I wasn't expecting this to blow up 😭 We're... soo excited to be finally working on this after delaying it for over a yr — thank you so much for the love and interest! 💜🥹 Here's a little video of all the mascots we have so far ✨ and some info that might answer some of your questions: ⟡ For Twitch, Youtube, Ko-fi & Throne ⟡ All colors and fonts are fully customizable ⟡ Mascots will have personality features and react to other things, not just events ⟡ Not all pet suggestions fit since they need to work well in this very minimal frontal flat style with eyes only, but we're doing our best to come up with a good variety! ⟡ All shapes, expressions and animations are 100% code and adjusted to fit each body -- there's no video/image files involved so this widget won't support custom files.show more

IMPORANT ANNOUNCMENT! ⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹ i want to make an official... post after all the stuff that blew up and went down since yesterday and update everyone, first of all i want to thank each and every one of you that have sent me sweet messages of support, i see them all and i hear you! sadly there is SO many- i cant like and reply to them all, so please know im so grateful for you guys who have said something nice! i am also safe and have no bad thoughts currently, so please do not worry too much about me! regarding streaming and content creation, i really thought about the beginning of my passion for content creation. it started out as little ol me sitting on my ipad watching youtube for hours wanting to be just like my favorite youtubers. why didnt i start off on youtube? i saw streaming was a huge hit during the pandemic and started preparing myself on Twitch, following whatever was big at the time. after going through so much hardships with streaming, i have decided to go back to my original love for youtube and now i'll make pre-recorded content as well as shorts on other platforms. i may stream for fun occasionally but i am totally changing it up for 2026! i hope everyone can support my decision and its easier for everyone to consume my content on their own time rather than scheduled streams. and again, thank you for 13K+ followers and all the love- it truly makes my heart warm inside. you guys are all stuck with this crazy snow leopard forever, i dont make the rules! /ᐠ˵- ⩊ -˵マ TLDR : thanking everyone for being kind and i am now moving from streaming to making pre-recorded content for easier viewing and better schedule ♡show more

Google dropped a new AI paper called LUMIERE. It's... remarkably flexible, supporting video inpainting, image-to-video, AND stylized video generation tasks. Say hello to “space-time diffusion” for video generation! Now what the heck does that mean exactly?! 🌐⏳ → TL;DR it utilizes a “Space-Time UNet” architecture that generates the full duration of the video in one pass, rather than generating distant keyframes and interpolating between them like prior works. Because the computation is done in this “compressed space-time representation” to generate the full clip at once, it's far more temporally consistent. → Another benefit of generating the full video at once is that you can “direct” the video generation, making it easier to hand off to other models/tasks without having to stitch together partial solutions. You can condition generations on additional inputs, meaning you get the full stack of AI video capabilities – from video inpainting to image-to-video and beyond. → New SOTA for AI video generation? User study results in the paper suggest human evaluators preferred Lumiere over Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, and Stable Video Diffusion in terms of quality, text alignment AND motion. But as always, we need to get hands-on with this tech when Google *actually* decides to ship it. → Could this end up inside YouTube? Y’all know i’m obsessed with blending reality and imagination – so it’s the video inpainting tech I'm most excited about. I really hope this model finds its way into YouTube's Generative AI efforts, and based on their prior announcements and the list of acknowledgments in the paper I think it might! 🤞🏽 Links: 🔗Paper: 🔗Project:show more

