transparency does not kill the drama. It creates it. And oh yeah. Kill the third place game. Nobody cares that you are the second best loser. Two heartbroken teams playing an exhibition in front of people who came for something else. No child has ever dreamed of lifting that trophy. Cut it. More nations. Cleaner bracket. One city per group. A bracket you can hold in your hand. Show me the committee. Show me the criteria. Then hand me a pen. I have picks to make. ๐ฆshow more

As we prepare to launch several projects, we're eager... to provide a general update to our community. We are steadily approaching our end goal, thanks to the daily progress we're making toward our vision. Achieving our objectives will bring about a significant transformation in cross-chain interoperability and the flow of liquidity within protocols. This will address crucial challenges and drive mass adoption. Our future-focused approach and effective team collaboration keep us moving forward in an organized manner. Letโs delve deeper into the state of development of our current products and upcoming projects. Tao Bridge Starting with the Tao Bridge, which enables the #Bittensor community to unlock DeFi opportunities with their $TAO via a highly efficient blockchain like #MultiversX, known for its security, speed, and affordability. We deeply admire #Bittensor and believe a project like that is crucial for the future of not just the crypto space but also humanity, as it addresses the major challenges AI faces today: centralization, siloed and isolated work, which pose risks and hinder the technology's potential. We are committed to the vision of subnets and dynamic $TAO, convinced that this ecosystem is as groundbreaking as #Ethereum or #Bitcoin. We will continue to support #Bittensor wherever possible, and our bridge will also expand to other chains with Hatom V2. The TAO Bridge, deployed on and accessible through will launch on the Mainnet in 14 days, on March 27th. You can follow the countdown on the lending page at Given that our main priorities are security and stability, this period will be primarily focused on quality assurance to ensure a flawless Mainnet launch. The launch will also introduce TAO Liquid Staking at along with the integration of both $wTAO and $swTAO on the lending page. This allows #Bittensor users to leverage liquid stake, employ short or long strategies, among other DeFi strategies, or simply access stablecoin liquidity while maintaining exposure to their $TAO. Up to $1M will be distributed as additional incentives on top of the supply APYs at the launch of the $wTAO and $swTAO money markets, with $200K allocated for the first month specifically for bootstrapping. Initially, 70% of rewards will go to liquidity providers, and 30% to those using $HTM to boost their lending positions. This changes to a 50-50 split in the second month, and by the third month, all incentives are directed through the Booster. This approach encourages early participation and sustained engagement with $HTM. Introducing $TAO to #MultiversX will result in the creation of Liquidity Pools (LPs) on both AshSwap ๐ฅ and xExchange โก. These LPs will be incentivized by both entities, and Hatom will distribute extra rewards at launch. The goal is to make #MultiversX a one-stop hub for $TAO holders. Upon stabilizing the volumes, there will also be plans to integrate it on AshPerp ๐ฅ. Furthermore, with the release of $USH, users will have the ability to mint it while retaining exposure to their $TAO. The TAO Bridge and TAO Liquid Staking smart contracts have been audited by Runtime Vะตrification and @arda_project, while penetration testing and DevSecOps have been performed on our infrastructure by CertiK. We're excited to announce our exclusive partnership with TAONEW one of the top 5 validators on #Bittensor. TAONEW has been extremely helpful and supportive from day one. By sharing 50% of its service fee with its stakers, TAONEW enables Hatom to offer an optimized Staking APY to its users. Since our initial reference, #Bittensor has grown sevenfold, becoming the largest AI project in the crypto sphere. We reiterate our commitment to contribute to such technology and hope to address some of its current DeFi challenges. Syfy Moving forward, today marks a significant milestone, not only for our decentralized protocols but also for our development companies, which currently stand as the sole and primary contributors to the Hatom Labs and Soul Labs. Weโre excited to unveil Syfy, the evolved identity of Hatom Labs and Soul Labs, now serving as the parent entity for our burgeoning development companies. Organization is crucial for scalability, which is why Syfy was established to cultivate an environment where our teams can collaborate more seamlessly, enhancing our effectiveness and efficiency. At the same time, we remain committed to upholding the financial independence of each project, supported by its own community of funding contributors. Feel free to explore our website at for more information! Additionally, don't forget to follow Syfy and explore their Genesis article highlighted in their initial post: Booster V2 The Booster V2 will introduce a range of new features and opportunities for $HTM holders: Optimized Position Boosting: Previously, boosting was done individually for each money market, necessitating $HTM token distribution and periodic rebalancing due to price fluctuations. With Booster V2, the system now considers the overall position, eliminating the need for manual rebalancing. Gas Fee Reduction: Booster V2 implements optimizations that result in reduced gas fees, making transactions more cost-effective for users. Incorporation of Governance: Users staking $HTM tokens gain voting rights directly within the Booster, allowing them to participate in governance decisions while maintaining their staked positions. (Note: Only $HTM tokens are considered for governance; LP tokens are not included.) Enhanced Boosting Mechanism: The Booster V2 enables