It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. People do this kind of thing when they feel... they are experiencing reality at a high frame rate. It does not feel risky to hold a laptop by a corner if you feel like you have an “agency frame” every half second. It feels risky if you have an “agency frame” every 60 seconds. You’d be betting that a hand you do not have control over for 60 seconds will keep gripping. Our conscious frame rate can vary dramatically throughout the day, and it’s hard to perceive the difference because we can only sample ourselves at our conscious frame rate, we can’t oversample ourselves. People drunk drive because they fail to perceive their slower frame rate. Their frame rate feels normal because it matches their sample rate. But we do get a subtle sense of when we’re “switched on”. Everything seems to go easier, everything feels less risky and more easy to correct. A lot of people toward the autistic side of the spectrum are experiencing reality very granularly with a “high agency frame rate”. This is why their social interactions can seem overly forced and awkward, they can be bad at dancing, etc—because they are exerting conscious control over their body and language at very tight intervals—you get a sense that they are extremely “self aware” and not “letting go”. “Letting go” in the social sense is actually about reducing your agency frame rate. That’s why alcohol is good for socializing and bad for driving. With a reduced agency frame rate our speech and body language feels more natural, less forced. 🥚 Raw Eggs — They are nature's fast food,... and a complete food, with every nutrient you could need. A raw egg digests in only 27 to 37 minutes, which is phenomenal compared to other foods containing protein and fat, like meat and milk. This is because egg is a fully liquid food. The body doesn't need to use any digestive fluids, hydrochloric acid, to break it down, it will absorb within the first 5 inches of the intestine only, from bacterial digestion alone. Of course, if you cook the egg, this doesn't apply anymore. Cooking not only destroys nutrients, especially enzymes and vitamins, which impairs digestion, and generates toxins, like heterocyclic amines from proteins, and cauterizes the minerals, but it coagulates the egg. This not only makes a raw egg the perfect food to get instant energy in a healthful way, but a vital food that can save someone's life. If your digestive system is so compromised you cannot digest other animal protein, like meat, raw eggs will work. Or if you have leaky gut, they digest before they even have to go through the G.I. tract. In general, if you want to give your digestive system a rest, eat raw eggs, you will get back appetite for other foods very soon. In the next post of this thread is a quote of Aajonus' most incredible testimonial on the healing power of raw eggs. They are also the best food to repair. The only thing that Aajonus found that eggs cannot do is help the body reproduce cells quicker. That takes raw meat. So long-term, you cannot replace raw meat with raw eggs, they work complementarily. Don't discard the egg white. Aajonus proved the avidin in raw egg white is not an anti-nutrient. Aajonus ate up to 60 raw eggs a day (one or two dozens on most days) since 1976. He confirmed there was no biotin deficiency whatsoever. The narrow-minded lab experiments do not explain what actually happen and then draw the wrong conclusion. What actually happens is that biotin mixes with avidin to make a compound that cleans the body of biocarbons, which are leftover byproducts from macronutrient digestion that need to be eliminated by the body. This is actually a good thing. Plus, there is an excess of available biotin in raw egg compared to the amount of avidin. It is also recommended by Aajonus to not eat raw egg yolks alone either, as it creates imbalances when on a raw diet (this doesn't apply on a cooked diet). He did the experiments on animals, feeding them raw egg white and raw egg yolk separately, and it made them extremely hungry, they required twice as much food, had huge imbalances emotionally, caused obesity, water retention, all kinds of problems. So, if you go to a restaurant, you can request the egg white to be included in your steak tartare, just like Aajonus did. What about salmonella? Salmonella is already on our skin, in our eyes, our nose, our mouth, recycling dead cells. They are beneficial bacteria, not pathogenic. Of course, this isn't medical advice. Look into Aajonus and more broadly into terrain theory vs germ theory. Don't refrigerate eggs. Only in the USA do people do this. If you wash the egg, you remove the protective membrane around it, then health departments require them to be refrigerated. Just don't wash the eggs. Eggs are a bit of a fragile food, many of its natural bacteria die when in cold temperatures, so it's better to keep them at room temperatures, or they will lose digestibility. You can blend raw eggs, however it will oxidize them, destroying certain nutrients. There are three enzymes in the egg white which prevent certain hormones that help certain diseases progress like cancer. If you as little as whip the raw egg with a work, these enzymes in the egg white oxidize within seconds. Raw eggs are a detoxification food. They are rich in cholesterol. If you drink alcohol, eat plenty of raw eggs (before, during, after), and you will avoid a hangover. The cholesterol in raw eggs is very good at collecting the alcohol and other toxins. They also enable the body to make solvents to break down toxicity like cellulite. Raw eggs can be fermented, and aged in various ways. Century eggs, the real ones (which are around 25 years old), can cost a thousand dollars. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. I'm a EURUSD only swing trader and passed a... $50k Lucid Flex account within a week. As a swing trader I never understood the big deal with Futures props or why they became so popular. I've taken the time to try and understand a little more recently and felt the only way to understand it would be to experience it for myself - and go through the process. So I purchased a Lucid Flex account last week - and am within $200 of hitting the $3k target on a $50k account. First time ever doing Futures - and I've been trading them the exact same way I have always traded. EURUSD only on the 4hr tf for entries and exits. So far from what I can tell is that it's the cheap cost of entry that reels people in. The challenges are "maybe" easier to pass as they are quicker to pass (6% required and no daily loss limit) but there are also consistency rules and an end of day trailing DD of $2k to contend with which shouldn't be a problem for an intra-day trader anyway. So I'll give futures props the win when it comes to speed of passing an eval. After that, should you get to funded I really still don't see the attraction as the payouts are limited to $2k for a standard $50k acc which is what most people go for as far as I know (due to the favourable max loss/profit ratio required). You can buy 5x $50k accts with firms such as Lucid and Tradeify so IF you make it to payout and copy trade all your accounts that's a $10k payout with 1 firm on x5 accounts. Not only that - but you are limited to 1 contract on the first 1k of profits, then 2 contracts once you hit $2k etc.. so it's basically another added phase once you're funded as you are limited to what you can do (maybe not a bad thing). AND you are also required to build a $2k buffer I believe before you can even withdraw? So to withdraw $2k on a $50k acc you need to make $4k? Once you get into it the only thing my learning experience so far has led me to believe is that we have a LOT of desperate traders with very little cash to invest in a proper CFD challenge. Which then leads me to believe 90%+ of the space is filled with gamblers who are uneducated in the craft of trading. If I were to say the word 'Personal account' to a lot of younger people nowadays they would most likely look at me with a confused face. For me - the payout potential just doesn't get me going. As someone whose been used to 5k-40k payouts over my 21 months trading CFD props (I haven't traded props since April 2025) the amount of money you can make with a CFD 2step program is far greater imo. Happy to have someone more experienced in the Futures space comment below and convince/educate me otherwise. Hopefully I can pass this account and get to a payout but I'll continue to document the process here! I've just purchased 4 more accounts with Lucid to copy trade as all this effort for a potential $2k payout just isn't the one. Let's see how it goes.