TIMED DIALOGUE IN A NIGHTCLUB. THREE WALLS FALL AT... ONCE. Nightclub sketch, cut in two halves. Black-and-white first - a couple making out on a couch, someone laughing off-camera. Then color reveals the setup: guy walks up with a drink, delivers a line, she gives him a one-sentence answer that changes the picture, he pauses, then kisses her anyway. None of them exist. It's fully generated, both halves. - What used to be four problems is now one clip Character consistency across a cut - same two faces in B&W and in color. Two-person dialogue with alternating lip sync - three separate English lines, all on time, all matching mouth shapes. Nightclub lighting - low light, saturated color wash, moving sources - was the last hard lighting environment for AI video to render without collapsing into noise. And a kiss - two faces contacting without merging into each other, which has been one of the persistent tells. Any one of these has been solvable for maybe six months. All four in one sketch was still a demo-reel problem in early 2026. - The B&W cut is doing two jobs The editing choice isn't style. It's engineering. Splitting a 15-second sketch into two 5-7 second clips means the model only has to hold consistency inside each segment, not across the whole thing. Monochrome also hides small differences between the two generations - if the girl's face is 3% off between the halves, B&W flattens the delta. Color grading in the second half does the reverse job. Two seams, both hidden by the aesthetic. - The comic beat is the actual craft Generating a kiss is one problem. Generating a kiss that lands as a punchline is a different one. The half-second where he pauses, processes, and decides not to care - that timing has to be prompted specifically. The default output of every current model is a rushed sequence with no beats. Deadpan comic delivery out of AI video means the operator wrote the prompt the way a screenwriter would - pauses, reactions, holds, all specified frame by frame. - What it costs Two 5-7 second clips at $3-5 each with in-model audio. Locked character references for both actors so the faces match across the cut. Prompt structured as a mini-script with beat notation. Realistically 40-60 rerolls to land the timing on all three spoken lines and the kiss. Under $200 in compute. A weekend from concept to publish-ready. - What this actually opens Short-form comedy has been the one segment of content nobody was making with AI video yet, because you can't fake comic timing when your output has drift and glitches. That barrier just came down. Which means every sketch account, every meme page, every stand-up clip factory now has a pipeline that doesn't require booking actors, renting a location, or getting a laugh out of a live crew. That's a real shift in a market that produces billions of views a month.show more

RHP Jacob Mayers (LSU Baseball) is an interesting arm... in this year's Draft class. Was outstanding as a true Freshman and pitched his way to a 2.02 ERA with 105 Ks to 58 BB across 75.2 innings en route to taking home Southland Conference Pitcher of the Year honors and being named a First Team Freshman All-American. Took a bit of a step back in 2024 and compiled a 4.58 ERA with an SLC-leading 106 Ks to go along with 76 BB in 70.2 IP. Mayers has a projectable, high-waisted frame at 6'5" and 205-pounds. He doesn't have the cleanest or simplest delivery and he'll struggle to repeat it at times. Mayers has a somewhat abbreviated arm stroke and attacks from an over-the-top slot with present arm speed. Front side will sometimes fly open which has led to command issues, but there's some pretty low hanging fruit to clean up in his operation going forward (Ex: getting more into his lower-half, refining it to become more repeatable). Adding strength and explosiveness will be key. Mayers' fastball is his bread-and-butter pitch. It sits in the 92-95 range, but has been up to 97 out of an outlandish 7-foot release height. His release height is certainly a contributing factor here, but the pitch also averaged an eye-popping 24.3" of ride and nearly 2,400 rpm. Mayers threw his heater a whopping 91% of the time and was still able to generate a 35% whiff rate, including a 30% (!) IZ whiff rate, on it. There are plenty of outlier traits, but his command is below-average. If he can up his competitive pitch % and stay in and around the zone on a more consistent basis, it will make it that much more effective. While his FB is the money-maker of his arsenal, Mayers will occasionally mix in a gyro SL in the low-80s that lacks teeth right now. He's still gaining a feel for the pitch and there is work to be done on it going forward, but it could be a potentially above-average offering in the future. 40/45 currently. One of the biggest question marks with Mayers is the development of a third pitch. He mixed in a handful of mid-to-upper-80s and a couple piqued my interest; one showed some fade to the arm side and another flashed late tumbling life. It's clear he isn't comfortable throwing it yet, but this could be the pitch to develop at least to the point where it's serviceable. Mayers right now is very much a work in progress and all signs right now point to him ending up in a relief role long term. However, he's a very fun, moldable ball of clay to try and develop and get the most out of. As the low hanging fruit continues to get cleaned up—whether it be at LSU or in pro ball—polish will hopefully follow. 5th-8th round pick right now. (📽️: Nicholls Baseball)show more