LP Tokens to boost positions within the Booster, leveraging trading fees from swaps and farm incentives while boosting lending positions. Smart Contract Completion: The Booster smart contract has been completed and audited by @arda_project, ensuring security and reliability. Frontend Implementation: The frontend design for Booster V2 has been successfully implemented, providing users with an intuitive interface. Collaboration with xExchange: Exploration is ongoing for collaboration with xExchange โก to enable LP creation, farming, and meta-staking within the Booster. Upon finalization of testing, we will launch the Booster V2 on the devnet to gather community feedback and begin preparations for the mainnet release. Soul Before delving into Soul Labs's developments, it's essential to summarize its core functionality briefly: Soul Labs seamlessly connects different lending protocols and blockchains, facilitating lending and borrowing across platforms like Aave, Compound Labs, and Hatom Labs, consolidating liquidity and users' borrowing capabilities. Utilizing LayerZero Labs and other messaging layers for cross-chain communication, Soul Labs bypasses asset bridging or synthetics, unlocking novel DeFi strategies and solidifying its position as the ultimate solution for cross-lending dilemmas. Soul V1 will be permissionless, holding censorship-resistant features, incorporating multiple redundancy mechanisms, and providing support for various DApps. We're thrilled to announce that, following the launch of the Tao Bridge in 2-3 weeks, we will introduce the Soul Labs website. This platform has been meticulously crafted over 250 days to not only provide a comprehensive overview of our vision but also to offer an engaging and captivating experience that promises to be memorable. Regarding the app, significant progress has been made on the V1 protocol, including: Smart Contract Development and Testing: โข Completion of the initial phase of smart contract development. โข Conducting advanced testing to ensure the system's robustness. โข Establishment of a fully functional proof of concept. Successful deployment and testing on the #Goerli (#Ethereum Testnet) and #Mumbai (#Polygon Testnet), leveraging LayerZero Labs for seamless operation. Feature Enhancement and Protocol Optimization: โข Enhanced testing procedures to bolster system resilience. โข Integration of advanced features and significant code refactoring for optimization. โข Incorporation of various communication methods, including LayerZero Labs, Formerly Axelar, now at @axelar, Chainlink CCIP), and wormholecrypto, into Soul Labs framework, enhancing its resilience and flexibility. This allows Soul Labs to maintain operation through alternative protocols if the primary one is temporarily paused. Website Development and Documentation: โข Nearing the completion of the v1 app, with final touches being applied. โข The preparation of comprehensive V1 documentation and the Yellow Paper, available upon Soul Labs's public launch, offering detailed insights into the platform's infrastructure and capabilities. USH Recognizing the critical need for stable liquidity within the ecosystem, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of providing a solution by introducing $USH, the first native, decentralized, and over-collateralized stablecoin on #MultiversX. As market conditions have improved, we have observed a growing demand for stablecoins in the ecosystem, evidenced by the utilization rate in the Lending Protocol spiking to over 90% several times in recent months. Therefore, our goal is to tackle the current challenges faced by users by creating a robust product that will not only help them hedge against market volatility but also open up better opportunities to trade the markets and generate yield. We're happy to unveil the $USH website, now live with a sleek and intuitive user interface, designed for ease of use, which ensures that interacting with the protocol is straightforward and accessible for all. You can access it now through this link: For the technical side, weโre advancing steadily and weโve accomplished the following milestones: Lending Protocol Facilitator: โข Coded the first version to support multiple discount factors for different collaterals. โข Implemented tracking of borrowing effectiveness to enable earnings forecasting for the module and support minting processes. Isolated Pools Facilitator: โข Coded the first version of Isolated Pools Facilitator. โข Use of $EGLD or $sEGLD as collateral, with positions stored always in $EGLD to benefit the protocol through Liquid Staking and lending interest. โข Virtual account implementation for converting $sEGLD earnings into $USH, functioning like liquidation where users deposit $USH for a higher amount of $HsELGD. Staking Module โข Coded the first version of the Staking Module that allows users to stake and unstake without any restrictions. We're currently focusing our efforts on the following tasks: โข Implementation of HTM Booster in the discount model in the Lending Protocol. โข Implementation of different depeg strategies and brainstorming further potential โsoftโ depeg mechanisms. โข Research and implementation of rewards model for Staking Module. โข Research and implementation of Boosted Vaults Facilitator. โข Review and stress-test the first version of the code. Upon launch, $USH will be integrated into various protocols and AMMs across the ecosystem, further increasing both its utility and liquidity. The opportunities will be vast, enabling users to engage in a wide range of activities such as yield farming, staking, and arbitrage, all while leveraging a stable and reliable asset. Regarding the USH Airdrop campaign, it will continue until the official launch of $USH planned for late Q2-early Q3, rewarding all users who have actively participated in the initiative. Hatom V2 It is clear by now that we are driven to build a more robust, interoperable, and secure DeFi space, removing the current barriers