Dear Amazon Hope this finds you well. I ordered... a couple of items off your app (Amazon Saudi) during my trip to Saudi Arabia on December 5th, I paid for all the items via my Mastercard but I noticed one of the items’ delivery date was later than my departure so I cancelled it and was promised a refund in 5 days, it’s now Feb 17th and I’ve still not yet recieved my refund .. I’ve been in touch with your support team but nothing has been resolved, every associate I chat with tells me wait 3 days or 48 hours for the refund … this has been going on for over 2 months. But a response from Amazon says they didn’t charge the item and I should consult my bank, my bank shared a statement showing the money was debited by Amazon, the associates all say it was debited, my account also shows it was debited but Amazon ‘s billing team says it wasn’t .. so who is lying now 🤷🏽‍♂️show more
