if you use claude code, this will save you... real money. the problem: every time you make an edit, your ai rereads the whole codebase to figure out what changed. tens of thousands of tokens, every turn, for context it already had. this repo fixes it. it’s called code review graph, and it just maps your entire codebase: every file, every function, every connection laid out so you can see the actual shape of your project how to set up (2 min): 1. pip install code-review-graph 2. code-review-graph install - auto-configures Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI + more 3. code-review-graph build change one function, and it traces exactly what that touches... every caller, every dependent file, every test. your ai only reads what's affected, not the whole repo. and the savings are wild. a task that used to burn ~100,000 tokens (about a dollar) now runs closer to a penny.show more

Claude Code Scheduled Tasks is now available... here's a... solid idea to connect it with Telegram Save this so you don't forget to set it up! First, ask Claude to add a simple Telegram messaging module to your repo. You can use the Telegram Bot Builder Skill from Link: Install command: npx claude-code-templates@latest --skill enterprise-communication/telegram-bot-builder Once the module is in your project, grab your bot credentials from BotFather and add the bot ID to your .env file That's it! ✅ Now every Scheduled Task you create should end with an instruction for Claude to send the task result to Telegram using that module. Claude will handle the delivery automatically on every task it runsshow more

AI coding agents re-explore the same codebase every single... session. Repowise indexes a repo once and gives Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP agent a real dependency graph, git history, and a bug-predictive code health score. No re-grepping the same files. No stale docs. No guessing which file is about to break. The loop is simple: measure every file > locate where the risk concentrates > generate the exact refactoring plan to fix it Indexing a repo takes under 30 seconds and updates automatically on every commit. Paired benchmarks show up to 96% fewer tokens spent loading context and 70% fewer agent tool calls, at the same answer quality.show more

ANTHROPIC JUST TURNED AI AGENTS INTO GIT REPOS Anthropic... shipped "ant" - a CLI that runs every Claude API endpoint straight from your terminal. The headline isn't the terminal access. It's that you can now version-control an AI agent as YAML in Git and have CI sync it to the Claude Platform, the same way you ship code. - Every API resource is a subcommand: messages, models, files, agents, sessions - Define an agent in a YAML file, check it into your repo, and keep it in sync with one update command - Spin up a session, send it an event, then pull every event and tool call back from the same CLI - Claude Code knows how to drive ant out of the box - it shells out and reads the results with no glue code Agents just stopped being prompts you babysit and became infrastructure you deploy.show more

My project has 39,205 lines of code, and Cursor... can't answer questions about it. Cursor's context seems to be capped at around 10,000 tokens. Unfortunately, this is not enough for any decent-sized project. If you have a large codebase, check out Augment Code. This thing is faaaast! I'm currently using their Visual Studio Code plugin, but you can also use them on JetBrains, Neovim, and even Vim. (I'm a Neovim fan, but Copilot's implementation for Neovim is nowhere as good as Augment Code.) Augment Code was gracious enough to sponsor this post. After you install their extension and run it for the first time, it will index your entire codebase. This is why it can answer questions as fast as it does, regardless of the size of your codebase. Augment Code supports chat and completions like every other AI coding assistant, but its killer feature is "Next Edit." When you make a change, two things happen: 1. The model analyzes the change to determine the ripple effects across your *entire* codebase. 2. The model suggests everything you need to update to ensure everything works correctly. This is pretty wild!show more

