I think this is a fair question to ask?... If the mainstream explanation is correct, that these knobs were used to lift and position the stones, why don’t we find them on every block? Why are they on only a select few, while most stones show no trace of them at all?show more

⚠️ THE ROBOT IS ALREADY OUTPERFORMING MOST NURSES. AND... THIS IS JUST THE START. Optimus switched on nurse mode and in a few seconds handled what still takes regular staff a solid chunk of time: – pulled the vitals – helped the patient stand – checked the pressure – calmed them down and told them to rest While everyone keeps insisting “care is a human-only job”… the machine is already standing by the bed saying: “Everything is stable. So remember that time machine I told you about?... I managed to sneek out another video from my visit to the future.. this time I captured video of a 3d artist creating assets for a short commercial. They sculpted the bird in the video with nothing but two controllers which they used to manipulate generative matter in 3d. The AI model changed in realtime and adopted their style of work, both based on the work they did on the scene, and on reference images they gave the system. Seeing the 3d model transform in realtime as they were working on it was incredible. When it started moving and reacted to their instructions, I knew it was time to return to the present :D #art #aishow more

AI-generated crying women are flooding the Chinese internet Videos... of adult women sobbing because they’re “alone, abandoned, and have no one to bring them a glass of water in the hospital” are going viral on Chinese social media. But there’s a catch — none of them are real. These clips are generated by AI. Elderly parents are still forwarding them to their children as a warning: “Don’t wait too long — it’s time to start a family.” At the same time, China is hitting a demographic low: just 6.1 million marriages were registered last year — the smallest number since 1980.show more

3D $ANIME ? Using 3D in anime or a... complete series in 3D style, how does this affect the anime industry? Probably the most hated anime after which people hated 3D in anime was Berserk in 2016, it was really terrible, but 3D in anime is no longer what it was in 2010-20. Let's look at the pros and cons of 3D in anime and what series can be called good 3D anime Pros of 3D Animation: 🟢Dynamic camera angles & smooth motion 🟢Saves time & production costs 🟢Consistent character proportions Cons of 3D Animation: 🔴Can look stiff or "plastic" 🔴Limited facial expressions 🔴Often disliked by traditional anime fans Top 3D $ANIME series in my opinion: 🔵Houseki no Kuni – stunning visuals & fluid animation 🔵Dorohedoro – dark, gritty style perfectly fits CGI 🔵Beastars – expressive character animation 🔵Trigun: Stampede – cinematic action & high-quality CGI The best studio that combines 2D and 3D well is, I think, Ufotable Ufotable blends 2D & 3D seamlessly: 🟡3D backgrounds + 2D character animation 🟡Anime-style shading makes 3D look hand-drawn 🟡Frame-by-frame touch-ups for smooth motion 🟡Mixing 2D effects (fire, water) with 3D for impact Example: "Demon Slayer" – epic battle scenes like Tanjiro’s Water Breathing, using 3D camera movement while preserving 2D aesthetics. Which 3D $ANIME impressed you the most?show more

Most people have no idea that these photos exist... from the surface of Venus. Climate change is real. It’s happening on Venus and it’s happening on Earth. Did you know that Venus may have been habitable at one point in time? It’s known as Earth’s sister planet. Below are some of the only images ever taken from the surface of Venus. One day Earth may look similar to this. There is no argument that climate change is real. It happened on Venus and it’s constantly happening on Earth. Human interaction most definitely has some effects on the planet’s climate change, but so too do non-human factors — even to a greater degree. My hope is that, not only can humans work to slow down the process, but also one day come up with solutions to reverse it.show more

