Snap-to-grid, collision detection, ghost preview, it feels like building with real bricks. But the fun part? Hit one of the template buttons and watch it auto-build a pyramid, a rocket, a house, or an Eiffel Tower. Pi0 vs. ACT with BBox conditioning 🟦 Not many... know you can push ACT to *almost-Pi0* generalisation by conditioning on bounding boxes (BBoxes). How is the training data collected? • Generate BBoxes for all pick-and-place objects in the scene.(I used Gemini) • Pick-and-place targets are selected randomly. • Add the BBox coordinates to the robot’s state. • Overlay the BBoxes in the visualisation so you know what to grab and where to drop. During inference: • Generate BBoxes for every object again. • Click the object you want to pick and its target spot; those BBoxes get added to the robot state. • Let the robot do the work for you 😃 Setup: - Trained ACT for 100k steps and fine-tuned Pi0 for only 20k. - Training data is 60 episodes and had *only* LEGO bricks. - Using single front camera (Laptop in this case) Got the idea from xun in LeRobot discord. I built a clone of the Yeezy store with... Next.js. This was a fun challenge — the site has some smooth animations and feels very fast. But it was bothering me that I couldn't use the browser back button. Can we do better? So I rebuilt the site with v0 and Motion. Here's how it works: 1. When you click on a product, Motion is able to animate the original position of the product in the grid, to the zoomed in product detail page. 2. During this transition, we also shallow update the URL with the `/p/slug` route for the page. 3. If you press the back button in the navbar, or use the browser back button, or press escape — all options will take you back to the main product listing page. 4. If you reload the page while looking at a product, or someone sends you a link to a specific product, it still works! This is the best parts of a SPA and MPA mixed together. In the future, I can make this even better with View Transitions (I wasn't able to get the product animation just right, but if you can I'd love to see it!). I also took some creative liberties from the original design. The whole 1/2/3 size thing, where you needed to click the "?" to see SM/MD/LG was strange, so I just went directly to those sizes. Similarly, I prefered the more traditional style sheet/modal with the background color change, versus the full screen takeover. While building SEV0, I ran into moments where natural... language prompting just wasn't enough - too vague, too indirect. So I started using a method that bridges that gap. I call it Bridged Prompting - a technique where you temporarily step out of the prompt-response loop to manipulate something directly using an AI-generated UI, then step back in. Think of it like GenUI, but more user-driven and transient. AI generates a UI on-the-fly, tailored to your prompt, and lets you manipulate the artifact directly before resuming the conversation. Sure, you could build a full tool, switch tabs, wire it up and round-trip your data. But with Bridged Prompting, the AI just spins up a temporary interface right in the flow.
