Just had an all-timer 9 hole round for someone... of my level 😆 back to back pars is about as rare as a hole-in-one. Short course but not an easy one! This was the drive on Hole 7 (the swing isn’t very pretty but it left me a wedge and comfortable 2 putt so I’ll take it) 🤝show more

And now I’m here in Liberty’s, one of my... favourite shops, for a peruse of their wares (and also to shelter from the hail). This plate caught my eye and I thought it might look nice on my boat. Right up to the moment that I turned it over to see the price.show more

Found my daughter and her boat and we’ve pulled... her in to the bank and secured her boat. You don’t get that living in a house: waking up to find your home isn’t where it was when you went to sleep. The speed of the river is incredible. Just trying to pull the boat in, took all mine and a very kind stranger who was there, strength. Watching the river and loads of fish jumping out. I’ve realised the poor things are dying as they can’t breathe in all the mud and silt that’s in the water. Anyway, an exciting morning which I didn’t want. Things could have been much worse as you’ll see from my video of another narrowboat that’s underwater. Daughter is safe though, thank goodness, so now it’s time for a full English breakfast.show more

In a split second, she lost her balance and slipped into the dangerous gap between the platform and the train. Thanks to the quick thinking and heroic actions of our on-duty RPF personnel, Sri P. Raja Shekhar and Sri Vishwajeet Kumar, she was pulled to safety just in time. This close call serves as a vital reminder for all travelers to prioritize safety while on the move. 3 months ago, when my cat was still just... a tiny kitten, we visited my grandma's house. My grandma made a special hammock for my cat so it could sleep comfortably. Today, we visited my grandma's house again, and as soon as my cat walked in, it went straight to the hammock bed that had been made for it months ago. But this time, it was no longer a tiny kitten. The hammock couldn't handle my cat's weight and ended up flat on the floor. Even so, my cat kept sleeping there with its big body 😭show more