that hinder users' capabilities to seamlessly interact with different blockchains. Through Hatom V2, we will introduce Hatom's cross-chain architecture, designed from the ground up for interoperability. This approach will elevate the protocol to unprecedented levels, enabling its deployment across various blockchains and facilitating seamless connections between them through Soul. By enhancing interoperability, Hatom V2 aims to foster a more inclusive and accessible ecosystem. This expansion will not only broaden the protocol's reach but also significantly increase its flexibility and utility, allowing users to interact with a diverse range of assets and products across different chains. Weโre thrilled to share that we are currently crafting the V2 redesign of the Hatom webpage. Anticipate a jaw-dropping transformation that will truly astonish, blending cutting-edge design with an unparalleled user experience, elevating it to a dynamic, interactive hub, and making every interaction more engaging. Good things take time, but we are confident that the release of V2 website will take place in the second quarter of this year and will officially mark the start of our journey into the cross-chain landscape. We are excited about the future and we truly believe that this will mark the beginning of a new era for Hatom. It's crucial for us to develop rapidly without sacrificing the quality or the security of each product. We're strategically allocating resources to ensure smooth progress in every area of our work. As we push forward, we believe that the launch of Soul Labs will be the most important milestone due to its massive potential and disruptive technology. We would like to thank you all for the unwavering support you've shown over the past few months; it truly fuels our passion to push daily and make strides toward achieving our ambitious goals.show more

I was in the Oval Office today for the... launch of the Invest America / Trump Accounts initiative. Here are my takeaways: 1. This program may have the most bipartisan support of anything I have ever seen. Everyone, regardless of political party, understands the power of giving young children money to compound over decades. 2. While the government and current administration should get immense credit for the program, there were many private citizens like Brad Gerstner, Michael Dell ๐บ๐ธ and others that persistently pursued the idea until it became reality. They quite literally changed the course of millions of lives with this idea. 3. It will quickly become a game of status for people to donate to fund the accounts. The Dell Family gave over $6 billion. SpaceXโs Gwynne Shotwell gave more than $300 million today. Brad Gerstner is adopting every child in the state of Indiana to give money to their accounts. The list goes on and on alreadyโฆ 4. Companies will begin making contributions core parts of their perk packages for employees. Corporations like Bank of America, JPMorgan, Robinhood and others have already announced these efforts. 5. The Oval Office is surprisingly small in size, but the historical significance of the room is palpable the second you walk into it. The President called it โthe most important room in the worldโ today and I walked away thinking that was accurate. 6. This idea of Invest America accounts has become a magnet for the worldโs most successful people. I saw Larry Fink, David Solomon, Lisa Su, and many other Fortune 500 CEOs in attendance for the Rose Garden lunch. It is hard for an idea to fail when this many people are behind it. 7. The Rose Garden was very nicely done. I had been to the White House before, but never to the Oval Office or the Rose Garden. Both seemed elevated compared to the rest of the White House and surrounding buildings. It sounds like the new ballroom will also be a modern structure that mirrors this elevated approach. 8. The staff and admin team in the White House are generous and genuine. Each person was kind, gracious, and seemed to be at the top of their game. Sometimes you go to places and are disappointed with the let down from your expectations, but this was not the case with the White House team. All professionals doing their job. 9. The media loves Trump way more than they let on publicly. Many of the mainstream hosts and anchors were joking around with him like it is one big club, while simultaneously laughing at his jokes and being much more friendly than I expected. He seems to be good for their business, so it makes sense why the public narrative and private interactions donโt appear to match. 10. I never thought I would see a day where NYSE ๐ and Nasdaq collaborated on an event like this, including the ringing of both bells by one person at the same time. I guess anything is possible if kids are involved. Overall, this was an awesome experience. I know some people like this administration and some people donโt. I learned from Kevin O'Leary aka Mr. Wonderful to focus on policies, not politicians. And the Invest America accounts are objectively a great idea that will hopefully spread like wildfire in the years to come.show more