For the past few weeks I’ve been teaching 50+... kids how to create their own games with AI. The results have been incredible 🤯 I started with my 5 y/o nephew because I was worried about him spending hours doomscrolling and consuming brainrot content. He built his first game using v0, though I had to walk him through each step. Watching kids interact with these tools taught me so much about how they think, where they get stuck, and what keeps them motivated. The moment that really struck me came right after he finished that first game. Every time I saw him afterward, he’d run up and ask, “Did you bring your laptop so I can keep playing?”. For him, “playing” meant creating. That kind of excitement is organic pull. Don’t get me wrong, I love v0 and Lovable. They’re insanely powerful. Their UIs just aren’t designed for kids, and that’s totally fine. Kids still need guidance, structure, and a bit of tutoring to turn ideas into something playable. I’m seeing tech leaders push in this direction too, and I think there’s a real opportunity here (Matias Woloski Thomas Wolf). Kids are the future, and I don’t want to live in a world where they spend precious time consuming instead of creating. That’s why I love tools like v0, Lovable, wabi , Cursor . They’re empowering more people to become creators. I want that same feeling for kids. What Guillermo is saying is real. Kids need to be AI-literate from the outset. It honestly makes me sad to think about my nephew growing up and falling behind on AI and everything happening around him because he’s stuck in Roblox or TikTok. That’s why I built Rabbit 🐰 for him. It started as a simple prototype, but somehow I ended up talking with 200+ parents and kids, tech leaders, investors, and people I never imagined meeting around the world. Rabbit now has 100+ people on the waitlist, and 10 kids are using it two to three times per week on average to create their own games 🫡 I’m not sure yet if this will become my full-time project, but I deeply care about it. If you’re building in this space, I’d love to connect and share ideas. And if you’re a parent interested in Rabbit, I’d love your feedback. Sharing a short video of kids using Rabbit below:show more

i just made this video with seedance 2.5 &... it's honestly absurd how real it feels until now we only used ai for faceless youtube - this is it coming for the entire creator economy. vlogs, ugc, lifestyle content, all of it save this post: full prompt below & seedance 2.5 is unlimited on higgsfield for up to 33 days at zero generation cost, so you can run it yourself today full prompt: CAMERA: Handheld DV 16mm daily vlog footage. The video MUST begin with her holding the camera at arm's length in selfie mode while stepping out of an old stone doorway into a narrow street. The first 20–30 seconds are entirely handheld. Later she occasionally sets the camera on a windowsill, café ledge, or low seawall for wider shots. Keep subtle handheld shake, drifting composition, autofocus hunting, rushed reframing, uneven zooms, exposure breathing, brief accidental face cropping, and imperfect framing throughout. The camera itself is never visible. LOOK: Warm analog tape texture with gentle film grain, softened sharpness, subtle halation where sunlight cuts between buildings, faint salt-air haze, realistic skin tones, low contrast, tiny exposure shifts, natural motion blur. Authentic everyday footage, not a polished commercial. STYLE: A quiet Mediterranean morning coffee-run vlog. Unhurried, warm, spontaneous. She talks to the camera in short sentences with comfortable pauses, reacts to the street around her, laughs easily. CHARACTER: ELENA — a Mediterranean woman in her mid-20s. Dark wavy hair in a loose bun, olive skin, minimal makeup, small gold hoops, oversized white linen shirt, denim shorts, leather sandals, canvas tote on one shoulder. SETTING: A sun-washed coastal old town just after sunrise. Narrow limestone alleys, pastel shutters, bougainvillea spilling over walls, glimpses of the sea between buildings, distant church bells and scooters, almost no people. A sleepy stray cat on a warm step. SCENES: The vlog opens in selfie mode as Elena steps out of the doorway into the bright alley, squinting. "Morning." She walks, sunlight strobing between buildings across her face. "Okay it's already hot. Of course it is." She reaches a tiny corner kiosk and orders an iced coffee, camera still handheld, framing half-wrong. She sets the camera on the counter ledge for a wide shot while she waits, drumming her fingers. A stray cat appears at her feet and stares up. She crouches down to it. "Hi. You again." The cat rubs against her leg. She laughs. "I have a bodyguard now." She picks the camera back up, coffee in the other hand, and walks toward the water, the cat trotting behind for a few steps. She sits on the low seawall, sea behind her, and takes the first sip. "Worth it. Every time." She looks off at the water for a moment, hair moving in the breeze, then back to the lens. "Okay. Work now." A small wave. "See you later."show more

