Slimy Fox 🦊 For this shoot, I decided to... try something a little different. A playful bath-time set featuring Wakamo, with a touch of lubricant for that glossy, wet finish. 😏 I’ll admit, it was my first time experimenting with this idea. It was suggested to me, and it turned out to be far more fun than I expected. That wet, glistening texture really changed the entire mood of the shoot. The full NSFW photos and videos are on Patreon, with free previews and extended sets available. Link in comments. ⬇️show more

🌀 #Live3D #Live2D #Live2DWIP 🌀 Today, I’d like to... share two of the three methods I use to create joint twisting in my Live2D-based 2D Pseudo-3D concept. On the right is the Glue Joint: The basic idea is to use Glue to connect two pseudo-3D ArtMeshes. By taking advantage of Glue’s weight settings, it can create an effect similar to a 3D joint. Once the weights are set up, it can move very freely with a relatively low amount of work. However, it also shares the same weakness as 3D joints: when rotated at large angles, it can produce unpleasant twisting and distortion. On the left is the Hand-Bent Joint: The basic idea is to add bending Keyforms directly to a Warp Deformer, then manually sculpt the ideal deformation. This method can create the most detailed and refined joints, depending entirely on how the rigger designs them. The downside is that it requires much more work. Every additional degree of freedom requires a significant amount of manual adjustment. These two joint methods have almost opposite characteristics, so in actual Live3D work, I choose the most suitable method depending on the situation. For example, in this hand model, I used Hand-Bent Joints for the arm twisting and fingers, while the wrist uses a Glue Joint.✨show more

Video footage shows aircraft taking part in firefighting operations when it struck a tree before veering out of control and impacting terrain. Facial reconstruction of an 8,500-year-old man from Karelia The... hunter-gatherers of Karelia belonged to the EHG cluster - a mixture of ANE and WHG. Their Y-DNA lineages were diverse, including Q, J, and R1a, as were their mtDNA lineages. These included ANE- and WHG-associated haplogroups such as U5, U4, U2e and R1b, but also C, an East Eurasian mtDNA lineage. Morphologically, they were equally diverse, encompassing an ancient Northern European type with Cro-Magnon features, an ancient Baltic European type with Cro-Magnon features, and an ancient Paleo-Mоngоloid type with Cro-Magnon features. This specimen was described by the anthropologist Mikhail Gerasimov as follows: This skull possesses a significant number of archaic features characteristic of typical Cro-Magnons. It is probably closest to the Predomost skull. However, alongside these archaic features, a number of others not characteristic of the Cro-Magnon type emerge: a relatively high vault, a thin outline of the cheekbones, and a general gradation of the facial region - all of these are no longer Cro-Magnon traits. However, the combination of all these features allows us to characterize it as an Archaic European, and physiognomically, this type is most closely related to the Baltic type: an upturned nose, a small prochilia of the mouth, and a weakly projecting chin - all of this corresponds to the Baltic type. We do not think it likely that it was specifically at this time that the Baltic anthropological type began to develop in this area. But later, having undergone a complex path of epochal change, having become considerably more gracile, it yielded the modern Baltic type, in which, however, it is not difficult to discern the features of the ancient Oleni Ostrov man. A detailed reconstruction gives a clear picture of a man with a pear-shaped face, a large upturned nose, a sloping forehead, and deep-set eyes. Even today, among the northern Pomors, one can sometimes encounter precisely this type of ancient Baltic man. He had a large cranial length of 188 mm, small cranial width of 136 mm, and a massive cheek width of 151 mm.show more

Axie started in 2018. Creatures you could collect, battle,... and raise while learning about a magical new technology called blockchain. Part of the original concept were axie homes called Terrariums. Places where your axies could live, get stronger, and harvest resources. Battles ended up getting prioritized instead, and Terrariums got shelved. But for eight years, that original idea held a special place in our hearts. Terrariums are a nod to that original dream. We're hard at work and our goal is to deliver the first version in late June. Here's how they'll work on day one: 1. You activate a plot of land. 2. You put your axies on it. 3. Every hour, the world ticks forward on its own. While you're away, your land is working. 4. It earns a reward called bAXS, the in-game currency that feeds back into the broader Axie economy. 5. To stay running, your land burns a fuel called Lunium. You get it two ways: buy packs, or let your land generate it slowly for free. 6. How much you earn scales with your axie power, a stat currently called Atia's Flame. Stronger (collectible) axies earn more points. More points means a bigger share of the prize pool. 7. Each land type has its own pool, split between everyone who owns that type. 8. There will be free terrariums that can be used to earn axie experience points (but not bAXS). These should also be useful for onboarding newcomers. The day-to-day is simple by design as we want to make sure that the gameplay is easy to grasp at first and doesn't become a grind for landowners. Okay this is really cool. Codex app has a... new feature that is really useful. Highlight any text, and you'll notice a new popup. "More Details" uses GPT 5.5 Instant to explain in more detail about the highlighted portion of your text, allowing you to understand the reasoning/concept/statement/etc in greater detail. What's interesting about this versus a side chat is that it's instantaneous, and still retains context from the thread. With /side chat, you'd have to type out a prompt "what are the details on this?" With "more details" the prompt is implicit and the response is instantenous Very nice feature, as I'm always making side chats/branches to expand/learn/understand agent outputs better.show more