Remember when the word recession was supposed to be... scary? Canada officially entered a technical recession this week, and historically, that would have been a significant headline. It would have raised concerns about jobs, investment, business growth, consumer spending, and the overall direction of the economy. Today, it barely moves the needle. If you're like most Canadians, your reaction to the report was probably something along the lines of, "Awesome. What else is new?" Every few months, Canadians are given a new economic buzzword to worry about. Inflation. Interest rates. Tariffs. Housing bubbles. Now it's a technical recession. The media runs headlines. Politicians point fingers. Economists argue over charts and percentages. Everyone suddenly becomes an expert, while most ordinary Canadians are left wondering what any of it actually means for their day-to-day lives. As a millennial, I've spent my entire adult life hearing some variation of the same economic warning. Recession. Inflation. Housing crisis. Cost-of-living crisis. Rising interest rates. Stagnant wages. Every few years, there's a new headline, a new concern, a new reason Canadians should be paying attention. At some point, you stop paying attention. Not because you don't care. Because you've heard it all before. I'm 36 years old, and Canada has entered its 5th technical recession during my lifetime. Most Canadians couldn't tell you when those recessions happened, and most probably couldn't give you the textbook definition of one to begin with. But they don't need to. Regular people don't experience the economy through GDP reports. They experience it through grocery bills, mortgage payments, rent increases, childcare costs, and whether there's any money left at the end of the month to put towards retirement or savings. Eventually, it shows up in bigger ways: postponing children, delaying homeownership, working overtime, or realizing the future they imagined keeps moving further out of reach. What I find most interesting is that even after Canada officially entered a 'technical recession', much of the media conversation focuses on reassuring Canadians that it isn't as bad as it sounds. We've become completely desensitized to what a recession actually means. Not because the definition has changed. Because our relationship with the word recession has changed. We've spent decades normalizing economic decline until it became background noise. At some point, โrecessionโ stopped sounding like a warning and started sounding normal. That's the part that concerns me. We've become so accustomed to hearing bad economic news that we've stopped treating it as such. We've accepted that housing will be unaffordable. We've accepted that groceries will become more expensive. We've accepted that younger generations may never enjoy the same standard of living as their parents. We've accepted that ordinary milestonesโbuying a home, raising a family, and building financial securityโare becoming increasingly difficult to achieve. A generation ago, a couple owning a home and raising a family on one modest income was considered normal. Today, two good incomes and no children are increasingly viewed as something to envyโa financial advantage or necessity rather than simply a lifestyle choice. What's remarkable is not that these things are happening. What's remarkable is how normal they've started to feel. A recession should mean something. It should get people's attention. Instead, many Canadians hear the word and barely react. Not because they don't care, but because they've become accustomed to hearing some version of economic bad news year after year. It feels like just another headline in a long list of headlines Canadians have learned to live with. And I think that's far more alarming than the recession itself. When a society becomes desensitized to decline, it stops recognizing decline as decline. It starts treating it as reality. It starts adjusting expectations downward. It starts accepting circumstances that previous generations would have considered unacceptable. That's why I hope Canadians start paying attention to this recession. Not because it's the end of the world. But the fact that so many people barely reacted to it should force us to ask a much bigger question: At what point did economic decline become normal?show more

Has been a while since I've given an update... so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.show more

Wow. WOW. WOOOOOOOW. So um, that first Wildcard+Thousands stream... was... *amazing* and also... a *lot* ๐ In the end, it was *exactly* what we were hoping for - a true stress test of ALL these systems coming together for the first time. We are SO grateful for the thousands of people who showed up today to play, attend, tune-in and help us PLAYTEST all this new stuff. We can't wait to see you all again at NEXT WEEK'S EX2 EVENT! So, now let's talk about how it went... Stuff that worked: - Our community SHOWED UP. Oh boy did you show up ๐ . Our servers were straining under the load... which is good actually, in fact it's the whole point. Even more importantly, we have already received insanely valuable feedback, bug reports, stuff people loved/hated - and it's only been a few hours since the stream ended. I can't even explain to y'all how valuable this process is. Yes it's stressful, it reminds me of trying to keep Words With Friends online during that first insane year, but it's EXACTLY what we were hoping for (NEED) to turn this into the polished, top-notch game and streaming experience we are on a mission to deliver. I truly can't thank y'all enough, and hope to see you again when we run it all back again next week ๐ฅน - The stream itself stayed up and was mostly stable! Phew ๐ . For context, ThousandsTV is not a twitch wrapper, it's a web3-native streaming tech stack built we built specifically to connect game, web/mobile, and blockchain together all at the same time. There are a LOT of moving pieces going on behind the scenes. - We brought viewers INTO THE GAME! Viewers showed up in the stands of the arena, with connected wallets/assets, triggered actions/rallies from chat, and were seen and heard during the whole stream. - The brand new 2v2 build of Wildcard was (mostly) stable and our players and viewers seemed to be having a blast down on the field and up in the stands. It was thrilling to watch Team Blue dominate, even though Team Red held their own in game 3! - Our production crew did an insanely good job running the stream, managing the players, shoutcasters, and talent, and producing a top-notch show. Of course we will work hard to make every stream better than the last, but I was super proud of how our team "rolled with the punches" during today's event. Stuff that didn't work (and/or needs to be dramatically improved): - Although it's fun to see chat going crazy, chat spam is actually