🚨 There’s been a lot of debate about whether... the Conor McGregor fight was fixed… I was there. I saw everything. Here’s my take. I filmed the two videos below as he walked into and out of the stadium. (Definitely take a second to watch them) What alarmed me the most about the first video was that there was no joy, excitement, or confidence as he headed toward the Octagon. As he walked into the sea of people, there ZERO percent hope in his eyes; complete deadpan. We all grew up watching Conor hype himself up before battle. That was NOT the Conor we’ve come to know. I’ve watched Conor make that walk dozens of times over the years. The swagger, the grin, the confidence; it was non existent. That’s what IMMEDIATELY caught my attention. The second I saw him, I knew was going to lose. This was his first UFC fight in five years, yet there was zero hope in his eyes? Just a completely blank expression? After all that 💩 talk? Really? To me, he looked like someone who already knew something wasn’t right. Whether it was his body, his preparation, or both, his energy was completely different. The second video shows him WALK back to the locker room. Yes, without a noticeable limp, he WALKED back with that same hopeless look in his eyes. I know 10+ people who have blown out ACLs, and none of them were casually walking around minutes later. That made me think one of two things: He already knew he was dealing with a serious injury, and that kick simply made it much worse. OR He straight up lied about his health, and planned to do a wild kick to blame the injury on in order to cash the check Regardless, it’s unfortunate how it ended. The highest selling gate in UFC history ended up being one of the biggest letdowns the sport has ever seen. Growing up means watching your heroes become human. I sincerely hope Conor continues his spiritual journey with Jesus, gets back to 100%, and returns one more time because we’d all still pay to see it. Shout out to Paddy for saving the night. What do you think? Do you believe Conor knew about the injury before the fight? Do you believe his tweet? Let me know your thoughts in the comments. 👇🏼show more

$KNDX 🤖 Theres 3 big narratives that are sending... coins left right and centre rn. 🚀 #AI, #Gamefi, & #NFTs 🔹Theres 50% mindshare for #AI. 🤖 🔹#GameFi mcap is hitting ATH's with #OfftheGrid, $XBG and $SUPER making spectacular moves. 🎮 🔹NFTs and the #Metaverse are making a strong comeback with $APE up 100% over the weekend. 🐵 What if there's a project that touches all these trending narratives with groundbreaking technology to disrupt all 3 of them? 🔥 💡- That's where $KNDX comes in. -💡 Kondux is a cutting-edge Web3 SaaS platform, combining NVIDIA’s Omniverse, AI, Blockchain, and dynamic NFTs to revolutionize secure asset management across industries. 👏 Their flagship product, kNFTs, are 3D digital assets usable across Metaverse and Gaming platforms, AR/VR/XR environments, and manufacturing applications. Kondux’s scalable model opens new revenue streams by enabling effective digital asset monetization. 💰 Kondux is the first Web3 project to integrate VFX pipelines with NVIDIA’s Omniverse and bringing it onto the Blockchain. ⛓️ It is also the only Web3 project with a *Select Status Partnership* with NVIDIA, operating under NVIDIA NDAs and working with them directly for more than 2 years. About their NVIDIA Integrations: 🤖 🔹There are three areas of the Kondux tech stack that coincide with three divisions of NVIDIA: 📡GDN (Graphics Delivery Network, the backbone of GeForce Now) 💡Omniverse for 3D aspects such as, geospatial data, real world physics, lighting, and raytracing 🤖NVIDIA AI Foundation, which covers many aspects of #AI, including inference and deployment scaling. The convergence of all these components lie within .USD file format . 🔹 They are the first blockchain project to integrate NVIDIA’s Omniverse Cloud and Graphics Delivery Network (GDN) to provide high-quality 3D content accessible on any device without requiring high-end hardware. 