THAT'S CRAZY, THIS CHINESE FOUNDER BUILT A MASSIVE MAC... MINI FARM AND EACH ONE RUNNING ITS OWN HERMES AI AGENT LIKE A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE He's not running one AI assistant. He's running an entire workforce. The stack: Mac Mini + Hermes, scaled out across a full physical farm. Every single Mac Mini in the rack runs its own instance of Hermes Agent – and each one has its own dedicated job. Not duplicated tasks. Actual division of labor, machine by machine, the way you'd structure a real team. No salaries. No sick days. No onboarding. Just racks of hardware, each one handling its own piece of the business, running in parallel, 24/7. This is what it looks like when "AI agent" stops being one chatbot on your laptop and starts being an actual operation. Most people are running one AI tool. This guy built a company out of them. 🚨 Alibaba just open sourced a GUI agent that... lives inside your webpage and controls it with natural language. It's called Page Agent and it's not a browser extension. It's pure JavaScript no Python, no Puppeteer, no headless browser, no screenshots. Just one script tag and your web app understands natural language. Here's what it actually does: → Embed it with a single tag or npm install → Control any web interface with plain English commands → Text-based DOM manipulation no OCR, no vision models needed → Bring your own LLM (GPT, Claude, Qwen, anything) → Ships a built-in UI with human-in-the-loop support → Turn 20-click ERP/CRM workflows into one sentence → Optional Chrome extension for multi-tab agent tasks → Works on any web app SaaS, admin panels, internal tools Companies are charging $30/month for AI copilots built on this exact idea. This is 3 lines of code. Your users. Your interface. The AI copilot layer for every web app just got open sourced. 1.6K stars. 100% Open Source. (Link in the comments)show more

At Uber, design source of truth was a big... problem for design and engineering teams. No one knew what the app truly looked like. So every week, a group of designers would sit in a meeting room and check that engineers had correctly implemented the Figma designs. Now coding agents have increased the throughput of changes by an order of magnitude. Keeping up manually has become impossible. Here we used the Revyl to map every state in Ubert (demo uber), navigating our mobile use agent on a cloud iOS simulator. This would have taken a team of designers tens of hours to recreate by hand. We did it in under an hour, asynchronously, with a simple prompt. Let your team see what your users actually see. Empower coding agents to ship a delightful experience with no blindspots. #HelloBlessedPeople 🙏🏾 Anything that is going to last requires... intention. It requires discipline. It requires selflessness. It requires consistency when no one is watching. It's worth protecting!! Too many people want something strong but don’t want to build it strong. Which takes work!! Whether it is your faith, your relationships, your character, or your calling, you cannot take days or plays off and expect lasting results. No plays off! No days off! That is not just a mindset for the field. It's prevalent in your relationships, especially the closet & most important ones! No plays/days off is a mindset for life. Love, leadership, and legacy are all built by small decisions made daily and built through effort. Built through sacrifice. Built through pain. Built different!! Be committed, Stay Committed. Be disciplined, Stay Disciplined. Grow & Stay growing! 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” #BBTB #BuiltDifferent #FaithAndFocus #DisciplineWins #DawkTalkshow more

🧃 Introducing stereOS: a Linux based operating system hardened... and purpose built for AI agents. It's clear that agents need an ACTUAL operating system (not what people are calling an "OS") to witness the full breadth and depth of their capabilities while mitigating the blast radius of autonomous, untrusted actors. But there are so many problems with AI sandboxes today: * Going out to the apple store and buying a mac mini will never scale and is way too expensive (obviously) * Running in Docker is too restrictive (agents can't stand up their own container infrastructure, no sub virtualization, docker-in-docker is very broken) * Firecracker strips all the hardware so GPU PCIe passthrough, secure boot, FIPs, etc. is out of the question. * Native VMs are too fat and the overhead of 1 agent per VM is too much. stereOS takes a different approach: it's a full NixOS system that you boot and then kick off agent sandboxes inside with gVisor + /nix/store namespace mounting. Each agent gets their own kernel and the /nix/store is read only by nature. Even if the agent was somehow able to escape the gVisor virtual kernel, they'd land on the NixOS system as the "agent" user! Not your actual hardware!! If you want to take a defense-in-depth approach, we support "native" agents that run at the system level kicked off by our `agentd` utility. These agents, on their own, can manage and kick off other sub agents using the internal sandboxing mechanisms. Today, we're open sourcing all of this: * stereOS: our purpose built Linux OS - * masterblaster: client utility to launch, manage, and orchestrate agents - * stereosd: the stereOS system control plane daemon - * agentd: the stereOS system agent management daemon - Give it a try, throw us a star, and let me know what you think 🧃⭐️show more