something we are passionate to FIX. As you can see from the attached video, chat spam dominated today's stream and made it impossible for anyone to even see anyone else's messages. We have some GREAT ideas for how to fix this and actually turn chat spam into a FUN and exciting and not annoying thing - but those improvements didn't get shipped in time for this event. - Credits purchasing flow needs a LOT of work. As I'm sure y'all know, bringing money on chain is pretty complicated, and although we've been working hard to make this as seamless as possible, it still needs a TON of improvements. Many users who WANTED to spend money today weren't able to and/or ran into frustrating bugs in the credit purchase flow. Fixing this is obviously a top priority for our team. - Rallies need a LOT of work. Spectator-interactive features like rallies are at the heart of our vision for Wildcard. These "stream apps", as we call them, are the UNLOCK for how spectators, viewers and fans directly connect and interact with their favorite competitors, content creators, and communities. The current rally feature HINTS at this potential, but it needs to be WAY easier to understand, use, and have fun with. Improvements are ON THE WAY. - Referees were only partially working. Referees are a key innovation of the Thousands platform. They are AI-driven "personalities" (NPCs) that pay attention to everything that's happening in the arena, both on the field and especially in the stands (i.e. in chat, during rallies, etc.) The referees then make "calls" at the end of every match, rewarding users for their engagement and participation. Unfortunately, the referees weren't fully functional and seemed to drop the ball on recognizing everyone's contributions (especially people who showed up holding valuable assets such as Wildpasses in their wallets, and people who boosted those rallies with credits.) What's happening next: 1. We are combing through ALL the logs from the event right now, to make sure we don't miss a SINGLE action that our viewers and fans took during the event, including what they brought in their wallets (i.e. Wildpass holders!), any credits that were purchased, rallies that users engaged with, etc. This information is normally processed by our referees, who then determine dynamically how they're going to distribute $WC awards. We were originally hoping to complete this process and the subsequent airdrops within a few hours after the event, but given the amount of data, we need a bit more time to run these scripts (and airdrops) in batches instead of all at once, and make sure ALL of the data is being included. IMPORTANT: I will keep y'all updated in real-time here on twitter/X as this process is ongoing, and let you know the moment it's complete and all the awards have been distributed (i.e. when to go check your wallets ๐) 2. PLEASE keep sending us your feedback and bug reports. Open a ticket on our Discord and let us know what you loved, what you hated, and especially what we need to FIX. Given the overwhelming response to this event, it will likely take us several days to process everyone's feedback and fix all the bugs, but we WILL NOT REST until every ticket is closed/resolved. Thank you in advance for your patience. 3. We turn it up another notch next week. As our dear friends Wolves DAO just announced, the Wildcard Exhibition Event #2 is streaming LIVE from the WOLVES DEN AT GDC next Friday! If you missed out on all the action today, DON'T WORRY, because as I keep saying: we are just getting warmed up (and there is a LOT more b that needs to be distributed, get what I'm sayin??? ๐) Finally: Just wanted to say THANK YOU, again. Truly, from the bottom of my (our) hearts. Your excitement and enthusiasm for what we're building is why we do this. Even (especially, in fact) when you tell us all the things you want us to improve. We thrive off this feedback, it's how this game and this platform go from good to GREAT. I am so grateful for those of you who are taking this journey with us. SEE YA NEXT WEEK!!!show more

This book was just an ordinary book with pictures... and text. But I wanted to bring it to lifeโto digitize it so that readers wouldnโt see it as just another book, but as an experience that takes our parents and #Chiranjeevi fans on a nostalgic journey through his movies. It all started with Nwin Kumar Anna. In my space, he spoke about life and the lessons of Megastar Chiranjeevi Garu, which deeply inspired me. Then, I saw a post from the Janasena Party where Pawan Kalyan Garu was holding *Megastar: The Legend* book. Pawan Kalyan Garu rarely holds books unless they are truly worth it. That made me curious. I searched for the book online but couldnโt find it. Luckily, I managed to get the authorโs details, contacted him, and finally got my hands on the book. When I saw the book, I felt it was too simple. I thought, Why is this just an ordinary book? Why not bring it to life using my skills? And thatโs how this journey began. To make it happen, I watched all 151+ movies of Chiranjeevi Garu. The most challenging part was finding the exact scenes from the movies that matched the pictures printed in the book. Days and nights passed as I worked on this, but in the end, it was finally completed. I first shared the concept with Adithya ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ Anna, and he absolutely loved it. The encouragement he gave me was invaluable. Huge thanks to Akhil for guiding me on how to manage both the tourism thread and this book my office work , and to @KalyanCult_1992 for helping me with some movies. I had initially decided that I would only show this book to Nwin Kumar Anna after it was completed, and finally, I did. โค๏ธ it's a small gift from my side to all Megastar fans like you. Thank you, Nwin Kumar Anna. At last, I showed it to เฐเฑเฐกเฑเฐเฐฌเฐพ เฐถเฐเฐเฐฐเฑ ๐ฎ๐ณ Anna. I donโt know if my work will ever reach Chiranjeevi Garu, but I felt really happy. When I showed it to เฐเฑเฐกเฑเฐเฐฌเฐพ เฐถเฐเฐเฐฐเฑ ๐ฎ๐ณ Anna, the hug he gave me truly felt like a hug ๐ซ from Chiranjeevi Garu himself. That meant so much to me, Anna. โค๏ธ๐ And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Chandra Sekhar Garu Akshit Singh ๐ฎ๐ณ bhai MegaPower ๐ฎ๐ณ Anna for all the support youโve given meโwords fall short. ๐โค๏ธ This how I showcase my love towards Chiranjeevi Konidela annaya โค๏ธโค๏ธ #Chiranjeevi #jaichiranjeeva #PawanKalyanshow more

