Felt compelled to pile on here I got my... sauna a few weeks ago I have no clue about the heart rate stuff I have no clue about any of the body weight stuff But what I do know? Holy crap my joints feel better after a workout. It’s extremely noticeable I played hockey my entire life and broke practically everything Torn knees. Shoulder surgery on both sides. Severe back injury. Etc etc The sauna is helping in ways I could not have predicted I can feel my body saying ‘Thank You!’ This thing will have a huge net positive impact on my life.