EVERYONE'S TRYING TO SOLVE AI TEAM MEMORY WITH SERVERS,... VECTOR DATABASES, AND ORCHESTRATION PLATFORMS. THIS OPEN SOURCE TOOL DOES IT WITH ONE FOLDER IN YOUR REPO. Every dev on your team runs Claude Code. When one agent screws something up, the rest have no idea. They just repeat the mistake next week. It's called teamlore. When your agent gets corrected or breaks something, it writes a small lore file into a .lore/ folder. That file ships with your PR, gets reviewed like normal code, and after merge every teammate's agent automatically recalls it when they touch that part of the repo. No server. No datab No accounts. No SaaS bill. Just a folder in git. Which means code review catches bad lessons before they poison the team, git blame tells you when a rule was added and why, and the whole thing works offline. One command to install: npx teamlore init Companion command: npx teamlore scarmap. Turns your team's history of mistakes into a visual heat map of the codebase. Every red zone is a place your team has been burned before. Which means every red zone is a place your agents should slow down. Here's the wildest part. The teamlore repo's own .lore/ folder contains every mistake Claude made while building teamlore itself. Dogfooded end-to-end. You can literally open the folder and read the receipts. The author's public invitation: "Would love for someone to try and break it." Available on npm. Repo just launched. 100% open source. (link in the comments)show more

Claude Design + Shopify is f*cking ridiculous 🤯 You... can now publish pages from Claude Design → Claude Code → Shopify. Built 100% with Claude Design, Claude Code, and the Shopify CLI. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want to skip the design → dev handoff entirely. Here's how it works: → Design any landing page in Claude Design → Export as a zip and drop it into Claude Code → Install the Shopify + Shopify AI Toolkit plugins → Prompt Claude to convert the HTML into a Shopify page template + push to live theme → Claude uploads the images, deploys the files, and creates a published page No more handing designs off to a dev and waiting 2 weeks for a Shopify page. What you get: - A workflow that turns any Claude Design page into a real Shopify page template - Editable sections so your marketing team can swap copy, images, and CTAs without code - Images uploaded straight to Shopify Files automatically - A files-only deploy that only touches what's new in your live theme - A repeatable pipeline you can use every time you design a new landing page This is essentially the design-to-deploy pipeline brands have been waiting for. I put together a step-by-step playbook for going from Claude Design → published Shopify page. Every install, every plugin, every command, and the exact prompt that runs the whole thing. OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Sol model can now run inside Claude... Code. There are two ways to do it, and both take minutes to set up, here’s how: Option 1, the official plugin: /plugin marketplace add openai/codex-plugin-cc /plugin install codex@openai-codex /reload-plugins, then /codex:setup That unlocks /codex:review, /codex:adversarial-review, and /codex:rescue. Claude writes, GPT critiques, you ship. Option 2, the proxy. One alias makes Sol your main model: alias claudex=‘CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL=gpt-5.6-sol CLAUDE_CODE_ALWAYS_ENABLE_EFFORT=1 claude –model gpt-5.6-sol’ Bonus: Claude Code lets you set subagent model and effort yourself. Sol Ultra runs can burn several times the tokens of a base run, so right-sizing delegated work saves real money.show more

Claude Fable 5 is insane for voice-of-customer research 🤯... I just built a Claude Code skill that catches your customers quoting your own ads back to you. It reads your reviews, cross-references every recurring phrase against your website + ad copy, and sorts your "voice of customer" into three piles: Planted, category-standard, organic gold. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and creative strategists who brief ads off review mining. If you're pulling ad copy from your reviews, some of that language is real customer voice, some of it is your own tagline, and every time you re-use it, you're marketing to yourself a little harder. This skill breaks the loop: → Drop in any review export (Judge .me, Okendo, Amazon, Shopify) → It scrapes your site + ad copy automatically → Every recurring phrase gets 3 forensic tests (overlap, independence, category) → Verdicts come with receipts: counts, sources, confidence levels → Dark-mode dashboard + 5 ready-to-test hooks from the gold pile No API keys. No pip installs. No copy-paste prompt rituals. What you get: → The "planted" list — phrases you taught your customers (stop briefing off these) → The organic gold list — language customers use that your ads never have → 5 hooks built from real customer phrasing → A dashboard your whole team can read Runs 100% in Claude Code Want full playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "Claude" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)show more