🔹 This setup streamlines content management, democratises access to resource-intensive 3D content, and enables real-time interaction with 3D NFTs. Now, I haven’t seen any crypto project so deeply connected with NVIDIA and NVIDIA technology. GDN is a HUGE competitive advantage. With it, the need for #GPU’s basically goes out the window. 🤯 Now lets take a look at some of the other main features... 👀 OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description): 📽️ 🔹 Kondux is leveraging USD technology, developed by Pixar and used by Meta, Apple, Microsoft and other industry leaders to enhance 3D graphics and interoperability within its creative ecosystem. 🔹 Originally created for high-end film production, USD now supports a variety of applications, including gaming and virtual reality, making it a key asset for Kondux. kNFT's: 🎨 🔹 Kondux is pioneering a new category of NFTs known as kNFTs, which aim to redefine NFT utility through innovative features. 🔹 A standout feature is the upgradeable aspect provided by Kondux DNA, allowing kNFTs to transform and combine with other NFTs, creating limitless possibilities in art, gaming, and music. 🔹Through the Kondux AI portal it will be possible to communicate with kNFTs. They can learn and adapt. This AI technology is revolutionary because it makes human to kNFT interaction possible, turning it into a unique, personalized experience. Check out the clip of kNFTs in Unreal Engine 5 gameplay below. 👇 Kondux is a very obvious utility play with huge upside because it’s multi narrative. 📈 It's seriously groundbreaking stuff that they’re about to launch. 🚀 After speaking with the team there’s no doubt in my mind this will do crazy big numbers in the next months. 🤑show more

Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfield AI Full open-sourced prompts &... assets below: SCENE CONTEXT A young woman sleeps on her side in her pink bedroom at night; in a single locked frame the room snaps instantly from night to morning like a finger-snap time jump. She sleepily half-wakes, turns over to find a white cat curled against her back, then pushes up to half-sitting and sees her room quietly tidied — her school uniform hung on the chair and her backpack packed on the vanity. ACTIVE REFERENCES >>: young woman, low pigtails, pink hair-roller clip, beige t-shirt with brown long sleeves, sleeping then waking. 100% matches the reference. >>: fluffy white long-haired cat, adult, curled and pressed against her back. 100% matches the reference. >>: pink bedroom. 100% matches the reference. Every element and corner is preserved and stays consistent across all shots. >>: school uniform — navy cardigan, white shirt, green-striped tie, plaid skirt, knee socks — draped and hung on the pink chair. 100% matches the reference. >>: solid pink backpack with front zip pocket and pink pompom keychain, packed and zipped, standing on the vanity table. 100% matches the reference. LOCATION MAP Pink bedroom, remembered corner by corner and held identical in every shot: - Screen-left: a wooden door with a brass knob, dark wood trim and wood wainscoting along the lower wall, blush-pink upper walls. - Beside the door: a large ornate pink-and-white Victorian dollhouse with a small pink chair at its base. - A white vanity desk with a trifold arched mirror, cluttered with cosmetics, brushes and small bottles, a pink desk chair tucked at it. - A wide window with sheer white curtains behind the vanity; a leafy potted plant beside it. - A tall brass floor lamp standing near the bed. - A wooden nightstand at the head of the bed with a small lamp, a framed photo, a tissue box and a cup. - The bed against the wall: carved wooden headboard, pink ruffled bedding, pink pillows, a soft pink blanket — the central anchor of the room. - A woven area rug over dark hardwood floor, a small wall shelf with items above the bed side. FIRST FRAME AND SPATIAL BLOCKING The first visible frame is a close-up of her sleeping face. She lies on her left side facing the bedside lamp / nightstand side, cheek on the pink pillow, hair loose, pink hair-roller clip visible, breathing slow. The bed's pink blanket is clean and clear. No empty establishing frame. FORMAT MODE Controlled four-shot sequence with HARD CUTs at 4.0s, 8.0s and 11.5s. The night-to-morning transition inside shot 1 is an instantaneous in-frame light change, not a cut. Real-time motion. No subtitles, no music. OPTICS Shot 1: 50° diagonal field of view, standard normal lens character, camera 0.6 to 0.8 meters from her face, shallow depth of field — closed eyelids, lashes, loose strands and the hair-roller clip razor-sharp, the room soft behind. Shot 2: 56° diagonal field of view, near-normal lens character, camera 1 meter, holding her