I can't believe this is real I have GLM... 5.2 running 100% locally on my Mac Studio. 2 bit quant. The results I'm getting are better than Opus 4.8 It's now powering my Hermes Agent and Codex. 100% free, local, private super intelligence on my desk I also have it in a loop coding for me 24/7 now I thought we were at least a year away from this type of event. It happened today. The model takes up about 250gb of memory. So you can technically run it on a Mac Studio with 256gb, but you probably want the 512gb memory version (please tell me you listened to me 5 months ago when these were sitting on store shelves) With Fable gone, I now have Opus 4.8 level intelligence on my desk for free. This is the future. Local, private, secure, personal super intelligence. If you're still writing off local AI as a fad or engagement bait, you are officially delusionalshow more

ClickUp now employs over 100,000 AI AGENTS for our... customers. This is from just THREE WEEKS of customers vibe coding full-blown teams of agents, THEMSELVES. BUT there's a problem. Since Super Agents are built agnostically, horizontally, and deeply capable with human-level abilities, you can literally build an agent for anything. We found that MOST of our customers have NO CLUE where to start. This is their very FIRST TIME EVER managing an agent. What I recommend is starting with a PROBLEM. Everybody can think of a problem they have. Just tell Super Agent Builder about your problems... about where you're WASTING time... about what you WISH you could do but you can't because of resource constraints. We've also found that human FEEDBACK and iteration are KEY. After agents are done with their jobs, give them feedback... Was it good? Was it bad? What do you want to see differently? They AUTOMATICALLY SELF-IMPROVE. Every time, they'll continuously get SMARTER. Personally, I find that agents go from AVERAGE intelligence to SUPER-human intelligence within about a month of working with them. Super Agents have truly democratized productivity, empowering literally anyone to build personalized, powerful agents in minutes. What problems do you wish you could solve? What do you not have enough time to get done? What would you like to do but don't have the resources for? What busy work do you wish you could get rid of?show more

THIS $599 MAC MINI CAN DRIVE THREE DISPLAYS NATIVELY... - THIS SETUP TOOK "MORE SCREEN SPACE" SO FAR IT ENDED WITH BINOCULARS. the M4 Mac mini shrinks a full desktop into a 5 x 5-inch box. the base model launched with: 10-core CPU 10-core GPU 16GB unified memory support for two 6K displays plus one 5K display the M4 Pro version can drive three 6K displays at 60Hz, pushing more than 60 million pixels at once. no DisplayLink software is required for the supported three-screen configuration. the video turns that spec into a monitor wall, then delivers the punchline when the creator reaches for binoculars. honest line: Apple guarantees up to three native displays. the clip does not prove every screen in the room is connected to this one Mac mini. the tiny computer solved the screen limit. the next bottleneck is finding the window you opened. bookmark & watch today ↓show more

EVERYONE'S TRYING TO SOLVE AI TEAM MEMORY WITH SERVERS,... VECTOR DATABASES, AND ORCHESTRATION PLATFORMS. THIS OPEN SOURCE TOOL DOES IT WITH ONE FOLDER IN YOUR REPO. Every dev on your team runs Claude Code. When one agent screws something up, the rest have no idea. They just repeat the mistake next week. It's called teamlore. When your agent gets corrected or breaks something, it writes a small lore file into a .lore/ folder. That file ships with your PR, gets reviewed like normal code, and after merge every teammate's agent automatically recalls it when they touch that part of the repo. No server. No datab No accounts. No SaaS bill. Just a folder in git. Which means code review catches bad lessons before they poison the team, git blame tells you when a rule was added and why, and the whole thing works offline. One command to install: npx teamlore init Companion command: npx teamlore scarmap. Turns your team's history of mistakes into a visual heat map of the codebase. Every red zone is a place your team has been burned before. Which means every red zone is a place your agents should slow down. Here's the wildest part. The teamlore repo's own .lore/ folder contains every mistake Claude made while building teamlore itself. Dogfooded end-to-end. You can literally open the folder and read the receipts. The author's public invitation: "Would love for someone to try and break it." Available on npm. Repo just launched. 100% open source. (link in the comments)show more