This has got to be one of the BEST... stories in sports card history, and it happened to me this morning. Warning: this story involved a $35,800 transaction, a German wedding, and Lamine Yamal This morning, I woke up and saw a Lamine Yamal /10 Base Prizms Gold NFT for sale on the #PaniniBlockchain for $35,800. I felt that the price was fair and I purchased at 5am. Seconds later, I get a dm from the anonymous seller on Instagram. โHey this is Brianโ. A German guy, few followers. What I learned next is nothing short of f*cking legendary. Iโll let him tell the story from here, and Iโll accompany the epic tale with photo and video proof. Sit down, and buckle up. โTwo days before my wedding, the four of usโmy best man, my wife, my cousin, and Iโwent out and bought a few Panini packs together. Just for fun, we agreed that each of us would keep one pack sealed and save it for the wedding day. The plan was to open them together after the ceremony and see what we got. What made it even more special was that my best man had never opened a trading card pack in his life. It was also my wife's first real experience with the hobby. My cousin and I had opened cards before, but none of us expected anything crazy. Our friend from Prime Collectors was there as well. Since he creates card content, he had his camera rolling the entire time, so every reaction you see in the video is completely genuine. After the ceremony, we all sat down and started opening our packs. My best man went firstโnothing special. Then my wife opened hersโa few nice cards, but nothing huge. My cousin was next, and again, nothing out of the ordinary. Then it was my turn. I started going through the cards one by one until I saw a flash of gold. The moment I saw it, I knew it could be something big. When I turned the card over, it was a Lamine Yamal Panini NFT numbered 8/10. For a few seconds, nobody said a word. Then everyone completely lost it. You can hear in the video the exact moment everyone realizes what had just been pulled. Even Prime Collectors, who has seen countless incredible pulls, couldn't believe he had just captured that moment on camera. but honestly, the value wasn't the most important part. What made it unforgettable was that it happened on my wedding day, from the one pack I had intentionally saved two days earlier. It's also important to mention that the wedding was already fully paid for, so this wasn't a story about "paying for the wedding" with the card. It was simply an unbelievable coincidence and one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments that you could never plan. Looking back, I honestly don't think I'll ever experience another moment quite like it. On the same day that I married the love of my life, I also pulled one of the biggest cards I've ever held in my hands. That's what makes this story so special.โ Panini Americashow more

Instead of just talking about it, I wanted to... go through it and really break it down to figure out the exact reason for the difference in Jalen Duren's play between the regular season and the playoffs. *LONG BREAKDOWN COMING* First, lets list how much the difference was: Iso in RS: 82nd %ile Iso in PS: 21st %ile Post-ups in RS: 88th %ile Post-ups in PS: 59th %ile PPP on drives in RS: 1.18 ppp PPP on drives in PS: 0.80 Layups in RS: 79th %ile Layups in PS: 19th %ile It was a staggering drop off. Shocking to many of us who watched him all season. So, what happened? Well, #1 I think mentally he was letting his struggles get to him and he started to play out of control. Something that suggests this to me is this stat: He started to figure some things out himself in isolation over the last 2 games against the Cavs. He had six isolation possessions in the final two games against the Cavs; he scored on five of those possessions and drew a foul on the other. Game 6 he started to look confident and really made them pay out of isolation. I really think a ton of it was he got hit with a punch early against ORL and really struggled to handle the pressure and struggles after, and just kept stacking and stacking. So, him being in his own head is #1 for me. #2: His handle got exposed quite a bit. In the regular season, he only had a 4.2 TO% in isolation, which is incredible. In the playoffs, though, that spiked to 20 TO%. On drives in the RS, he had a TO% of 4%. In the PS, it jumped to 13.3%. The first clip below shows how the right-to-left cross he loved doing all season was really taken away from him. Too loose of a handle, and he often got his pocket picked trying this exact move over and over. I think having his go-to move taken from him shook him a bit and left him scrambling a bit in his head to find a counter. The second clip shows, imo, him starting to lose trust in his handle. He immediately turns his back to the defender, which is what you do when you're worried about losing the ball. But, even then, he loses control of the handle and it ends up in a turnover. If I'm the Pistons, I'm showing all his turnovers due to his handle and working with him on tightening his handle and also helping him get comfortable with a counter/second move so defenders don't just sit on the right-to-left cross. #3: I think he really struggled to adjust to the playoff whistle. In the regular season, he drew free throws on 21% of his isolations and 31% of his post-ups. In the PS, it dropped to 14% and 11%, respectively. There were many possessions where in the RS he would've got free throws, but did not in the PS and he was frustrated. In the third clip, you'll see how physical he was