face and the white cat against her back, rack focus available between them. Shot 3: 63° diagonal field of view, slightly-wide lens character, camera 1.5 to 2 meters, rising with her as she sits up, more of the room entering frame. Shot 4: 84° diagonal field of view, classic wide lens character, camera 2 meters, wide enough to reveal the tidied room — vanity, chair and bed together — then easing toward her. CAMERA Shot 1: locked close-up with a very slow creeping push-in; the framing does not change through the night-to-morning snap. Shot 2: small reframe and rack focus as she turns, pulling focus onto the cat curled at her back, then back to her reacting face. Shot 3: a smooth crane-up rising with her from lying to half-sitting, revealing the room behind the bed. Shot 4: a slow pan across the tidied room — uniform on the chair, packed backpack on the vanity — settling with a gentle push-in on her half-sitting figure and dawning expression. ACTION TIMING 0.0s to 2.0s: close on her sleeping face at night, perfectly still, breathing slow, cool dim room around her. 2.0s: an instantaneous in-frame light snap — the room flips from night to morning in a single frame, no cut, no dissolve; she does not move at all, only the light changes, like a finger-snap time jump. 2.0s to 4.0s: hold on her face now in soft warm morning light, still asleep for a beat. 4.0s HARD CUT. 4.0s to 8.0s: she sleepily half-opens her eyes, stirs, and turns over toward screen-right, discovering a fluffy white cat curled warmly against her back; her half-lidded eyes drift to it. 8.0s HARD CUT. 8.0s to 11.5s: she pushes herself up on one arm to half-sitting, hair mussed from sleep, blinking and groggy, beginning to glance around the room. 11.5s HARD CUT. 11.5s to 15.0s: reveal of the quietly tidied room — her navy cardigan and plaid skirt uniform hung neatly on the pink chair at the vanity, the packed pink backpack standing zipped on the vanity table, its pompom keychain still — her expression softening into slow, disbelieving realization as she takes it in. PHYSICS During the night-to-morning snap her body is absolutely motionless — only light changes, no drift, no shift. As she wakes, eyelids lift heavily, she rolls with natural weight and the mattress and blanket shift under her; the cat's long fur rises and falls with slow breathing and compresses softly where it presses to her back. Sitting up, her hair falls loose in individual strands, the blanket sliding down naturally, her supporting arm taking real weight. LIGHTING Cinematic and restrained throughout, never bright or flat. Night (pre-snap): low-key cool moonlight through the sheer curtains with a faint warm practical accent, deep but detailed shadow, moody film texture and soft grain. At the snap, the light flips instantly to soft warm directional morning sun through the sheer curtains — golden but controlled and filmic, gentle rolloff, faces readable, shadows soft, not overexposed or blown out. The warm-cool contrast and naturalistic grain carry the cinematic feel into every shot. AUDIO Shot 1: quiet steady sleeping breath, faint cool room tone; at the snap a soft airy shimmer-whoosh transient marks the time jump, then gentle morning birdsong and warm ambience fade in. Shot 2: a soft sleepy inhale, faint fur rustle as she finds the cat, a quiet purr. Shot 3: soft blanket rustle as she sits up. Shot 4: quiet held breath, faint ambient morning tone under her realization. No dialogue, no music, no subtitles. POSITIVE LOCKS Woman matches >> exactly, cat matches >> exactly, bedroom matches >> exactly and every listed corner — wooden door, dollhouse, vanity with trifold mirror, pink chair, brass floor lamp, wooden nightstand, carved bed with pink ruffled bedding, woven rug — stays present and consistent across all four shots, with no new or missing furniture. The bed's pink blanket is clean and clear — no laptop, bag, papers or objects resting on top of it. The night-to-morning transition is one instantaneous in-frame light change on a single locked framing; she does not move during it — no dissolve, no fade, no camera cut. The white cat lies pressed against her back. In the final shot the uniform hangs on the pink chair matching >> and the packed backpack sits on the vanity matching >>. Lighting stays cinematic and controlled, never bright or washed out.show more