Google is doing some great AI work in India... that is actually helping farmers on the ground and honestly, almost nobody is talking about it. It’s surprising how much we focus on every new model drop, while some of the most meaningful AI work is happening quietly in the real world. Google DeepMind’s AnthroKrishi team built two AI models using satellite imagery: - Agricultural Landscape Understanding (ALU) maps farm boundaries, trees and water bodies, with historical data going back 15 years. - Agricultural Monitoring & Event Detection (AMED) uses multispectral data to monitor crops, sowing and harvesting, identifying 11 major crops. And this is already being used at scale: - 5M+ farmers in Telangana through its agricultural DPI - 140M+ hectares covered by Terrastack - 2.6M hectares of irrigated land in Karnataka - CarbonFarm is using it across 12 countries - FAO is integrating the models into its global agricultural data platform with $2.5M from Google These models are now providing agricultural insights across 6 African countries, and the Agricultural Landscape Understanding layer is one of the most popular layers on Google Earth globally.show more

ARC-AGI-3 is out now! We've designed the benchmark to... evaluate agentic intelligence via interactive reasoning environments. Beating ARC-AGI-3 will be achieved when an AI system matches or exceeds human-level action efficiency on all environments, upon seeing them for the first time. We've done extensive human testing that shows 100% of these environments are solvable by humans, upon first contact, with no prior training and no instructions. Meanwhile, all frontier AI reasoning models do under 1% at this time.show more

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Russian officials in Crimea have been ordered to... begin evacuating equipment and documents. 🔹 The occupation administrations of Kerch and Feodosia are preparing to remove documents by July 4th. According to sources from the "Atesh" movement, the occupation administrations of Kerch and Feodosia have received an urgent order from the so-called "authorities" of Crimea to fully evacuate valuable documents and equipment. The deadline for fulfilling this order is the entire month of July. 🔹 This directive has also been sent to several other departments. In light of this directive, some officials, who previously had access to official fuel, have suddenly "fallen ill" and have taken leave due to health reasons, quickly leaving for Krasnodar Krai. As a reminder, previously, "Atesh" agents reported that the occupiers were urgently relocating their operational headquarters to work around the clock and were preparing for something with increased intensity by June 21st. 🔹 The Crimean collaborators understand very well that accountability for their actions is approaching, and that Russian air defense will not save them. Hermes HUD mode just became my live stock analyst... I opened a chart and asked Hermes to analyze what it was seeing Instead of only explaining it in text, HUD drew directly over my screen: • Resistance • Support • Trend direction • Current price context So now Hermes can look at the same chart I’m looking at and annotate the analysis in real time. This is exactly what I wanted HUD mode to become. Not another chat window. An AI layer on top of whatever I’m already doing 👀show more

Jeff Bezos just described AI in three words that... make most of the economy temporary. Bezos: “AI is real and it is going to change every industry. In fact it’s a very unusual technology in that regard in that it’s a horizontal enabling layer.” Horizontal enabling layer. Not a product. Not a platform. Not a feature. A layer. Underneath everything. Everyone is asking which AI company wins. Bezos is telling you that is the wrong question entirely. A horizontal layer does not produce winners. It produces a new floor. Everything standing on the old one either gets rebuilt or gets erased. This has happened exactly twice in modern history. Electricity. The internet. Both times the same pattern. The new layer appeared. The old economy kept running above it. Revenue held. Careers continued. Everything looked normal. Then quietly and permanently the entire structure reorganized around the new substrate. The people who did not move were not outcompeted. They were made structurally irrelevant. Not because they were wrong. Because the ground they stood on stopped being ground. Bezos is telling you it is happening a third time. Not with a product. Not with a platform. With intelligence itself becoming infrastructure. A horizontal layer does not compete with the expert. It makes expertise free. It hands a 22 year old with zero credentials the same cognitive output you spent a decade and a quarter million dollars learning to produce. For $20 a month. That is not disruption. Disruption replaces a product with a better product. This dissolves the scarcity your entire career was priced on. Not because the work disappeared. Because the wall around it did. Every profession that exists because knowledge is hard to acquire. Every company that profits because analysis takes time. Every industry that survives because complexity locks outsiders out. All of it rests on a single assumption. That cognition is scarce. AI does not challenge that assumption. It retires it. The people who understand this are already rebuilding. Quietly. Deliberately. While everyone else argues about whether the thing underneath them is real. Bezos did not give you a prediction. He gave you a position on a map. You are either above the new layer or beneath it.show more