I just built a Meta ad policy checker in... Claude Code that catches rejections BEFORE Meta does 🤯 Drop in your ad copy → it pulls Meta's LIVE Advertising Standards, checks every line against the actual policy text, and hands each ad a verdict: Cleared for launch, Fix before launch, or Grounded. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for media buyers and DTC brands who've had ads bounced — or an account restricted — and never got a straight answer why. If you're finding out about policy problems only after the rejection email, resubmitting the same ad and praying, losing days of delivery while the appeal sits in review, and every bounce quietly teaches Meta to trust your account a little less... This runs the review before Meta ever sees the ad: → Drop in your ad copy (one ad or a whole batch) → It reads each ad and figures out which of Meta's policies apply → Scrapes the live policy pages from Meta's Transparency Center → Flags the exact phrase that violates, with Meta's own policy quoted next to it → Rewrites the risky lines so the message survives but the violation doesn't → Renders a dashboard: every ad, every finding, every fix in one place No guessing which word killed the ad. No resubmit-and-pray loops. No stacking rejections on your account history. What you get: → A verdict on every ad before you spend a dollar → The violating phrase + the policy citation, side by side → Rewrites that keep the selling intent → A report you can hand straight to your team or client Built 100% in Claude Code. No API keys, no Meta login. I'm giving away the complete Claude skill file. Want the skill for free? > Like this post > Comment "META" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)show more

Claude Code can now go find the right skill... itself, instead of you searching for one. it's called find-skills. a small package that plugs into Claude Code, and instead of you hunting for rest, you just describe the task and it searches the whole open skills ecosystem, finds the ones that fit, and installs them for you. > tell it what you're trying to do, in plain english > it scans the skills registry and maps your task to real skills > it pulls the right ones in and sets them up half the time you don't even know a skill exists for what you're doing. now you don't have to.show more

🚨 Do you understand what Claude just quietly dropped... while everyone was distracted? 1 million tokens. Let me explain what that actually means because the number alone doesn't hit right. > A senior engineer joins a company and spends 3 to 6 months just reading code.. Understanding how things connect. Learning where the bugs hide. Why that one file nobody touches exists. It takes months because a codebase is massive and human memory is small. > Claude just loaded the entire thing in one prompt. 30 seconds. Every file, Every function, Every line. All of it. Sitting in memory like it's been working there for years. And it scored highest among every single frontier model. Not GPT.. Not Gemini, Nobody. > Yesterday Amazon's AI nuked production because it couldn't see the full picture - it made a decision with partial context and deleted everything. Today an AI can hold 1 million tokens of context at once. That's the fix. That's the "before and after" moment for AI coding. > 600 images in one request. Entire PDFs. Full repos. And they dropped it on a Friday on all plans like it was a patch note. The scariest AI updates aren't the ones with press conferences. They're the ones that drop in a tweet at 6pm and change everything by Monday morning.show more

Claude Fable 5 orchestrating Grok 4.5 is now my... favorite real workflow. all you need is this free Claude Code plugin that makes Grok the default implementer. Fable writes the specs and reviews every diff, Grok 4.5 does the typing through the Grok CLI. - Grok handles the volume, Fable handles the judgment - Every diff gets cross-vendor review for free - Specs run as parallel agents when they're independent I've been testing it for a few days and the part that sold me is watching Fable refuse to write code. It sends specs down, judges what comes back, and that's it. setup: 1. claude plugin marketplace add DannyMac180/fable-advisor && claude plugin install fable-advisor 2. Install the Grok CLI from then grok login 3. /model fable It's open source, so you can read the agent files and tweak the routing however you want.show more

Claude Code Desktop now opens a new window for... each session This makes it much easier to visualize multiple Claude Code agents running in parallel My current stack depends on the task: - Ghostty: when starting a project. Bash commands, git, env variables, provider connections. All manual through the terminal with a Claude panel running alongside. - Claude Code Desktop: once everything is configured. GitHub connected, CLAUDE.md, Skills, subagents and Hooks ready. Claude Code runs on its own, no more terminal setup, just panels running and outputs to review. - VSCode: when I need to review code by hand. I use it less and less, but there are moments where I have to confirm Claude got it right. I usually open the Claude extension inside VSCode, but it lacks most of the CLI features so it's limited Solid update. Worth trying once your workflows are already set up 👇show more