vPay offshore accounts and physical cards have been getting... field-tested IRL for a while now, and we’ll open them to the public as soon as we’re fully confident in the UX. But before offshore accounts go public, I want to address a few points: Some might point out that - vPay isn’t the first crypto card - vPay doesn’t have the lowest fees - So why choose vPay instead of the Coinbase 🛡️ Card or MetaMask 🦊 Card or KAST or or Tria, or any of the other big names? Now to address: Privacy | The biggest differentiator that sets vPay completely apart is Private Banking. The majority of the crypto card providers on the market use Rain infra. Even if you’ve never heard of them, that's what your favorite "NeoBank" uses. And due to their legal jurisdictions, they will report your finances to authorities since they're CRS and FACTA compliant. We are not. As an OmniBank, we work with different banking partners, and although KYC is required to use our services, our offshore banks are non-CRS and non-FACTA. Tax reporting is the responsibility and choice of the user. Offshore Accounts vs Physical Cards | I've tried to highlight this a few times so far. vPay has 3 offerings on the banking side of things. Virtual cards - live now. Physical cards - coming Q1 2026. The first two are similar to what everyone else on the market offers. The offshore accounts are not. which are coming this week. They allow unlimited spending, ATM withdrawals, and international SWIFT transfers, which very few “Neobanks” provide. Offshore accounts are coming this week. Self-Custody | We're not 100% non-custodial yet, as that is near impossible at the moment but it's something we're working towards. And we try to keep the users' self-custodial wallets in the loop as much as possible for maximum control. Those who have tried the vPay app know that almost every move asks for permission from their wallet, and we always encourage users to keep their funds in their non-custodial wallets until the very last moment, since our top-ups usually only take seconds to a minute to process. Fees | All of the card providers mentioned above either raised millions from VCs or in presales or have a huge org backing them. We have neither. vPay was self-funded and community-owned since day 1, launched under Virtuals Protocol Genesis V1 launch model, an objectively bad launch model and hugely unfavorable toward project teams. So even though vPay has been generating revenue and profitable from early on, we do not have the luxury of offering 0% fees yet, since they're mostly a marketing gimmick paid for by millions in VC money and not a sustainable business model for early-stage companies. What we're working towards instead, is true co-ownership of vPay and revenue-share with users. OmniBank vs NeoBank | I’m not a fan of the term “NeoBank.” It implies just a bank, but make it crypto. That’s not vPay. Our goals have always been clear: A) Anything and everything users need to do with their money and assets, both Web2 and Web3, all in one hub. Powered by a constellation of partner agents. The cards and the bank accounts are just the foundation. B) To eventually build independent financial rails for crypto and decouple from the chokehold of Visa/Mastercard. vLink is the first step toward this vision. This turned out to be a rather long tweet, but context matters. Questions and feedback welcome in replies or DMs. See you all with your vPay vCards very soon.show more

✨ I open sourced my first Chrome extension 🚀... SuperLevels I vibe coded it to replace all my Chrome extensions that are increasingly being bought up by spyware and malware companies who sell your data or worse hack your accounts and steal your stuff/money/data, which I'd call one of the top security risks right now For example: Chrome extensions can read your cookies or localStorage data, including session tokens, then login to your web or email accounts and hack you, they can inject code into any site to pull data form any site you browse, then break into your crypto accounts, drain your wallets, and selling your browsing history to ad companies, but that'd actually be the most favorable thing to happen of all these! Chrome extensions are just very very very unsafe So I coded my own, that I can trust because I made it, and I can read the source code: my extension is called 🚀SuperLevels and has all the features that the Chrome extensions I used to use have but all built into one safe one The cool thing is it's 100% open source and free, and you can audit the code first with AI yourself before installing it, and then if you do install it, customize it to your liking again with AI It has these features that improve my daily workflow while browsing the web: 🚮 Tab Cleaner Automatically closes inactive tabs after a configurable timeout (default: 5 minutes). Set excluded hosts to keep important tabs alive. View and re-open recently closed tabs. 🍪 Cookie Editor Full cookie manager for the current site. View, edit, add, and delete cookies. Export cookies as JSON. Expand any cookie to see and modify all fields including domain, path, SameSite, secure, and httpOnly flags. 