Following extensive testing, I have identified the most reliable... process for loading etaHEN with Byerpervisor: 1. load etaHEN which will check the FW version; if it is below 3.00, it will run Byerpervisor, display a notification, and automatically suspend after 3 seconds. (Clip 1) 2. Resume the PS5, then re-load etaHEN (either through the elfldr, which persists in rest mode, or via webkit). (Clip 2) 3. etaHEN will then fully initialize.show more

I came across a great persistence mechanism and created... a Sigma rule for it. Just drop your batch script or add a line that points to your payload inside C:\Windows\Setup\Scripts\ErrorHandler.cmd, and upon execution of C:\Windows\System32\oobe\Setup.exe, the payload will run. In the clip below, I have cmd.exe /c calc.exe as the payload. If ErrorHandler doesn't exist, you can create it along with the directory. If you’re starting the Doomsteel grind, in my opinion... this is currently the fastest method for the 300 elite kills.🔮 1. Load into Cursed Mode and run Samantha’s Drawing and Teddy Bear relics. 2. Early on, focus on farming enough points, then after round 16, head into the fog with a fully Pack-a-Punched weapon of at least purple rarity. 3. Inside the fog, kill the bears until your weapon gains Doomsteel. 4. Once it does, leave the fog to flip the round, this will also give you a new weapon thanks to Samantha’s Drawing. 5. If you pair this with Mule Kick’s Multi-Pack augment, every time your weapons swap, they all have a chance to come Pack-a-Punched as well.show more

Is Static Drilling the Kata of Jiu Jitsu? I... have never done Kata, so I do not have a strong opinion on its value. It does look boring to me, though. Static drilling has some value, but not as much as live drills using the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA). If someone shows me a new move or solution, I will statically drill it 2 or 3 times. Then I will try to incorporate it in some live training. Static drilling makes up less than 1% of my training now. CLA will build your grappling skills faster and is a lot more fun.show more

Strait of Hormuz over the last 24 hours. US... successfully escorted one group of tankers in through the Oman lane. All of them had their AIS off, but there was one Indian cargo ship that had it on when it went through. The list can be seen below. Following two days of US strikes, the US is back to escorting ships in. My guess is that it will try to escort a group out tonight, and Iran can either respond and create more escalation going into the weekend or it can lose leverage. I've made a super nice Claude Code system for... automatically updating my app documentation. It runs and uses my app using Playwright MCP taking screenshots as it goes, which it then marks up with arrows etc. Then writes all the support documentation. The thing I help hitters with the most.. (1... good way to train it👇🏼) They start on time but never actually get loaded to GO. They think they’re ready. They’re not. So they start earlier next time. Same problem. —— This is a conversation I have with almost every hitter. When is the right time for you? - Based on your load style - Based on how long your load takes - Based on the pitcher’s velo, windup, or slide step —— If that’s you, try a “loaded at release” type load. Bobby Witt. Judge. Get your hip and elbow loaded early. Then stride with it ready to fire. “The pitcher is up there for 20 seconds telling you to get ready. Shame on you if you’re not ready to swing.” ____ If I have you in the cage, what I’ll do is have you get into a no stride position, get ready to swing and I stand there for 1-4 seconds… Holding my hand out over the plate ready to snap my fingers. When I snap, you swing. Do that 4-5x. You get the quickness, readiness feeling. Then we go back to stride with moving ball and you’re trying to time up that same GO move with the ball With your foot up in the air and the GO will make the foot go down. Not foot down then swing. That typically kills quickness. This works 95% of the time I’d say! —— > Send this to a hitter who needs it > Save it for when you need it.show more

If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up... to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post belowshow more

Microsoft is testing a new feature in Windows 11... called Low Latency Profile that gives a short boost to your CPU for 1 to 3 seconds when you open apps or menus. Early tests show Microsoft apps like Edge and Outlook open up to 40% faster, while the Start menu and other menus can load up to 70% faster, with CPU use jumping high for a few seconds then dropping right back down. Microsoft says this is normal because Apple does it in macOS and Linux, plus phones use the same type of quick CPU boosts for better speed.