🌀 #Live3D #Live2D #Live2DWIP 🌀 Today, I’d like to... share two of the three methods I use to create joint twisting in my Live2D-based 2D Pseudo-3D concept. On the right is the Glue Joint: The basic idea is to use Glue to connect two pseudo-3D ArtMeshes. By taking advantage of Glue’s weight settings, it can create an effect similar to a 3D joint. Once the weights are set up, it can move very freely with a relatively low amount of work. However, it also shares the same weakness as 3D joints: when rotated at large angles, it can produce unpleasant twisting and distortion. On the left is the Hand-Bent Joint: The basic idea is to add bending Keyforms directly to a Warp Deformer, then manually sculpt the ideal deformation. This method can create the most detailed and refined joints, depending entirely on how the rigger designs them. The downside is that it requires much more work. Every additional degree of freedom requires a significant amount of manual adjustment. These two joint methods have almost opposite characteristics, so in actual Live3D work, I choose the most suitable method depending on the situation. For example, in this hand model, I used Hand-Bent Joints for the arm twisting and fingers, while the wrist uses a Glue Joint.✨show more

❗️🇺🇸🇺🇦Trump called on Zelenskyy to act “more boldly” toward... Russia in order to force the Kremlin to the negotiating table by using force. ▪️Trump no longer believes Putin will agree to real negotiations, so he urged Zelenskyy to take “more bold” actions. ▪️In Kyiv, this was perceived as a signal that America will no longer focus on permanently restraining Ukraine. ▪️It seems Zelenskyy convinced Trump that involving Putin in the negotiation process is only possible through the use of force. I know a lot of people hate on AI.... I get it. Be creative. But for those of use who can't draw or animate, this is more of a quick and cheap fix. and there's nothing wrong with that. I wish others were more open about sharing what they've learned using AI and not hoard their knowledge like it's worth gold. The only way we can learn and improve is if others share what they've learned. I understand people are protective of what prompts they use. Ok fine, don't share them. But you can't even give a tip? Like "add this phrase to the prompt for better [fill in the blank]" or "use [blank] for a more realistic atmosphere]. Just pisses me off. I'm happy to share all I've learned with anyone who askes. Same happened in the 3d printing community with crushable printed houses. No one wanted to share anything. So I gave up on that. #sizetwitter #giantess #AIart #giantessai #Sora2 #soraArtshow more

Komugiko2000 is the ending director, solo key animator, storyboard... artist, and holds many other credits. They’re one of the most prominent names in indie animation and the creator of the #indie_anime hashtag. They explained that the filming of the Dandadan ending involved a highly unique process - “shooting real light on a monitor with a smartphone and compositing it.” The horizontal streaks of light were created by pressing the handle of a transparent spoon (the kind you get at convenience stores) against the lens. They call this technique “monitor light.” Video flow: Dance Material-> monitor light material -> monitor light material 2 -> Completed videoshow more

⚠️ THIS HOTEL CLEANING CREW HAS A BATTERY PERCENTAGE... INSTEAD OF A BREAK TIME Two robots in matching Tesla aprons working a high-rise suite together, one vacuuming the nightstand, one wiping down the floor to ceiling windows, a fully stocked housekeeping cart between them. A status display on the ceiling reads out their battery level and how far into the job they are, like a delivery tracker for a made bed. Here's the honest catch. This is AI-generated concept footage, the onscreen task tracker and the duplicate robots visible in the mirror are giveaways once you look for them, no hotel is running this today. But the job itself is real and well understood, hotel housekeeping is one of the most repetitive, physically demanding jobs in hospitality, and it's exactly the kind of task these companies keep aiming humanoid robots at first. Would you actually want faster, more consistent cleaning if it meant a robot walked through your room while you were out?show more

Too many people are trying to tear us apart, and we need to find new ways to come together" "We’re all Americans, and we’re all patriotic. There is no ‘us and them’ — that’s not who we are, nor is it what we should be. It’s all of us.