🔀 Redirect Tracer See every redirect hop your browser took to reach the current page. Shows status codes (301, 302, 307, etc.) with a visual chain. Copy the full redirect chain to clipboard. 🌙 Dark Mode Instant dark mode for any website using CSS filter inversion. Adjustable brightness. Toggle per-site or globally. Images and videos are automatically re-inverted so they look normal. 𝕏 X Dim Mode Custom dim theme for X/Twitter with 7 color palettes: Dim, Slate, Jade, Plum, Dusk, Ember, or a custom hue. Live preview in the popup. ⚡ JS Toggle Disable JavaScript per-site with one click. Useful for debugging, reading articles without popups, or testing progressive enhancement. Page reloads automatically. 🚫 GDPR Cookie Consent Dismisser Auto-hides and auto-clicks cookie consent banners. Supports OneTrust, CookieBot, Didomi, Quantcast, GDPR plugins, and dozens more frameworks. Toggle off if a site breaks. 🎨 Live CSS Editor Write custom CSS for any website, applied in real-time as you type. Saved per-domain. Supports tab key for indentation. 📺 YouTube Unhook Removes YouTube distractions: no homepage feed, no sidebar suggestions, no end screen overlays, no Shorts. Search still works — just no algorithmic recommendations. 🎵 Music Recognizer Shazam-like music identification for any tab. Captures 10 seconds of audio and identifies the song via ACRCloud (free signup, bring your own API key). Results link to YouTube. History of recognized songs. 🖼 Picture-in-Picture Pop the largest video on the current tab into a floating PiP window with one click. 🗺 Google Maps Links Re-adds clickable Maps links and map preview cards to Google Search results. 🖼 View Image Adds a "View Image" button back to Google Images, linking directly to the full-size original image. {} JSON Formatter Auto-detects pure JSON response pages and formats them with syntax highlighting, collapsible sections, and a dark theme. Copy or view raw with one click. Never triggers on regular HTML pages.show more

Has been a while since I've given an update... so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.show more

This is the exact moment that I decided to... go off-grid in 🇵🇹 Portugal 😂 After being connected to another department and put on hold for 30 minutes, Portugal's electricity provider EDP hangs up on me, for no reason, the second time If you've ever dealt with companies in Portugal, you'll know that every single interaction is just hair pullingly bad: every small problem turns into a giant Kafka-esque nightmarish ordeal that'll stretch out for months trying to get it solved. The level of sheer incompetence of Portuguese companies is just beyond your imagination, I've never experienced this anywhere living all over the world, and I've lived here for a few years now and speak Portuguese Why are Portuguese companies so bad? - nepotism -> they use gov connections/bribes to get monopolies on entire markets, so they don't have to compete much - low competition -> low quality products and services - very exploitative of their workers -> they pay low, treat them like shit, so workers don't care about their work - that makes the companies anti-customers -> they treat you like shit too - all of this is -> very very bad for Portuguese society at large and good for a few rich Portuguese families who control things here People regularly ask me "why are you still in Portugal if so much stuff sucks?", well, because I love it here for the climate, the clean air, the nature, the food, and the people are amazing I feel there's no other solution for me than to just go completely off-grid for my sanity: 📡 I already got Starlink to get internet from space 💸 I've closed my Portuguese bank accounts, and use Revolut to pay my tax 🔋 I'm now getting solar panels + batteries (to quit EDP) 💧 Possibly harvest rain water? If it's not too hard, anyone knows? 🔌 Then disconnect and go 100% off-grid Everything in Asia is so easy and fast compared to here, but that might have made me weak over the years... Being in Portugal everything is difficult, so maybe that makes me stronger? Or maybe I'm just coping though (I can see all the ppl in Asia like Dominik Sobe ツ laughing now over their perfectly cooked Nasi Goreng delivered to them with a smile 😁) P.S. the reason I had to call today was as Kafkaesque as you can imagine: when changing the name on the electricity contract to me, EDP signed me up to their healthcare plan (who knew an electricity provider had healthcare?), they also signed me up to pet insurance (I don't have a pet), and a EUR 600 on-call technician per year (I also don't need that), when all I asked was to change my name on the contractshow more