1.7 billion free tokens per month. A month ago... i showed you how to route claude code through free providers. someone just shipped the cleanest version of this setup yet… it's called Freellmapi 13,400+ stars on github, MIT licensed, takes 2 minutes to install. what it does: stacks the free tiers of 16 different LLM providers behind one local API. point claude code, codex, or cursor at that one endpoint, and it automatically routes your calls across all 16 free pools. The 16 providers it covers: Google, Groq, Cerebras, Mistral, OpenRouter, GitHub Models, Cloudflare, Cohere, NVIDIA, HuggingFace, Ollama Cloud, Kilo, Pollinations, LLM7, OVH, and OpenCode Zen. if you sign up to all 16 and add your free API keys, you get roughly 1.7 billion free tokens per month combined. ▫️ How to install (one command) curl -fsSL bash this runs the whole thing locally on your machine through Docker. once it's up, open paste your provider keys on the Keys page, and grab the unified API key from the dashboard. that's the key you point your apps at. With this, claude code stops hitting your monthly cap because every prompt routes through the 16 free pools instead of your paid plan. and if one provider rate-limits mid-conversation, freellmapi falls over to the next one automatically so your session never breaks. repo: Free, MIT-licensed, runs on your laptop or a $5 VPS.show more

your AI agent can watch any video now -... paste a URL and it sees every frame, hears every word, all for free 🤯 bradautomates/claude-video gives Claude the ability to watch YouTube, Loom, TikTok, local files - anything yt-dlp supports what people actually use it for: → analyze a competitor launch - what hook, what visuals, what structure → debug from a screen recording - Claude reads the exact frame where it breaks → summarize a 49-min talk in 30 seconds with frame-accurate timestamps → strip the hype from product videos - "what's actually new, skip the pitch" the mechanism: yt-dlp pulls free captions first (zero cost). ffmpeg extracts frames at scene-aware intervals - not uniform sampling, so you don't waste tokens on 12 identical frames of the same slide. Claude reads every frame as an image with timestamp markers. Groq Whisper only kicks in when a video has no caption track how to set up (3 min): > claude code: /plugin marketplace add bradautomates/claude-video then /plugin install watch@claude-video > or npx skills add bradautomates/claude-video -g for codex, cursor, gemini cli > dependencies auto-install on macOS via brew two caveats: free captions cover most but not all videos. past 10 min use --start/--end for focused sections or the token-burner mode for full coverage your buddy still watches every tutorial at 2x speed taking manual notes. you paste a URL and your agent extracts the substance in seconds for $0show more

I just vibe coded a Meta Ads creative analytics... tool in Claude Code 🤯 It plugs into your ad accounts, AI-analyzes every creative you've ever run, and tells you exactly what's working, what isn't, and WHY. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and creative agencies who are sick of staring at Ads Manager trying to reverse-engineer why one ad scaled and another tanked. If you're pulling weekly reports that show you spend, ROAS, CTR, and hook rate but never tell you WHY any of it is happening — and you're stuck watching videos one by one, guessing at angles, and making kill/scale calls on gut feel... This tool runs the entire loop for you: → Connect your Meta ad accounts in one click → AI watches every video and analyzes every static → Auto-labels each ad by asset type, messaging angle, hook tactic, and funnel stage → Win rate analysis broken down by every category → Kill/scale recommendations segmented by TOF, MOF, and BOF → AI-generated iteration recommendations for every underperformer No manual video watching. No guessing at what's working. No spreadsheets to track creative performance. What you get: - A full creative analytics dashboard pulling live from your accounts - AI classification on every ad you've ever run - Iteration priorities ranked by ads with real spend behind them - Weekly reports surfacing top and bottom performers with AI insights Built 100% in Claude Code as a real tool, not a one-off script. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how this works and what every feature does, including ALL the prompts I used so you can build it yourself.