Helitack crews serve as highly skilled and productive aerial... firefighting resources. These crews are specially trained in the tactical and logistical use of helicopters for fire suppression, serving as a primary initial attack resource, often first on-scene to assess the wildfire. The U.S. Wildland Fire Service Boise Helitack crew is unique in the sense they are the only Interior-firefighting unit that operates a Type 1 helicopter for helitack operations. They respond to wildfires with a full complement of firefighting tools, 660-gallon water dropping bucket, and 12 firefighters on board – more than any other rotor-wing firefighting asset in the country. Their UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter is one of the most safe, effective, and efficient firefighting aircraft in all wildfire response. Like other wildland fire resources, they respond where they are needed most, supporting wildfire operations across the country.show more

004/100 Buttons. A bit of the process on building... an animation. When looking at a finished animation or in this example a finished button, it can look quite complex inside the CSS. But when building it, it’s more like a lot of simple steps, one after another. Here I had the idea to make some kind of text animation like the footer logo on the Osmo site. I try to add the base animation with no complex easing, for example transition: translate 0.4s ease. Starting with just moving the one text from bottom to top and the other text to top. Adding a stagger, play around with it. Searching for a way to make it more circular. On the research I found the sin() function inside CSS which can build a more smooth non linear curve for the stagger which creates this circular effect. And step by step adding more complexity like, different easing for hover/hover-out, opacity, 3D transform and more. I use also the sin() function to rotate the letters, so the middle ones are getting more rotated than the outer ones. Another thing which helps is to add a small delay on hover, for example 0.05s or 0.1s, you don’t really see the difference, but when you hover pretty fast on and out it doesn’t get that jumpy. I’m using here GSAP’s SplitText to split every char into spans. And then I’m adding a CSS index variable to every span, starting from the center. SplitText can provide CSS index variables, but you cannot tell it from which direction. For the sin() it’s also important to have a max length, so I add another CSS variable with the max char number on it. Crafting 100 Buttons with Osmo ⏳ Total time: 63hshow more

KOREA OWNS MORE $SPCX THAN ALL OF WALL STREET... COMBINED Yes, you read that right Yes, the largest holder of $SPCX is not the USA Let me show you the math: - Mirae Asset (South Korean fund): 26,000,000 Shares - Swedbank (Sweden): 3,560,000 Shares - Everyone else: under 1,200,000 Shares One Korean firm holds 7x more than the second largest owner on the planet At $113 per share that's roughly $2,950,000,000 No headlines. No CNBC segment. No viral post about it Just quiet accumulation while everyone was looking elsewhere So why Korea? Here's what I think is happening Mirae Asset manages $600 billion globally. At that scale you don't accidentally build a $3 billion position in one name They're not buying SpaceX. They're buying Starlink - the only communication infrastructure on earth that no government can shut down. And Korea understands better than most what it means to depend on communication infrastructure you don't control This isn't a tech trade. This is a strategic position disguised as a stock pick American funds are still running DCF models on rocket launches Korean money already made the callshow more

Martial eagle (Slide 1) is stronger than bald eagle... (Slide 2). It is also a better hunter. It can take down larger, more challenging prey like antelopes or monitor lizards, unlike the bald eagle which relies more on fish and scavenging. The martial eagle’s predatory style is also more aggressive and versatile. Why is the bald eagle now used more by people? That is the power of marketing. The bald eagle is the national bird of the United States. It has been packaged in movies and clips to look more regal and powerful. They even replace its sound with a louder and more majestic call of a red tailed hawk. Watch the second clip and you'll hear their natural sounds. Also, when you type "eagle," the emoji that comes out is 🦅 which is that of bald eagle. That's the power of PR.show more