being played by Mobley (which we all want physicality in the game). But, in the RS, he probably is getting FTA's here. There are many examples of this where it felt like a lot of his value during the RS was being able to draw FTA's on his drives, and in the PS, refs just allowed more physicality, and he struggled to deal with it. #4: Ausar-Duren duo. I believe in this duo, and I do not think this was the main reason Duren struggled. However, I am not blind to the fact that there were obviously some possessions that hurt Duren. In the regular season, Duen actually got less efficient when Ausar wasn't on the floor. However, in the playoffs, Duren went from 51 TS% with Ausar on the floor (302 minutes) to 64 TS% with Ausar off the floor (121 minutes). In the 4th clip, you really see how the lack of spacing caused a tough shot from Duren. He gets a step on WCJ going right, and probably would prefer to then just use his strength to create spearation. However, he sees Suggs sitting in the right gap off of Ausar, which forces him to spin left. Once he spins left, Paolo is completely leaving Tobias open. This is one of the reasons I really think DET needs a spacing 4 because this should be an easy kickout from Duren to a shooter. He still should've made this pass to Tobias, but a legit shooting 4 I think would relocate to the corner and make an easier outlet/easier to see for Duren. But, he still coulda made the pass, tbf. Either way, you see how the lack of spacing from both Ausar and Tobias forced Duren into a really awkward drive where he was forced into an extremely tough shot. I think if the passing returned from Duren, some of these situations wouldn't happen. Hitting Ausar early as he cuts into the space would work, or hitting Tobias (who again shoulda be making himself more available) beyond the arc results in better offense. But, also, having better spacing probably allows Duren to just get to his original move once he beats WCJ off the dribble. and lastly #5: He really just didn't play well. I can't include any more clips (I'll put some in the immediate thread reply to display), but he really just didn't play well. Missed *a lot* of looks we're used to him making. His touch around the rim left him, looked like he really felt rushed in the paint. He was struggling to secure rebounds after dominating the glass all season (during the RS, he averaged 4.3 second chance points a game, in the PS it dropped to 2.3). During RS, he had a 22.0 DREB%, which dropped to 16.0% in the playoffs. So, I think a lot of factors played into why he struggled so much in the playoffs. My takeaway is I don't think these things are unfixable; actually, I think they're very fixable. Experience of dealing with what playoff physicality is I think is going to help moving forward. All young players have to adjust to that--I think Cade really learned that from NY series to this playoff run. Tightening his handle and just having a second move to go to is not something that should be considered impossible. I'd like to believe it's pretty likely with how much he works and the raw skill he already has with his handle. Pistons adding a legit spacer at the four I think solves a lot and will make Duren's life a lot easier. The most concerning part is mental. And we won't know an answer to that until the next playoffs. Did this experience help him on his journey towards becoming mentally strong and prepared enough to move forward? Did this run help him find a routine that helps him lock in mentally, as many players have said they had to discover? Or will the pressure from struggling last postseason get to him this upcoming postseason? Will he let mistakes get into his head, compound them, and start playing rashly? I don't think the second option will be the case, but no one will know until the next postseason. Honestly, I'm more concerned and critical of his defense in the playoffs (which at times was pretty good and at other times was an incredible struggle), but that would require its own thread. My ending thoughts: I still very much believe in Duren. This playoff run showed he has areas he must sharpen up and learn from, but at 22 that shouldn't be a shocker. He is incredibly talented and made a large jump during the RS. The PS posed challenges he didn't quite have answers to yet. But another run of experience, another offseason of training, and another year older should lead him down a good path. I am fully supportive of paying Duren and extending him. I am not at close to 50 million dollars. 35-40 million is where I think they'll settle on, and I'm fine with that. But, he's gotta learn from these playoffs! Every offseason he's gotten better, I don't have a reason to believe Jalen Duren won't learn and improve again this summer. He's only 22.show more

๐Church: WEโRE LIVING IN THE FINAL STAGE! Acceleration is... happening - Satan is accelerating deception, and God is accelerating EXPOSURE!! The scale of evil being revealed through the Epstein files is proof that the restrainer, the Holy Spirit, is losing His grip on evil. In His mercy, God is exposing darkness so people can see what has been operating behind the scenes and who they are truly following. This is the final call to come to Jesus!!! For those who reject Him, the next chapter is the 7-Year Tribulation โ the worst time in human history! The atrocities we are seeing now will be nothing compared to what the world will endure during those days!! KEEP LOOKING UP!! OUR SAVIOR IS AT THE DOOR! We need to talk about the dark season weโre living in! ๐๐ผThe Epstein files have revealed some of the most revolting and gut-wrenching evil we have ever seen. I hope youโre not digging too deeply into them or reading too much, because the details are extremely disturbing. โกI will not go into details, but everywhere we look, deeply disturbing layers of satanism, corruption, abuse, deception, and darkness are surfacing. Many wealthy and powerful figures โ presidents, royalty, tech moguls โ along with major