i just realized EXO is touring while also healing.... praying that every country in the concert stops becomes a place of safety, comfort and affirmation for them. it does not feel just a concert tour but also a reconnection to the fans that they haven't seen as a group in 7 yrs. it's not just that the fans want to show up for a great show but being there is also a statement that we have always been here waiting for you, our dear EXO. 🥹show more

While I have premium I definitely want to do... a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...show more

It's not just that a random Turkish jackass stood... in Yerevan and called it "ancient Turkic land", it's also that he's been on every Azerbaijani state media channel handing out Armenian dirt and praying for Turan. But remember: Aliyev himself makes the same territorial claims.show more

Why does Ironmouse do Subathons all the time? Well,... I think money is definitely a big factor, along with the reality that a large portion of that money will also be donated to the IDF... the Immune Deficiency Foundation. On top of needing it for her treatments, I think at some point that money will also someday lead to discoveries for better therapeutics. More eyes, more funding in the future, a possible cure someday. But some of the other stated reasons are just kinda sad. Subathons mean being online for long stretches of time, which is the only time she gets to interact with people, even if it's just through a screen. One of the stated reasons for her starting streaming is because she was deathly lonely. She has done some pretty shitting things throughout her career as a VTuber and screwed over a lot of people. People aren't purely good or evil, but for someone like her, the contrast is created through sheer desperation. Will I ever be a "fan" again? Probably not. Not that I was much of one, but I did have more favorable opinions of her in the past. But that doesn't mean that I hate her or that I wish the worst for her. Being sick, lonely, and trapped doesn't give license to treat people poorly in underhanded ways, but I do genuinely hope that whatever effort she does towards CVID actually ends up helping a lot of people with the same condition. And if you are still a fan, I don't blame you either. The fandom is toxic and often unhinged, but I also get it. The fans are protecting their "fragile sick queen," but at the same time, that toxic energy gets cringe quickly. As I said before... It's a life I don't wish even for my worst enemies.show more

This animation has so many frames that I had... to split it up into two spritesheets! This stage is also always the most awkward one to show to playtesters; I always feel inclined to clarify that they shouldn't get the wrong idea, and that there is a reason for these visuals, lolshow more

This statement by Morgan Wallen at is Chicago show... ruffled the feathers of a lot fans back in Pittsburgh. Wallen was in Chicago playing at Soldier Field where it was raining. He says to the crowd “ I just wanna say that it is raining right now and we gonna’ play through it” and kind of chuckles. Many took that as a slight to Pittsburgh where he canceled his show due to weather concerns but which ended up being a beautiful night there when the concert would have started. A lot of fans in Pittsburgh are wondering why he didn’t “play through” there when it ended up not raining at all. 🤔 Many said they still haven’t received their refund and wondered why he wouldn’t just reschedule. Some said all they got was a promo code for a future concert. 🤯 Some of people in Chicago said they only went to see Brooks N’ Dunn, who were opening for him in Chicago and said they left after they played and didn’t stay to see Morgan. You think his comment was much to do about nothing or was he slighting Pittsburgh? Don’t you think he could make everything a whole lot easier and better if he just rescheduled the Pittsburgh show?show more

Some people are upset that I said “Raising kanan”... in the final season Is just as great as the others Is imo better than “the wire” It’s my opinion we don’t have to agree But romanticism plagues people The wire was great but it did have flaws 50 would never mess a scene up On raising kanan With bad song placement that does not even match the setting of the scene.. And also the actors in the car are terrible And they don’t even have lines lol Yes it was amazing and it’s legendary But I will not allow your romanticism with the past make you believe that the show from your childhood was flawless It was not!! It’s okay for new albums to be better than Illmatic It’s okay for new crime series to be better the wire It’s okay for a new teacher to take it to a level Malcolm X never got too It’s okay!show more

Today I was disqualified for the first time in... my cycling career (14 years), for wearing glasses that record video. Unfortunately I was not aware of a new rule that was implemented in April that prohibited this. A warning, fine or yellow card could have also been enough. But what I struggle to understand is why In the Tour de France can you quite literally vlog with a camera in your hand which is perfectly legal...but because the camera is in the glasses you get an automatic Disqualification?! Yes, If I knew about the rule I would have also never posted it on social media. Anyways, I'll take it on the chin. Here is the video that got me disqualified & the other video is just to show what is completely allowed it seems. And lastly, my glasses have absolutely no AI capabilities unless used with a phone. So on the bike it can do nothing but record video!show more

seeing how hyoyeon did the challenge with arno really... made her words hit deeper... while she might not be directly referring to arno but... she is really so kind 🥺🥺🥺 💗how should i say this but initially when i debuted i felt that i was one of the members didn't get a lot of opportunities as we had quite a lot of members 💗when i look at the rookies now, there is always a visual centre or someone that is always filming dance challenges, feels like (the company) keeps only pushing 1 member but by their side there are members who has the "i can also do it" expression. while they might be giving good reactions like "wahh" but you can feel the ambition in their eyes, so i feel kind of sorry for them as i was like that too 👤i get it, it's not like they are faking their congratulations but it just feels a bit empty, their eyes feels empty... i can understand as i am also aware of these feelings 💗so they tend to catch my eyes more and i tend to ask them for their names as i have been through that before...show more