This guy bought a $400 Mac mini and walked... into a coffee shop with $2,100 for installing an AI agent that never touches the internet. I had to rewatch this because the pitch is almost too simple. He shows up, plugs in the Mac mini, installs a local AI agent running entirely through Ollama, done in under an hour. Zero cloud dependency, no API bills, no monthly charges bleeding the client dry. The coffee shop owner gets a private AI system that keeps working even if the WiFi dies, and he walks out with $2,100 for an install that takes less time than a long lunch. The hardware cost him $400. One deployment and the machine's already paid for five times over. Then he locks in a monthly retainer for support, somewhere around $100-150, which means every client after the first is close to pure margin stacking on top of recurring revenue. Most people hear "AI business" and think they need to build a SaaS platform or learn to code or raise funding from someone. This skips all of that and goes straight to walking into coffee shops with a Mac mini under one arm. Not a company that scales to a billion dollars, obviously, but a solo operator clearing a few thousand a month from local installs while everyone else is still arguing about which LLM is best on Twitter.show more

The Amiko app is live on the Solana dApp... store, and it’s our biggest release yet. Your Amiko twin doesn’t live at your desk anymore. Give your agent a task on the train. Run a compatibility profile when you meet someone. Do research, write code, build in the creative studio, whatever you need, from wherever you are. No laptop required. No waiting until you get home. Solanamobile users get two things Android and iOS won’t have at launch: Amiko token and crypto integration and on-device AI inference. Your twin runs locally on your phone if you want it to. Your behavioural profile, your data, your work, your twin. All on your hardware. AMIKO runs on OpenHermit, our own open-source agent runtime that we built in-house and released to the community. Most agent systems are designed for one agent talking to one person. OpenHermit is built for something different: agents talking to each other, coordinating across tasks, and collaborating with multiple humans simultaneously. That’s what makes features like compatibility profiling and multi-agent workflows actually work. We built it because nothing that existed was designed for this. Android and iOS are coming. Crypto integration and on-device AI are Solana Mobile exclusives. Most AI answers your questions. Amiko is an extension of you. Download →show more

A CHINESE GUY PUT 4 MINISFORUM MS-S1 MAX MINI... PCs IN HIS BEDROOM AND TURNED THEM INTO A 24/7 AI AGENT CLUSTER. TOTAL POWER BILL: ABOUT $44/MO. each box is a tiny local AI workstation built around the Ryzen AI Max+ 395. around $3,000 per unit gets him 128GB of unified memory, 2TB storage, dual 10GbE, and up to roughly 96GB usable as VRAM on Linux. one MS-S1 Max can already run serious open models without touching the cloud. Qwen3-Coder 30B for fast coding, Llama 3.3 70B for heavier reasoning, and larger research models overnight when speed matters less than free inference. four boxes in one room changes the whole game. he is not opening a chatbot, paying for every loop, or shutting agents down before sleep. this is private infrastructure that keeps working even when he is offline. the agents can sort inboxes, review code, summarize documents, monitor feeds, prep meetings, and read papers overnight. on cloud APIs, that kind of always-on stack can easily burn $800 to $1,200 a month if used aggressively. his setup is roughly a $12,000 hardware spend, but the monthly cost is basically electricity. a rack, a switch, a NAS, a small monitor, and four tiny MS-S1 Max boxes turning a bedroom corner into a private inference factory. this is what AI looks like when it stops being rented and starts becoming something you own.show more
