Hello guys. I need your help please. Help. I’m... doing this despite the risks involved 🙏. I’m sure you’ve seen the story Citizen tv aired recently about a brother who beat up his sister mercilessly trying to “discipline” her. Before she was beaten up, he had sent cops to “arrest” her in Busia because she was in Uganda and they didn’t want her traveling. The cops got her and she spent 24hrs in a cell before being transferred to Nairobi where she spent another 4 days in Pangani police station with no charges or being taken to court. The brother bribed the police officers to arrest her and put her in a cell to “discipline” her. They took her home and the brother beat her up mercilessly with blows and kicks and stepped on her as she begged that she was on her period. He also slapped his other sister who tried to intervene. The brother in law by the name Sharmake Hussein is the one pulling the strings and is highly connected to the DCI. The DCI headquarters has the victim’s phone and she went to pick it up yesterday but they refused and tried to make her withdraw the charges. Officers at the headquarters by the name Amin and Mahad as narrated by the victim tried to trick her to sign and withdraw the case. She refused and in return got threatened by the family who were present in the presence of the DCI KENYA The perpetrator was at DCI KENYA headquarters yesterday and they didn’t arrest him!!!! I’m honestly shocked that they were forcing the victim to withdraw the case instead of arresting the perpetrator. I took the girl to somewhere safe today a big big thank you to VOCAL Africa since the brother wants to harm her and DCI KENYA is enabling it. All the other younger siblings are not safe either and even the youngest was manhandled at the headquarters yesterday and they took his phone. Both phones are at the DCI KENYA and I’m asking with what authority did you take their phones and manhandled them? The youngest is a minor and I still don’t think these kids are safe. I talked to them today and the parents are the biggest enablers. If anything happens to any one of them DCI KENYA is responsible for being bribed and used by the perpetrators who’s going around claiming he knows “big people” including Duale. I have clips which I’ll be posting of him being nasty and arrogant of the law. DCI KENYA arrest the perpetrator Abdiaziz Daqare!!!!!!! Arrest him before he kills these girls and kids!!! You’re being an enabler!!!show more

July 1, 2015. Eleven years ago today… I never... got to hear her cry. Our first baby, our daughter Ara was born still at 24 weeks. My wife and I got to hold her and say goodbye to the child we had hoped to say hello to and welcome into the world. My wife said she had my nose, and I said she had her eyebrows. She was beautiful. Eleven years later, I still think about her. Every July 1st, and a lot of days in between. The places we would have gone together. The daddy-daughter moments we would have shared. The father I would have gotten to be to her, alongside the two I get to raise now, her little brother and sister. Grief doesn’t really end. I think it just becomes something you carry differently as times goes on. I’ve learned that it’s okay. It doesn’t mean that I haven’t healed; it just means that I loved my little girl so much even before I got to meet her. But I do hold onto this hope that death isn’t the end of her story or ours. One day I’ll get to see her and hold her again, no more tears or goodbyes, just joy in God’s presence. Ara, I can’t wait to see you. If you’ve lost a child at any stage, in any way, I hope you feel seen. You’re not alone in still thinking about them even if the world has moved on. You’re not alone in still loving them. You’re not alone in wishing you could share moments with them, making memories together. You’re not alone in still missing a cry you never got to hear. I pray that you know that YOU are loved. 🙏show more

In 2017, Meghan claimed in their engagement interview, in... one of the most blatant lie on TV, that she didn't know anything about Harry or the Royal Family, Prior to meeting Harry🤡 Yet in 2015, exactly ONE year before she "accidentally" met Harry, she was asked in an Interview with Hello!,Canada where she resided at the time, to pick "who she would rather be with: Prince William or Prince Harry?"🔥 Meghan was on camera, thinking about it and answered shrugging: "I dont know"🔥 Mind you, the choice should have been clear since in 2015, Prince William was married for 4 years already and Catherine just gave birth to their Daughter Charlotte, their second child😏 Yet Meghan couldnt pick and didn't pick. So the interviewer then prompted her what should have been the obvious choice: "Huh, Harry?" the interviewer said Laughing. Meghan then replied: "Harry? Sure." This cringe worthy clip came back to haunt her in 2023, during their Netflix docusery as Harry was shown the clip in her presence🔥 After seeing the clip, Harry shruggred, mimicking her, laughing: "Sure!" Meghan trying to save face then said: "Honey, I'm sorry, I, of course, choose you." No, she truly didnt😂😅 She settled for the only brother she could get; not the one she actually wanted🔥 That is why Meg couldnt pick between them even thought, harry was the single most sensical choice at that time and William was married with 2 children at the time; That is why the first thing Meg did when meeting William was throw herself in his arms for a hug; which he recoiled from; That is why William's rejection of her "friendship" hurt her so much; That is why Catherine is the woman she has attacked nonstop for the past 5 years; and thats is why her and her fans are so hell bent on attacking the Wales Marriage😏 Seeing this first clip by MeghansMole©️, I do not blame meghan for wanting better: Harry is cringeworthy and very immature when he is not "controlled"😏 And in the back of his mind, Harry knows that too; which is another reason he envies his brother so much: Catherine fell in Love with William and chose him as her first and only choice and stood by him for years, through thick or thin. But was the choice truly given to his own wife, Meghan; Was the opportunity truly given to her to pick between the brothers, Harry knows as we all do, Meg would NEVER have picked him, willingly🤷🏽‍♀️ Harry knows that even for his own wife, he was the "spare choice"; the afterthought☕️ #MarryWellMyDearsshow more

“Hello?” “Patrik…Marshawn is gone.” “What do you mean?” “He... died.” *drops phone, tears fall* —— I’ve tried so many times to find words since answering my phone early Thursday morning, but nothing qualifies to relay the devastation — the shattered heart knowing we had spoken not long before. I’ve replayed so many of our talks in my mind since that call. The first day you arrived in Dallas wearing that huge smile, so ready to make your family and your mom proud, and you did. The endless talks we had about comics, anime and gaming, always comparing notes on each topic and promising we’d squad up on Marvel Rivals next offseason when we both have time. Time… the thing we tell ourselves we have but never truly do. 💔 The talks we had after you had a tough game or practice, or injury, still smiling, always smiling; and outwardly the eternal optimist even while you fought those demons that I am personally all too familiar with. Mine nearly claimed me as well. You fought them in the dark while always being the light for others, and that is your legacy: selflessness, graciousness, humility, kindness, authenticity and compassion. Anyone who has ever caught us laughing during our talks or wondered where I was only to find us off to the side talking about so many different things knows I lost a little brother on Nov. 6, 2025. And to know what I lost you to, given how passionately I advocate for mental health, will haunt my days until I see you again. But, until I do, just know your passing will only embolden me to be even more unrelenting in preaching mental health, and especially for boys and men who think silence is strength when the opposite is true when help is needed. And if that saves just one person, then you will not have passed in vain. Rest peacefully, Shawn. You told me a couple days prior: “OK bet, I’ll see you later, Pat!” You will, but I still have work to do here first, and that includes making sure you’re never forgotten and that the memory of you never fades in people’s minds. I am blessed to know I said the following to you while you were here to hear it, but one more time for old time’s sake: “I love you, bro. Take care of yourself.” 🕊️ P.S. You win. Naruto is the best anime, and I was kidding, because you were always S-Rank. 🖤 #iykyk You didn’t have to try to level solo, though. No goodbyes. Ttyl. Thank you for blessing me with your spirit, energy and existence. - No C 😞show more