institutions such as the United Nations, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Goldman Sachs, the International Peace Institute, and others, have come under intense scrutiny. Things that have operated for decades behind closed doors are now being brought into the open. This is NOT random! We need to pause and think: ๐๐ผWhy is so much darkness being exposed? ๐๐ผWhy are these extremely disturbing revelations surfacing across governments, institutions, and elites? ๐๐ผWhy is corruption no longer hidden, but now openly displayed? First, letโs quickly review the prophetic timeline and framework that ties all of this together: โ Increasing deception โ Moral and spiritual decline โ Rise of global instability and lawlessness โ Collapse of trust in worldly systems โ Exposure of evil โน๏ธThe Rapture of the Church โน๏ธRise of the Antichrist (false savior) โน๏ธ7 year peace treaty with Israel โน๏ธThe 7-Year Tribulation/Wrath of God โน๏ธExecution of a global system of control โน๏ธThe Second Coming of Christ โน๏ธThe Millennial Reign of Christ WHERE DOES THIS EXPOSURE OF EVIL FIT? Letโs step back and look at history โ the Bible shows a very consistent pattern: ๐ฃBefore the Flood ๐๐ผWickedness filled the earth ๐ฃBefore the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah ๐๐ผMoral corruption and depravity reached its peak ๐ฃBefore Israel went into captivity ๐๐ผprophets exposed corruption, idolatry, and rebellion ๐ฃBefore the fall of Jerusalem (70 AD) ๐๐ผWarnings, tensions, and spiritual blindness intensified ๐From this, we can see that before major biblical judgments, God consistently reveals and exposes evil. Therefore, before the greatest and final judgment in history falls upon the earth, all evil must be brought into the light. That is exactly what we are witnessing today. This exposure of evil is unfolding in the time leading up to the 7-Year Tribulation, following the same pattern Scripture has shown throughout history. โ ๏ธJust to clarify: Just as Noah became an heir of righteousness by faith, and Lot is called righteous, we โ the Church โ have been justified by faith in His blood, which makes us righteous. Therefore, we will not experience the wrath of God. We will not be here for the 7-year-tribulation ๐โFor God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.โ 1 Thess 5:9 WHY NOW? The exposure of evil prepares humanity for The Savior โ and for a false โsavior.โ Before people will follow a new leader or system, they must first lose complete faith in the existing leadership and structures. Right now, governments, media, medical systems, financial systems, and even religious institutions are being exposed and started to become widely distrusted. This is not random collapse โ ITโS DEMOLITION! GOD IS PULLING BACK THE VEIL!! Jesus says: ๐โFor nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.โ Luke 8:17 ๐Exposure is actually an act of mercy before judgment. God reveals corruption so that people can see who they have been following and place their faith in Jesus. Victims can also be vindicated. In a sense, God is separating light from darkness, shattering the illusion that human leaders are saviors and showing the world what itโs like to live in a world without Him. WE CAN SEE THE RESTRAINER LOOSENING Paul describes a โrestrainerโ that holds back full-scale lawlessness UNTIL a certain time: ๐โFor the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.โ 2 Thess 2:7 ๐๐ผThe mystery of lawlessness has always existed, itโs always been there, but something is shifting right now in our world, we can feel that the restraints are weakening, shame is diminishing, evil is becoming bolder, it doesnโt hide anymore. Sin today is not only practiced, but celebrated, defended, and even legislated! โI wish I could unhear this TEDx talk at the University of Wรผrzburg in Germany, where medical student argued that pedophilia is an โunchangeable sexual orientationโ and that society should accept people with that attraction. This is the restrainer losing its grip on evil, and evil becoming bolder!!! WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT? ๐The world will begin to see global control as safety. The evil surfacing right now is so extreme that even those who embrace wickedness find it unacceptable. In their fear, they will accept global oversight as a measure of protection. ๐๐ผWe know the Beast system requires global economic integration, centralized identification, digital transactions, and behavioral compliance. People will not accept this if they feel free โ but when they feel endangered, they will gladly trade freedom for security. Fear will demand control, control will be marketed as protection, and protection will come at the cost of freedom. This conditions humanity to say: โJust fix it. I donโt care how!! Just do it!!โ This mindset is the perfect mindset for welcoming the Beast system!!! ๐We are not watching random headlines! We are witnessing God accelerate the exposure of evil on a massive scale โ a world being shaken and destabilized, with numerous elites stepping down or being compromised. The world is seeing what has been hidden behind the veil โ true evil at work! Soon, people will be looking for someone (a.k.a the Antichrist) to step up and bring peace! They will be searching for a savior โ and this is where the enemy will accelerate his maximum deception plan! ๐Church: A global separation is happening, and light and darkness are no longer blending quietly!!! But the same God who is revealing corruption is the God who is redeeming the very last souls of the Church age of grace! There is no middle ground left!!! ๐If the Restrainer is beginning to lift His restraint, how close are we to the Rapture when that restraint is fully removed??!! Time is almost UP!! KEEP PRAYING! KEEP PREACHING THE GOSPEL! KEEP LOOKING UP FOR THE ONE TRUE SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST โ KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS! Maranatha!! COME, LORD JESUS, COME!!! ๐คshow more
